   I really enjoyed my time here, the food is excellent as far as the appetizers go. I tried the margarita flatbread as well and it’s great but I wouldn’t pass up on the salmon bruschetta. It’s a must try!!

   It was my first time, and I was disappointed with the condition of the outdoor furniture and the cleanliness. Some staff were very pleasant others not so much the food was good, and I think people should try the house off Oliver and make up their own mind.

   The service was very slow and portions were much smaller than the last time I ate here. I had recommended it to my girlfriends, and was quite embarrassed. I don’t think I’ll eat here again. Feels like it’s going downhill.

   Did not live up to our expectations. We've dined here multiple times in the past, and no complaints. Not sure what has happened, but the service was "incredibly" slow. I could have driven home and got our drinks faster than getting our drinks served to us here. And our table was literally 8' from the bar. We dined inside, and maybe their outside dining took priority? The food was good, especially the appetizers.

   Overall definitely not worth the price. Service, well… wasn’t really there. We came in on a Saturday at 6:30pm, and was surprised that it was EMPTY for prime time dining. Even though they weren’t busy it took a while to be seated. Once seated we were forgotten about. Finally a server asked if we had been helped, in which she replied, “Oh ok, I’ll be your server tonight” kinda weird. Ordered a glass of wine each, the nut crusted Brie, Brussels sprouts salad, and chicken Marsala. I would have had a second glass of wine if anyone had offered to get me another before finishing our meal. So, no they didn’t check back in with us after ordering. The food was ok. Personally the salad was the best, however the prices were quite steep for what you get. Overall is was definitely below expectations. It was our first time in, as well as our last. I was disappointed as I was really looking forward ti trying it.

    I have been to House of Oliver’s many times and have always had a positive experience. Last night we went and had a terrible experience with a server, he completely ignored us, refilled every patron’s water around us and ignored us, we both at one point attempted to get his attention and he pointedly ignored us. He was supposed to be our server when we decided to sit outside after a bit and he Never helped us, I had to go to the bar for service. We even tried again to get his attention outside, but received the same from him. Now our actual server who helped us with our order was Amazing! Her name is Corrina and she was attentive, friendly and even ended up getting us our water refills when we told her about Mr. Rude.

    The service was great as usual however the food was completely different than the normal. We were very disappointed that our usual selections tasted terrible . The music was way to loud so loud you cannot hold a conversation. I understand people want entertainment but it doesn’t have to be so loud .

    Bar tender was not very attentive. Server was not very attentive. I was served corked wine. The host was clearly trying to get us to leave the table after we ate but we were still waiting for our dessert. He kept looking at us and then it took ten minutes or so before we got our bill and then another 10 minutes before the server picked it up. Maybe they were short handed.

    The food was very bad. The dinners came out cold. The short ribs were dry. The Brussel sprouts were mushy and greasy. The grilled cheese looked and tasted like something you would get a middle school cafeteria. The sweet garlic bread had potential but the garlic was not cooked and was hard. The Asian chicken meatballs fell apart. Overall the food was very poorly cooked. We have never been to the restaurant and heard they had music and good vibes. That they did. Our waitress was attentive and nice. The 6 of us will never eat there again.

    I decided to give this restaurant another chance even though the manager doesn't exist. The staff was pleasant but the kitchen is unorganized. We both ordered an appetizer and a meal. Within 5 minutes my husband was served simultaneously his soup and his entrée. Both were barely warm. It was obvious that the order must have belonged to another table. No way made to order that would have been done. When we told the waiter this is too soon are you sure this is our table's order? Shouldn't we get our appetizer first and how did we get this so quick? and certainly you don't serve the soup starter with the entrée? He said, I can take it back but then I don't know when you will get it back we have a small kitchen. Note: my appetizer did not come for 20 minutes after my husband was served and I never got my entrée. No manager around, no offer to make it right, not acknowledgement the obvious confusion in the kitchen. Note we were willing to wait we were not in any hurry. It is a reasonable expectation to enjoy your meal made to order and in the proper order. As ordered. Since it was obvious I'd never get my salad we to have them make it a take out salad. (When I got home half the ingredients on the salad were missing no figs not nuts no cheese.. and the shrimp which I asked to be packaged separately were not). Anyway, when we got our bill we never got an itemized receipt only the final charge. The amount due seemed much higher than what we ordered. At this point, it just wasn't worth the argument especially when it was obvious there would be 0 concessions we were just ready to go home. The charcuterie board was really good. I don't know what else to say. Maybe this restaurant is a loss leader tax right off or something because it isn't being managed correctly. Too bad it has potential.

    I made this reservation several weeks in advance. Two days before the reservation I get a call from them canceling my reservation as they were having a private party. This was New Years Eve. I was unable to get decent reservations anywhere else this late. Very upset. If they were having a private venue, certainly they knew more than 48 hours in advance. This completely blew up my plans.     We were there 90 minutes before any food came. Only one of our meals. Had to go back because cold. 30 Minutes later we had to find server to inquire about our 2 other meals. 15 Minutes later (45 after first meal) our meal was served. No flavor at all. Had to go to bar to get sofa refill. Nightmare

    The problem with this place is the prices are set at “fine dining” but the atmosphere is casual. It’s a fun place to eat, so don’t miss understand me. But when I take my wife to eat and spend $175 on our meal I would prefer the “white table cloth environment”. The food was good, not great. If the prices were cut in half, I would recommend the his place for casual dining.

    Took wife out for our 25th wedding anniversary. Over all it was a good time. The food was really good. The cheese platter was underwhelming for the price. The wine was excellent. Our waiter brought out our bottle of wine and disappeared, never to be seen again. We didn’t feel very welcomed. The ambiance was nice but the outside fire place was disappointingly turned off too soon as we were enjoying watch the flames as we had our wine and waited for our food. It was a long wait. Over all it was a great date and my wife enjoyed herself. It could have been better. The live band was great.

    The outside patio is very nice. However, Several of the outdoor heaters were not working . The food was great and loved the band. The cocktails are delish but extremely overpriced, 17$ for a martini 😳 the menu prices apparently increased but our server didn't tell us that until we noticed on the bill. Second time coming and very slow service on the patio again. The young guy that refilled our waters did a great job !!

    My only comment is that they wouldn’t honor my expired Groupon. According to Groupon, you’re supposed to get what you paid for the Groupon, even if it’s expired.

    I'm very picky (too picky) about service industry workers these days, having worked in it in the past. Not here. The waitress was very professional, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and aware. The food was great, as was the atmosphere (outside). It was our first time, but not our last.
