The sharpness of the service is off a little. The placement of the silverware was crooked, bringing me my sorbet while I was still eating my salad. What was supposed to do with it? Old it while I was eating a crouton? I've been to this restaurant a few times and the service was exact. Perfect. It was good but not perfect.

Romantic setting for 2. Women are greeted with a flower. They understand what makes a dinner fabulous for special occasions. A bit pricey, but the staff are amazing.

Old School Steakhouse. The martini and Aperol Spritz were both tasty. Spouse had the sea bass...beatitfully cooked. Prime Rib...how can you go wrong. Plenty of food. Good value for the money.

Hugo's has been our favorite special occasion place over the last 30 plus years, Each and every time we ate at Hugo's, we always knew food and service were excellent. However, last night (March 23rd) for my son's birthday, food was awful. My son's $100 Wellington was so small and not cooked to the proper temperature of medium rare. My husband's rib eye was disgusting with so much fat (marbling) that he decided to take it home to the dogs, who also got sick overnight. My scallops were so small that I would consider it an appetizer. Last but not least, the salad was great except the tomatoes were not ripe I could not cut it. Now the creme brûlée, the pudding had no taste so all I ate was the topping. It was a $400 experience that was worth $50 at best. What has changed with Hugo's? What went wrong with what we were accustomed to? The only thing we can do is find another fine dining restaurant to go to. It is a shame since Hugo's bring a lot of memories with my parents when they were alive who we've shared many dinners with. My mother loved gambling at the Four Queens for at least 3 decades so Four Queens has always been special along with Hugo's. I feel very sad that I have close a special place and fine dining restaurant in my heart.

Terrific experience. I have been dining here for 30 years and it never disappoints. My favorite part is the salad cart and the queens lobster.

The food was disappointing and expensive. The salad used to be tossed with the dressing before adding the toppings - this change changes everything. The steaks have not been good the last 3 times we have dined. Very disappointing.

From the entrance which is cozy and beautiful to the gifted rose, they perpetuate a pampered feeling. The table side salad, the sommelier, the steak, the cherries jubilee, all make for an unforgettable evening

Hugo's is my favorite dining experience. Hands down the best fillet I've ever had. The attention to detail is beautiful, the service, just right, and the sommelier's recommendations are always spot on. Best place to go in Las Vegas for a celebratory meal.

Fantastic restaurant! Old school vibe, food was so good!! Make sure you go hungry, lots of Food but very very good! Table side salad was fun and different (and delicious), surf and turf amazing! Fun, sweet touch that every lady gets a long stemmed red rose! It was our anniversary and they gave us a cake and card. Very good restaurant and would highly recommend.

As always, Hugo's never fails to please! The Prime Rib was excellent and a huge portion! Two of us only ate half (nice left-overs!). The table-side salads continue to be a favorite. My only disappointment was that we were too full to imbibe on the Bananas Foster... it is delicious!

It was a nice place and the food was good. They were understaffed so the food came out very slow and my wife’s entree was cold. There were two big groups that were noisy enough so we couldn’t hear each other across the table. Overall I think it was the circumstances that contributed to a less than ideal experience.

Celebrated a 60th Bday with partner. Was treated like royalty. Ambiance was old school. Reminded me of somewhere the Godfather might have dinner. Food was delicious. Loved all the little extras like the various breads, the rose shaped butter, the long stemmed rose for the ladies, the sorbet to cleanse your pallet, the table service when making your salad, the chocolate covered figs and strawberries with cream, which is all included with your meal. Would go back again for sure.
