Our waitress, Amanda, was extremely friendly and attentive. And of course, the food is amazing! Great place to grab a bite on the weekend.

We chose beautiful night to eat outside at the Hub! Went for the salmon burger, a limited-time special that I hope they’ll keep on the menu. Each of us enjoyed a sandwich with fries (delicious) and we shared a roasted corn and avocado salad. All great! No room for ice cream when we were done (it’s always great). Happy to come back after a long hiatus.

Love this place, though it seems to be going through some rough days getting back into the swing of things since The Before Time. Our "Reserved seating" wasn't; someone allowed people to just sit at a table marked reserved, so we had to take what we could get. Which wasn't bad, just not what we had reserved. The food was good - the lamb burger with cucumber and tzatziki was excellent, and the fried cheese curds with siracha ketchup was crunchy decadence. I was here just a few days before and ordered the wings but they arrived absolutely overcooked and burned black in places, so maybe the kitchen is hit or miss. But the servers were great and very willing to make everything right. I'll be back soon.

Our waiter was prompt. Food was slow due to a large group in front of us, but waiter let us know and manager/hostess checked on us. We were enjoying ourselves and wait was not an issue. Food was hot and looked appealing. Overall an enjoyable experience. Will go again.

Another good meal at Hub. We enjoy sitting outside, even though the traffic noise is occasionally a bother. The food was good, service was nice. Prices are reasonable.

We went during Sonoran Restaurant Week and took advantage of their pre-fixe menu. Prime rib fries put poutine to shame! And the amount of shrimp in the shrimp-elote pasta was amazing. I took over half of it home. Delicious and a good variety on the regular menu. We e=will be back!

Enjoyed a lovely dinner, sitting outside at the HUB. Roasted corn and avocado salad was great! Sometimes a little noisy being outside right on busy Congress St, but still comfortable. Service was prompt and our waiter was super cool.

Server was great. Food amazing. But there were so many flies it was impossible to finish your food. You had to be shooing the flies away just very gross and uncontrollable.

Went here for brunch and the atmosphere is great. The Bloody Mary was strong and topped with a thick piece of bacon. The tots with avocado wasn't too bad but if you're looking for something refreshing, I highly recommend the shrimp and watermelon salad. It was odd at first but after the first bite I couldn't stop eating it! I ordered it with a side of steak for extra protein. Family friendly, has outdoor seating, and the boots are large enough for a big crowd.

This was our second visit. Disappointed with the service two years ago and vowed not to return. However, we decided to give it another try. Complete 180 today with superb service. We had the lamb burger, Mac & cheese, watermelon shrimp salad, fried calamari, and fish & chips. All good choices with exception of the lamb burger. The temperature was well done instead of medium as ordered. Server requested the chef re-do the order, but to avail. We were comped for this order and we totally didn't expect it. Cocktail options were also good. Ordered ice cream to go (rocky balboa and salted caramel) and they were both wonderful.

This was our first visit and we enjoyed it thoroughly - even with our 2-year old granddaughter along. Our server was friendly and humorous, the atmosphere was comfortable and relaxed, yet it felt like we were in a nice restaurant. All of our meals (salmon, pasta, salad and sandwich) were flavorful and large portioned, and the cheese curds were fantastic. How fun to have delicious ice cream (including a dairy-free option) delivered right to our tables. We'll definitely be back, especially with out of town guests.

The food was fantastic, our waiter, awesome. I ordered a bottle of red wine and it came open, stirred up, very cold, and smelled slightly stale (corked smell). I had ordered pinot, which can be slightly chilled, but it was cold to the point of tasting like dirt and nothing like a California pinot, it wasn't even a clear red, but murky. The waiter did take it back and bring me a "new" bottle, still the same... I was then told all the wines were on draft. Ok, I like the idea of saving on bottles, but a $38 bottle of pinot should not crappy wine. Then, because I didn't drink it all, I was told I could not take it with me because the bottles were reused. The treatment of the wines and not allowing them to be taken out of the restaurant should be something noted in advance of purchase. The rest of the meal was fantastic, we had cheese curds (amazing, the cheese was creamy, the breading light and tasty), chicken pasta (loved it, huge portion) and potpie (super yummy). We also had ice cream which tasted like... ice cream. Over all we had a nice birthday dinner, the restaurant is a bit too loud, making it difficult to easily have a conversation.

We started dinner at the Hub with excellent customer service. We were all thirsty from a day of hiking around Tucson, and our water glasses were promptly refilled. By the end, I think the staff was overwhelmed. I would recommend the ice cream but not the apple crisp.

I am very impressed with how the Hub is following Covid protocols. All of the staff wore masks and made our group feel comfortable. They have a great outdoor area for dining which made us feel even safer. The best thing about the Hub is the food though! I had the cod po'boy and tots and they were fantastic. One of my companions wanted a burger without a bun and the server offered to wrap it in lettuce instead. That attention to customer needs is excellent.

I ordered the Lobster Mac and Cheese. It was delicious but skimpy on the lobster. The lobster pieces probably were six small bites. I have had Cajun shrimp mac n cheese at another place and their bowl was not only cheaper ($7.50) but also larger (twice as much) of course that was five years ago - not pandemic times! So I totally understand what restaurants are going through just to stay alive. I do plan to go back, loved the music and being able to sit outside on a perfect afternoon. My friend had the avocado salad with Salmon on it and she loved it! All together we had a great afternoon.

We have always loved Hub Downtown so when they finally reopened due to COVID shutdown we had to go to support them.
I feel bad to say my food was just good. The flavors were very good but my Mac and cheese pasta was too hard. They used orecchiette pasta which takes longer to cook.
It wasn’t as creamy as usual. In saying that it still tasted good.
My husband had the carbonara and said it was good. He did ask for more grated cheese but the waiter brought out shredded cheddar cheese. When we said something he responded that’s all we have. But our friend had a Caesar salad which has grated parmigiana cheese. We explained it to him. He should have known the different cheeses for dishes. He finally figured it out and brought us correct cheese. All is good.
Overall a great place and will always eat at The Hub. Food and ice cream thumbs up.

Sangria Fria is the bomb! You should sell that by the bottle :) Haven’t been to HUB in a while and we’ve always liked the food, and since it was fall, went with chicken pot pie, some avocado crab toast, house salad with chili lime dressing and of course the ice cream! Service was excellent, clean tables, appropriate social distancing. Very nice dinner.
