Holsteins brings better burgers and a funky, homegrown attitude to The Strip. We love this place! The burgers are on another level. I am specifically calling out “The Burger” an out of the box taste experience for sure! Your taste buds will go nuts for this one and you must try it, go ahead, step out of your comfort zone. You won’t be disappointed!

Let's just say this place is "lively" and fun in terms of ambience and noise level. The crispy cross cross cut sweet potato fries really are crispy and ohhhh soooo good. They give you a fairly large serving. I had the classic burger and added the aged goat cheddar cheese. DELICIOUS! FYI: Their "udder sauce" is their house made ketchup. I also want to note: I had the sweetest waitress EVER: Tiana! She smiled every time she came over to check on me and was appropriately attentive. 5-star service! I LOVE burgers and in comparison to other burgers, this place definitely ranks in the top 5 in Las Vegas from what I have tasted thus far

First time at Holstein's. We had The Burger and the Short Rib Burger. Loved both burgers. The Burger had fried avocado and a spicy mayo amoungst other things that the flavors melded together so amazingly. The Short Rib Burger served with shredded braised short ribs with BBQ sauce on onion rings on a perfectly cooked Burger. This sandwich was over the top in flavor.

Boozy milkshakes are awesome (tried the DoNutella). Hamburgers were good but patties not great. Would definitely return as it is a great combination of unique and well-balanced ingredients in their preparations.

The burgers n onion rings were delicious! Perfectly cooked and piping hot. Great atmosphere and a fun place for an easy mo fuss meal in Vegas. Plus - who doesn’t love those fabulous adult over the top milk shakes and Cosmo cosmopolitans!! Love the ability to sign to the Bellagio and other MGM properties. See y’all next visit!!

Really bad! Made reservation here for 10pm, went there at 10 and they said they closed at 9:45 for last call. And open table should never made reservation for 10 Pm. Drive 30 min to get there with 3 guest.

We sat at the table for between 5 and 7 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. Finally a table runner brought us water. Service was slow and the staff needs to be trained on customer service. The food was out before our drinks from the bar. We had to ask at least twice for lemons for the water and for ketchup, salt, and pepper. Even great food doesn’t offset bad service.
