Loved Hugo’s. The atmosphere is definitely old school and service was great. The salad service was unique and very good. The was ok. The food was under seasoned and the sea bass was overcooked. It was a fun experience, but for fine dining we’ll pick another restaurant next time.

Very Classy Resturant. Son said it was one of his top 5 meals ever.. Food was fantastic, and the service was even better!!! 10/10 recommend!!! From the Bread service to the table side salad prep, to the sorbet palate cleanser.. to the fabulous entrees, and finished with Chocolate covered strawberries!!! Roses for the ladies was a nice touch too!! Great experience!!

What a pleasant surprise this place is! I was a little reserved being that it is one of the "older" casinos in the Fremont experience area. Not to mention, I find many of the restaurants in ALL casinos, including the newer ones, to be a disappointment. That was not the case here. From the moment of arrival, being greeted by the Maitre'd, and the hostess seating me (even though my husband was not there yet, he was parking the car), both wishing a happy birthday. (I did make a note of that fact in my reservation request, but it is often never looked at). There were 2 servers and a busser assigned to tables. Our 3, Ahmad, Roxanne, and Juan, were amazing. Offering suggestions and general info. They were all very attentive and friendly. We started with the crab cake. I had the king crab legs, my husband the prime rib. WOW, and WOW. The salts brought with the bread at the beginning of service ( Juan explained them and what they complimented) were amazing. The entrees are all inclusive and have a salad, a potato, a veggie, breads, and even chocolate dipped strawberries at the conclusion of your meal. The king crab was good, but the Prime Rib was SUPERB! We will be back for sure. And we will be bringing friends. Such a delight to have such amazing service in addition to the delicious meal! Thank you.

The food was excellent and as always the service was beyond superb. But the prices have gone to the stratosphere. My delicious meal was about $300. Something’s got to give, that is just too much.

ONe of the best steak houses around Fremont. I've eaten at Hugo's several times and the food is always top notch along with the service.

Looking for an old school Las Vegas experience? You’re in for a treat. Delicious food and impeccable service with table side preparations of salad and dessert. Great for a date night with your SO. Highly recommend the prime rib. John, the sommelier, was awesome!
