Hugo's Cellar is a romantic setting for gourmet dining, perfect for all occasions. Ladies are greeted with a long-stemmed rose and welcomed to a warm and gracious atmosphere by our attentive staff. The classic old-style Vegas menu features a table side salad included with all entrees, featuring black Angus beef, veal, duck chicken, flown-in-fresh seafood and numerous classics, all served with seasonal vegetables. Finish your meal with our table-side flambeed desserts and our crowning delights of white and dark chocolate dipped strawberries, apricot and figs. Voted best gourmet room by The Best of Las Vegas Review Journal 2013.

    Ease of reservation, exceptional guest relations and superb service. All of our meal was from tea to dessert well outstanding, but that is the norm at Hugo’s Cellar.

    We have been going to eat here since 1999 and have been here at least 6-7 times and this was by far the worse. We were there for almost 3 hours. We had been there for over an hour, before we ever got the salad. The waiter not ONCE came to our table to apologize for the long wait! We actually had to ask about the salad. There was a large table by us that came after we did and they got their food before us. For a $750 meal, I expect the highest in service and this was just not it! And icing on the cake was when I asked if they could split the check for us and the one person said ok and then the other guy came over and was very rude and said they couldn’t do that. They can do a couple of checks but not by who ordered what. Sadly, I probably will not ever go back! There are too many other places to eat with better service and value for the food!

    Hugos is a great steakhouse! Melt in your mouth filet, delicious rack of lamb, table side salad, and great desserts! It's a cool setting downstairs at the Four Queens!

    This meal honestly left us speechless! This was hands down the best meal we have ever eaten!! We were celebrating our 5th anniversary and they made sure to make us feel extra special!! There were absolutely no negatives and we are already planning to go again next year for our anniversary again! The food, staff, ambiance, service, just everything was perfect! 100 out of 10

    Scott was great, hope his face heals keep him away from open fire. I’m sorry I forgot the greeter man’s name that made the salads but he was awesome. So was our water guy. I was a pain with my allergies but they took good care of us.

    Want to experience the olden days of Las Vegas? Then this is the place to go. A restaurant that was frequented by the likes of Frank Sinatra. The old-time charm of the place is wonderful, the food was outstanding, and the service was impeccable. They give you the same 5-star service as if you were a celebrity. And value was incredible. They really go above and beyond. I would definitely come back to this restaurant next time I'm in Las Vegas!
