Set off the Strip in Summerlin, Las Vegas, Honey Salt is the first independent venture for renowned restaurateur Elizabeth Blau and her husband, award-winning Chef Kim Canteenwalla. Incorporating a sense of home throughout all elements of the restaurant, Honey Salt is inspired by the couple’s passion for entertaining.                                                               The fried chicken was painfully horrible. Some of the guests thought it tasted like the chicken was boiled then fried. All the breadding would fall off as soon as you lifted up a piece of chicken. The meatballs didn’t taste gourmet. The service was good but the food was just terrible. The dinner service should not be offered if the restaurant can’t handle it and just stick to breakfast/lunch.

                                                              Outstanding combination for Greek night! The tomato/watermelon salad was a delight. Lamb skewers were very tasty with just the right amount of heat. Great service.

                                                              Reservation was 7p but we didn’t get sat until 7:20. Restaurant was very busy and had a private party. It took 40 minutes for food to arrive due to that party. Appreciate the free dessert for the wait. Waiter was nice but not very attentive. Wasn’t offered another round of drinks and had to ask for iced tea refills. Food was better than expected.

                                                              This is one of my favorite places. The food is always great and the service is amazing. One server in particular, Steve is the absolute best. He always has great suggestions and is a pleasure to see every time we visit.
