   It was great. The salad, bread, Yorkshire pudding, potatoes, creamed spinach, and, of course, the prime rib. Our waiter was also very attentive and great. A perfect dining experience! I only wish we still lived in San Francisco and could take advantage of same-day cancellations. Thank you!

   The food was absolutely amazing. The service was just horrible and killed the mood. I have gotten reservations back in winter and have been anticipating eating at House of Prime for nearly 6 months. While the food and ambiance was absolutely amazing the terrible service put a damper on my experience.

    This was our second visit to The House of Prime Rib and it definitely will not be our last. Our server Matt was great very engaging and attentive which was definitely a plus! Food incredible we were a party of 4 and each of us got a different cut of meat and they all came out perfect! We will be back !!

    The staff is amazing, the server was excellent. I have never seen such an efficient and hard working staff. One of us asked the server if he were too tied when he went home at night, he didn't say anything. And I said of course he is. The prime rib was one of the best. I love creamed spinach unfortunately it was way too salted and all of us at the table felt as I did. We will be coming back. A lovely evening .

    Overall, it's wonderful. Prime rib portions keep getting smaller and smaller, though. King cut is the size that the House cut used to be. Yes, you can still ask for seconds.

    Amazing food, and incredible service. Shaun, our server for the night, made every moment special. They give you a little souvenir at the end of your meal for special occasions. I highly recommend asking for your meat seared on both sides.

    Food was good. Nothing crazy exceptional. Can good good prime rib at any respectable steakhouse. Drinks were great. Good value and great presentation. If your drinks come “up” you get the entire shaker. Main critique, service felt very rushed. I felt like our server was just trying to turn the table and get us in and out.

    Great food. The meat cooked perfectly and the side dishes all delicious. Service was timely except it did take awhile to get our main course. Server gave us a lot of yorkshire pudding. Salad dressing is excellent. We always recommend this restaurant. Good value, too.

    The food was good I had the salmon and the mashed potatoes the service was okay but the worst part was the bathrooms were disgusting for this type of restaurant to have bathrooms that look like that I went to the restroom when I first got there there was a drop of blood on the floor I went to the restroom two and a half hours later there was still the same drop of blood on the floor along with a lot more toilet paper it look like a dirty gas station bathroom for a restaurant that is so hard to get into that costs $500 for three people to eat dinner you should be cleaning your bathrooms if your bathrooms are that dirty how dirty is your kitchen?

    Prime Rib has always been fantastic and the cart service is very unique. My granddaughter was with us and was focused on the activity surrounding the cart. She wanted to "see" every time the cart was opened.
