I ordered the southwest chicken wrap. I expected the wrap to be warm - maybe similar to a Buffalo chicken wrap - but it was cold. The fries were good, and the French onion soup was good. Our server was awkward and not attentive.

Went for opening night of restaurant week - 6:15 reservation -2 of the 3 dessert options were already unavailable. Problems with the bills. Had to ask waitress for drink refills. Overall, I would give this trip to a usually reliable restaurant a “C” or 2.5/5. Just kind of in the middle for everything. Not terrible, but not great.

Very average to below average food. Ordered the steak and asparagus and they were very salty. Salad looked like they opened a bag and threw it on a plate. Will not be back here.

We really enjoyed Houlihan's for lunch. It was a quiet afternoon so we were immediately seated. Our waiter was such a nice young man! Easy listening music in the background was a cool touch. My friends had the fish tacos and they loved them! My hamburger and fries was very good too. I will definitely return and try dinner time next time!

Our server was very attentive and did an outstanding job at communicating what was going on with our order. We got everything super quickly, and everything was fantastic! The portions are the perfect size if you like to take food home for later, especially if you want to try a couple things at once. Everyone on staff is super helpful and the service is great. Highly recommend if you want a good meal for a good price.

The fish tacos were wonderful as were the stuffed mushrooms! So delicious with that horseradish sauce! Pure heaven! Cannot say enough about how professional and attentive the wait staff was. Very nice evening.

While I understand there was a concert, and restaurant was busy, but you knew it would be, and should have staffed accordingly. Never got our food, because we would have been late for concert. I normally have good experiences here, otherwise.

Some of the food was tasty - hot, crispy fries. Tender asparagus. Generous amount of bleu cheese on the salad. Service was fine, if a bit slow. It took 25-30 minutes for our entrees to come to the table even though the restaurant was not busy. But the main attraction - the steaks - were quite poor. Both were lukewarm in temperature when they came to the table. Ordered medium rare, mine was medium to medium-well. It tasted charred, rather than seared. I only ate about half of it, as it wasn't very good. Also ordered medium-rare, my wife's steak was rare. There are better restaurants nearby, and I would not return.

We were here for a day long seminar. We didn’t want to leave the building, it was raining, so we decided to make reservations. We arrived at our designated time and we were immediately seated. Waitress was right there to take our drink order. Drinks brought to table and we ordered food. Food was very good! We will visit again!!

Overall this was a sad experience as this Houlihans seems to be on the edge of closure. The menu was reduced to less than a third of what we are used to at the Naperville location. The hours have been reduced significantly here also. We just moved to the area and we’re excited to know one of our favorite places would be near. Unfortunately this location wasn’t serving any of our favorites anymore.

Thw music Anika Nims was way too loud and she would not reduce her volume. When she would finish a song I will clap because I can hear again otherwise I could never hear anybody at my table. It took a long time to get waited on and service was slow but once it came service was good. Our waitress was good I think it was just short of staff. I came for the music but left early because of it.
