Booked Holsteins to use $100 in gift certificates I received as a gift to this specific location. I had been there before and had a good experience. The certificates were a year or so old but had no expiration date or terms of expiration. As I went to pay and use the certificates the server told me the certificates were no longer valid. No reason was given other than that the restaurant no longer accepted them. I asked for a manager who also stated certificates were no longer being granted. I asked for any compensation and was offered a $7 shake. I wrote the general manager afterwards for an explanation and got no response. Someone paid $100 for these and restaurant refused to take them. Shady as hell.
Overall it was just okay. I ended up ordering the Salmon burger that was not very appetizing and this food item needs some work. Being that this was business dinner I didn’t send this back as I would have normally and requested something in its place.
Also, I would appreciate if my points for using the open table app are confirmed by your team and acknowledged. At this writing I have not received my points?
Our server Robert was amazing! Very attentive and informative about the menu. I was very surprised how average tasting the burgers were but our apps were amazing (definitely recommend the buffalo chicken dip!). It was a tad bit loud but it is Vegas so that was expected. Overall good experience.
My family and I went here before going to see a show. The menu offered a wide range of burgers, salads and sides. My daughter enjoyed the lobster mac and cheese, while the rest of us had burgers. The milkshakes were delicious. Our waiter did a great job of suggesting cocktails and wine.

Steak Salad was just ok, the steak was tough and the lettuce could have been fresher. The burgers were nothing special either. The shakes were also just ok. Would not go back.

I really like this restaurant. I found it a few years back when folks didn't want to go to a celebrity chef burger chain. I'm very glad we ended up at Holsteins! I try to eat here every time I'm in Vegas. Good beer selection and good whiskey to go along with great burgers.

Good variety of hamburger/sandwich options. Loud atmosphere and overpriced but so is everything in LV. Enjoyed the meal and our service was fantastic!

Food was excellent. Burger cooked exactly as ordered, fries nice and crispy. Shake was awesome. Sat at the bar because tables seemed cramped with lots of families.
Burgers are amazing. Although fried were delicious, they were old and not even hot (should never happen). Service was slow and would've liked an offer of extra popcorn while we were waiting for our food.
My burger and my dining partner’s burgers were fantastic! However our server shrugged off my questions and didn’t answer them (I’m pregnant and had some questions about the cheese on my burger). Otherwise good experience and would return for sure.

I was a little disappointed with my burger this time. It did not seem to have been made fresh when I ordered it. It seemed to have been pre-cooked slightly and then re-heated when I ordered it. I hope that this will not become the norm. I have had much tastier and fresher burgers here on previous visits.
The food has always been good to great, but something was odd this time. Burgers were a little dry and buns tasted frozen not fresh.
From the bamboozled shakes (think adult milkshake creations) to the stacked up hamburgers, this place delivers. It is a great place to stop at and grab a quick bite or take time to enjoy hearty dinner with one of their amazing burgers. They even have some great small plates to share with a friend if you are looking for something to go with that shake but don't want to eat a whole burger. Seating is a bit close so don't expect a ton of privacy for you and your date.
Service & food were all good. My only criticism is that we weren't in a hurry & our appetizers, shakes & burgers all came out at almost the same time.
Love the unusual adult milkshakes-very fun, casual spot in Vegas. Great for families too.
So disappointed appetizer was ok I had Caesar salad with salmon for dinner that was terrible first no cheese I asked waiter for some cheese he responded that he could see it... really it was mostly romaine spins and stale croutons. I did not eat it . When server asked if everything was okay I told him salad was very disappointing. He said oh I love our Caesar Salad?? He came back and said that manager was taking salad off bill but charging us for the salmon..... very immature staff

It was good but nothing special. I like Holstein’s, but didn’t think it was quite as good this time. Plenty expensive for hamburgers
Be sure to check your bill...they charged us for the wrong thing and were super argumentative about it when we corrected them. When we told our waiter he went and told his manager who we thought was coming over with the new bill instead he stood there interrogating us. Never going again.
Black Dress Mess cocktail was yummy! Billionaire Burger is a must. Fryed Cheese Curds were delicious. Great atmosphere and decor!
A fun restaurant in the Cosmopolitan. Portion sizes are large so we shared a burger and salad. Both were excellent as were our drinks. We had great service from Cory. Would highly recommend if you want a good but not fancy meal
