Really enjoyed it. Great food and service. Fried chicken was fantastic, but call ahead because they don't always have it.
Will definitely go back; much more to try on that menu.
It seems these “new” restaurants all come from the same cookie-cutter business plan. Menus look like a resume, strange variations to everything, overpriced, and pretentious decor. Echo and Rigg pulls it off. Honey Salt - not so much.
Great food and atmosphere! Highly recommended!
The Cocoa Puff French Toast was sooooooooooooo good! And the bottomless mimosa option for Brunch was perfect! I will definitely dine at this establishment again and highly recommend it to others.
Excellent meal and service at Honey Salt. Loved the honey salt butter .... what a wonderful invention, where has that been my whole life! The menu was nice and varied ... loved the flat bread and chicken that I had and look forward to trying something else next time.
Read all the reviews and was so excited to eat at a Farm to table restaurant for our anniversary.
We had trouble finding the location because the building is under construction and it looked closed so we passed it.
I ordered the scallops and my husband ordered the chicken and just was underwhelmed with both items! Our server recommended both dishes!
We also ordered the feature ‘brookie’ brownie cookie dessert and again felt that it was generic.
Last minute need for above average food in downtown Summerlin always leads to Honey Salt rest
The staff is friendly and not over bearing
Food always arrived promptly and ready to eat
Confort food in great ambience and friendly atmosphere
Friend recommended this place to us last time we were in Vegas but didn’t get a chance to go the first time. We finally came back to Vegas and made sure to check you out. It was well worth the wait. We loved everything especially the dessert.
Food was delicious! I had the breakfast nachos. My husband had the biscuits and gravy. The folks had a burger and chicken sandwich. This was our first time to Honey Salt. What impressed us the most was the staff. From the moment we walked in the hostess greeted us and was super attentive and friendly. Our waiter was informative. Even the bus boy was constantly checking on our refills. Thank you for a great dinning experience. We will be going back! (Restaurant was busy ,so I recommend you make a reservation. )We were there for brunch on Sunday March 4th.
Food was delicious, it is a little loud however that’s because of the popularity of the restaurant. The service was fantastic. We started with Monkey bread, so delicious and great sharing plate. I had the eggs Benedict, the only issue is the eggs were a little undercooked but the flavor of the dish was spot on. She had the grilled cheese with bacon and salad, luckily she could finish her dish which meant I got to finish it! Another win and great sandwich!
Everything we ordered was delicious
Got us right in
First time at this restaurant. The food was fabulous. Everything was prepared exquisitely.
Would good back and bring more people with me.
Food was delicious and the atmosphere was awesome! Definitely will be back!
Ralph the new Manager is Great! The Honey 🍯 Salt Team rocks from the Kitchen Team lead by Chef Anthony to the Front of the House starting with Ashley and the servers and WaitStaff! Honey 🍯 Salt is Exceptional!!
Great customer service, drinks and food. Will definitely be back!
The Scallops and Filet were excellent, the short ribs wasn’t good tonight. Service was great.
Enjoyed our visit to Honey Salt. Good food and good service. Appreciated that they gave up separate checks and noted that they had seen it on my reservation request. We will go back.
Nice menue. Varied choices. Exceptional choice of vegetables. Great food. Killer desserts. Prompt and frien
It was a very pleasant visit for my sister's birthday. Really delicious cocoa puff french toast and bottomless bellinis!!!
We just moved to Summerlin from the East Coast and we are so glad to have Honey Salt nearby. Sunday brunch was delicious, service so friendly, and the atmosphere joyful. We will return for dinner soon!
Delicious all the way around. Our server was personable and helpful as this was our first visit. The chef/owner spend time in pleasant conversation with us tableside. The food was so yummy! and fresh! and 'real'! generous portions too, which doesn't always happen in other farm-to-table restaurants. If we lived here in Summerlin, we'd be groupies!
Made a reservation here on 02/22/18. When we walked in we were promptly seated and greeted by someone who wasn't our server but got us started on water. The decor was neat and the menu was short and to the point.
We ordered the sweet potato soup which was amazing and piping hot! We also ordered the turkey meatballs but they came out cold in the center, they tasted alright though so we didn't bother to send them back, just wish they would've been hot.
For the main dish my boyfriend and I ordered an ahi tuna salad which was delicious! (But a very small portion size!) and the chicken curry, which was also a small portion size. The chicken curry was good except it was served with some sort of crunchy flatbread that wasn't complimenting to the dish. Also there were large chunks of bone in the curry which is to be expected, however it seemed like every other piece had a bone!
My boyfriend loved the cucumber mocktail, so much so he ordered two!
Overall, this place is decent for the price, however your experience can go widely different directions based on you order. Or you can do as we did and order a couple things to share just in case some dishes aren't up to par. I may return to this restaurant but in a city like Vegas it isn't on the top of my list.
Excellent service, food and atmosphere. The server made a few recommendations and they turned out to be amazing. And to top it all off the manager came over and checked on us to see how it was. Very friendly and genuine service. Will be back any time we are in Las Vegas.
Service and food was excellent. Will definitely be back very soon!
Honey Salt is consistently is a dining pleasure. The quality of food and the service are the reasons we love eating there.
