My husband and I took my grandson, who wants to be a chef to this tour. We had a wonderful day. The restaurant we dined at was fantastic. The tour and the students were very knowledgeable .

This experience (esp with the taste/flavor activity) is a STEAL at a mere $15 - CIA needs to raise the price! We loved everything about it and can't wait to come back. Cheers to the students and staff for making our afternoon just perfection!!

We had a great time, the food was delicious and plentiful, and even the one dish we didn't care for as much, we had a great time critiquing! The students were so friendly, the music between courses was a nice touch, and the gift bag was such a cute idea. Because of the price, I'm not sure it will become an annual thing, but I'm so glad we did it!

The entire event was spectacular. The best food for me was at the Italian Restaurant, Catherine Di Medici. Delicious and enticing. Each dish at all three restaurants were elegantly displayed and tasty. The staff was quite professional and friendly at the same time. It was refreshing to hear of the students' plans for their future. I plan on returning.

This was my 5th Moveable Feast and the event never ceases to be amazing! The staff, chefs, and all others who coordinate this event are outstanding! Everything is so efficient, the vendors at the cocktail hour are informative and professional, music at cocktail hour and in between each course/restaurant were great! Food and pairing were awesome! While one or two parts of the menus were not my personal favorite, the amazing skill of the chefs was apparent and appreciated. Not an inexpensive event, but what you get with quality of food and drink makes it worthwhile.

We went on the Moveable Feast. Loved music interludes. Service was uneven. American Bounty had worst service 9 waiters tried to remove our plates while we were chewing or drinking or covering. Our plates were not clean. Poorly trained! It was a parade of people interrupting our meal every few seconds. No one at CIA taught them that at high end restaurants one doesn't clear until last person has finished. Very distracting.And American Bounty served the dried out fish. The hor d'oueves were good, especially the bro colli. Crab cakes were mainly filler and tasted similar to the potato croquettes- bland. Beef at Italian was good. The Bocuse app was lackluster. Overall we enjoyed but please train those students staffing American Bounty.
