Hugo's Cellar is a romantic setting for gourmet dining, perfect for all occasions. Ladies are greeted with a long-stemmed rose and welcomed to a warm and gracious atmosphere by our attentive staff. The classic old-style Vegas menu features a table side salad included with all entrees, featuring black Angus beef, veal, duck chicken, flown-in-fresh seafood and numerous classics, all served with seasonal vegetables. Finish your meal with our table-side flambeed desserts and our crowning delights of white and dark chocolate dipped strawberries, apricot and figs. Voted best gourmet room by The Best of Las Vegas Review Journal 2013.

Service felt very chaotic and rushed. My drink was forgotten and brought 20 minutes after I ordered it and tasted watered down. The food was good, no complaints there. Did seem considerably overpriced. I felt like the dress code was not inforced, guys in baseball hats (backwards), guys in jean shorts, typical outback steakhouse attire. Our server seemed too busy, didn't come to check on the food until I had one bite left of the 16oz new york. He seemed too concerned with the table behind us who was sending everything back. I waited a while to take my wife here and was kinda disappointed honestly.

We had been to Hugo’s 12 years ago, great place fantastic memories! This week we took friends after bragging about how awesome Hugo’s is ……. and it lived up to everything we remember! Fantastic people, ambience, and food, the only thing missing was the old door & wall to enter the restaurant. I missed that, without it the restaurant has lost a little bit of its charm! Still, highly recommended!

Love, love Hugo Cellar! A Las Vegas treasure. Steaks will melt in your mouth and the wait staff is one of the best in the area! If you haven’t added this restaurant on your wish list, you better soon! This is my 20 time at this restaurant and come here every time I visit Las Vegas!

This place used to be great, but now it is just old and overpriced. 97 dollars for a beef Wellington is wild. The service is amazing, but everything else just made us feel price gauged and wishing this old dog would learn some new tricks.

We had a wonderful dinner celebrating our wedding anniversary. The food is always top-notch! Gene and Rudy took excellent care of us. We had the chilled seafood tower as a starter, and for dinner my husband had the filet, and I had the prime rib. Very nice evening!
