The food was amazing but the cappuccino at the end was just hot chocolate a little disappointed with that. But the service and ambience was amazing.

Too loud, poor service, over priced, too crowded. Was recommended but not impressed. Overcooked food too.

I’ve been coming to Hugo’s for 30 years now and it never disappoints. The meals are consistently delicious and the service is Five Star wonderful but not pretentious.

I laughed to myself when I saw the Bellagio now has a “supper club” called the Mayfair. As if appropriation of a name from an elegant London neighborhood would make it somehow authentic. We tried it earlier this week and all I can say is if you want the fake interpretation of a supper club go to the Mayfair but if you want the real thing in a way only “old school “ Las Vegas can do it this is your kind of place.

Hugo’s is the original elegant Las Vegas “night on the town “.

Like a Baccarat chandelier it’s sparkle ever fades.

This is the best restaurant I have been to in Las Vegas. We have been over 10 times in the last ten years and we never miss this experience when we go to Vegas. If you eat anywhere else while you are in Vegas, you are wasting your money.

Our visit to Hugo's Cellar was outstanding. This is the second time here and is a must to all our future visits to Las Vegas. The attention to detail in the service is outstanding. The food is very good in taste and presentation. But remember to always leave room for the Banana Foster and hopefully you will have Gene as your server. He is the best.

We went to Hugo’s for my wife’s 40th birthday celebration, and we were beyond impressed. The service was great, never left in need of anything. The environment was very neat, dark lighting, brick walls, very much the cellar vibe.

I ordered the Ribeye, medium. It was cooked to perfection, and so juicy and tender. The salad was phenomenal, my wife’s favorite part. Made at the table, and you select exactly what you want on it.

When in Vegas, this will be a repeat restaurant for us.

The atmosphere is old Vegas. You can just imagine the Rat Pack hanging out. However, the food was mediocre, the steak tough a,d kinda tasteless. The service was very good and the red roses for the women are a lovely touch. This is a place you go to for the atmosphere not the food

Hugo's is a timeless Las Vegas classic and our visit lived up to that reputation. Certainly high in prices, this is a special place that should be considered only for special occasions. You won't be disappointed. You will see reviews about the salads and the unexpected wonders that come with special experiences elsewhere so I won't repeat myself. What I will say is that there is no pretentiousness about the staff. They are genuinely friendly, patient and helpful. Take a high-end joint on the Strip and they are full of themselves -not here. Hugo's Cellar is the model for friendly attentive service that is never lurkey or in-you-face.

We have eaten at Hugo's many times and have always been very impressed with the total experience. However this time was not as enjoyable. For some reason the service, while excellent, was incredibly slow. And, yes they were busy but I been there under similar conditions. After we were seated no one came by for almost 30 minutes. It was an hour before we were given our salads. We sat down at 6:30 and didn't leave until 9pm. It shouldn't take 2 1/2 hours. Perhaps this was just an anomaly on that particular evening. I hope so.

My family celebrated my Husbands birthday here. The staff was amazing! They even gave him a birthday card. My 12 year old son loved it too the waiter remembered his name the entire time. I would Recommend this dining experience to everyone. The food was on mazing and the atmosphere was very elegant.

Great for a special occasion. We came to celebrate an anniversary. The whole vibe is fine dining from the 1970's / 1980's, and it's fun! Table-side salad service, complimentary sorbet, all sorts of treats. Portions were quite large -- neither of us finished our full entree, especially after the salad! Very good value, very comfortable, draws a range of people.