We had a large party (9 people) for a get together on a Friday night. Honey Salt was very busy. The service was great through out the dinner and timed correctly. Also the food is great as always. Enjoy the fact they change the menu throughout the year.
Superb experience. The chicken sandwich w/Ceasar salad is a hit. The bottomless mimosas are so worth it. We will visit again soon😊
Disappointing Valentine’s Day dinner. Extremely slow service after being seated early, much confusion with service, meal so-so. I have had several outstanding dinners at Honey Salt so was disappointed. Certainly not worth the money paid. I know the restaurant is better than this; what happened??
The food was great. Service was prompt and attentive. Decor was very nice. I'll definitely be back.
I went here last night for Valentine's day and I am pretty disappointed by the experience. It seemed from the reviews that there was/maybe is potential and maybe we were just the one off in terms of experience, but this was not enjoyable. The dining room is considerably overpacked and quite loud, the restaurant (bar in particular) was understaffed, food was fine, drinks were good. I felt sorry for the servers/bartenders because it didn't seem like they had enough coverage for such a busy night. I noticed that the tables next to us, 1 had been already seated and the other just sat down after us, were waiting about 10-15 minutes for drinks despite some drinks being wine. The timing on the food was awkward, with about another 10-15 minute delay after the appetizer plate was taken away. The service was fine, I just felt that the waitress might have been overwhelmed and could not be as attentive as she would have liked to be. We saw her for when she took our order, then maybe once more after we had finished the entrees, she seemed pretty busy. My girlfriend ordered the seared ahi tuna salad, which was good, and I ordered the filet mignon. The potatoes and kale were good, I don't know about the filet though. I asked for medium rare, but the steak came out rare, I took it home and nuked it to the right temp later. I don't know if the server misheard me or maybe the kitchen misread the temp, but I don't think the onus should be on the patron considering the order was never read back for confirmation. We decided to skip dessert and another round of drinks because it just seemed too busy and we didn't want to wait another 20 minutes. 1 app, 2 entrees, 1 cocktail, 1 wine, $110 with tip. This meal was about $40 too much. I forgot to mention that when they confirmed my reservation, they failed to inform me that the night would be prix fixe and limited menu, poor form. I know others have had a better time here, but life is too short for a bad experience at that price.
It was the Valentines menu. It wasn’t good.
My wife and I went to Honey Salt for Valentine's Day. The evening's set menu was very tasty and well presented. We had a very long and enjoyable conversation with the manager. This, and the large number of customers must have confused the kitchen and waiters as we had two deserts and our main course served before the appetizers.
Two other suggestions: I would recommend not showing sports on the large TVs on Valentine's Day and the music was also not quite appropriate to the event.
Still, a must visit restaurant in Las Vegas.
Not what we expected. Noise level was loud and you sit so close to table next to you their cough sprays you. Wasn't sure who was our server, a different server for every course. Once seated, wait was long for everything and their were 8 tables open with 8 servers on the floor and 4 managers walking around. In my opinion, that many on the floor there waot time should be minimal. Needed plates cleared and water filled for 20 minutes. It was very unorganized, especially for a set menu. If you hate germs, stay clear! Tables are(barely) wiped with damp cloth and flatware is placed directly on table. Food was extremely small portions. Tortellini soup was not amazing, but not horrible. Rib eye was chewy and veggies hard. Dessert took 20 minutes to receive a frozen dried out tart with warm chocolate peanut sauce inside. We left disappointed, hungry and now sick from sitting one foot from other tables. Maybe it is better on non holidays!
First time there, always looking to find independent restaurants to try when we travel (live in OK) had reservations for 12:30 on Sunday (which I knew was going to be busy) was seated at 12:40 and they were embarrassed because we couldn't be seated earlier. Great food and great service!! Will go back again next time in Vegas!
I had a good time at this great restaurant! The food was very good, and the service was not excellent but good, only because one person did not receive their food until everyone was almost finished with their meals. The staff was very professional and attentive to our needs.
Great food great experience
This was our second visit, and we each ordered the Biloxi Chicken Sandwich. As good as the first time. We’ll definitely be back, but we’ll have to force myself to try some other items.
Disappointed this time. Mopping and sweeping at the end of our meal. Dirty water Smelled disgusting during dessert. Also dinner was average. Usually outstanding. No bread either before our meals. What’s going on?
First time trying Honey Salt. Party of 8, at least half felt food was inferior compared to the hype. The other half loved there's so I guess it's what you order. I had the snapper, no taste, poor texture. Whatever vegetable was on the plate was hard and tasteless. The sauce however was good flavor. Another had chicken curry, had flavor but they didn't like it. Meatloaf was very good and the pork was very good. Tried dessert. Same situation, half liked theirs, bread pudding. Half didn't, the chocolate banana cake. Large portion but just didn't care for the taste and mix of textures. Service was good and attentive. Place was busy on a Saturday night. Drinks were all very good. Outside was under construction and that was disappointing but interior was more like whitewash shabby chic style. Restaurant was clean. I would try it again and order what others said was good and try a lighter dessert. I think the exterior look of open studs and draped plastic sheeting threw me off and tainted the experience for me and a few others in our party. That said I owe it to them and myself to try it again after the construction is complete.
Veggies under cooked and everything needed more salt/seasoning
