I came here for a bridesmaid dinner night and the food and drinks were delicious! We ordered Hibachi and a few girls ordered Sushi. Some of my girls had to wait for drinks for awhile and the service was very slow on that. We waited about an hour before our cook started cooking. Overall they were wonderful and made my day special and brought out a dessert for my party and I. Our server tried her best to get everything asap. I would definitely go back for the food!

My husband and I both love Hokkaido, and we visit occasionally for Hibachi, mostly for special occasions. Of all the Hibachi places in the area, this is our favorite. It's not chaotic, crowded or noisy like other restaurants, and the chefs and the food are top-notch! My favorite entree is garlic shrimp, and my husband loves Hibachi shrimp, but we've also tried steak and chicken dinners which we also enjoy.

We sat at the sushi bar and although a quiet night, the sushi chef made it an exceptional experience, suggesting sushi and making a great dining experience

We went to Hokkaido for my birthday celebration and had the best time! It wasn't very busy so we had an entire table and chef to ourselves. He entertained us and answered all of our questions about his awing cooking performance (including the many tricks he showed us). Our server was very attentive and took many pictures for us of the experience. To top it off they brought me a *free* and very delicious birthday dessert big enough to share with everyone that was topped with a giant sparkler/firecracker. It was pretty amazing. The hibachi was also absolutely delicious and very flavorful. We will definitely be coming back!

Had reservations for 2 on a Saturday night. Pretty dead for a Saturday and located in a strip mall but the service and food were great. The hibachi chicken and calamari were prepared to perfection.

I must say that my experience at Hokkaido was phenomenal the ambiance was great the food was very delicious the cook was amazing, the staff was very friendly and polite the bartenders were great and the martini's was everything I look forward to dining again in the near future.

After we ordered, the waitress informed us that they were out of white tuna and wanted to substitute salmon. Not the same. I thought they could be more generous with their fish.

We vistied to celebrate new jobs and a family members birthday who is no longer with us. The food was great the service was good and the show was fun. Thank you will come again

The atmosphere was energized - like being at a show. My husband had never experience a Hibachi Grill meal. I might return, the fried rice and maybe something else. The soup was salty. The table was split so that service could be regulated for each group that was seated. We enjoyed the flavor of the fried rice, but the salmon, steamed rice and vegetables were overcooked. Although the shrimp was flavored well, they were really small for the cost. The cooks and service was well-timed and friendly, although we were served by the hostess instead of the waitstaff.

The food was amazing, it was very filling. The people were so kind. I loved the little pranks played and everyone definitely worked with me to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday. The sparkler was AWESOME!

I have been to this restaurant for sushi many times in the past. First few times the nigiri and sashimi were pretty good and many different kinds of fish to choose from. However, things are being changed during the last couple times I visited. Every time I saw new menu which has fewer and fewer nigiri and sashimi items to choose.
Last night (Sat) I thought to give it another try. When I walked in at 7:30 pm, I knew I made a mistake. The sushi section has NO customer at all. Got the menu, saw only 4 types of raw fish on the menu and not even have any salmon roe or any type of fish eggs. Ended up we decided to order just few simple maki and sashimi and a vegetable tempura and a steam rice for my child. The rice was warm but hard and the funniest thing was they gave the ginger salad dressing for the tempura. I thought the wrong sauce was just brought out and told the server to bring us the tempura sauce. After talking to our server, surprisingly she didn't know what is tempura sauce nor the kitchen. Ended up they gave use some other sauce which I didn't know what that is. Maki and sashimi was ok but can't compare what we had in the past in this restaurant. I first review this restaurant with 4 stars and sadly I have to give 1 star now and it would be my last visit.

We went during lunch time. There were only a couple other tables filled. The restaurant looked like it would be more suitable for evening time. The food presentation was beautiful. It seemed heavy on the mayonnaise for our taste. However, the service was the best out of many different restaurants we have tried! Sorry I did not ask the server's name! She was friendly, informative, and "on the ball".
