Excellent atmosphere and delicious food! The servers are all very helpful as well. We came during a very busy time (Sunday brunch) but were seated quickly and served attentively as well. Thank you!
The service was outstanding and we had 2 appetizers that were both delicious. Very cool spot to go to!
I treated my friend for the perfect birthday brunch. We were seated on the cute patio with a view of piedmont and Monroe. The mimosa and chicken and waffles were great! I’ll be back!
I love HOBNOB!! The food is awesome with great prices. My first time coming here was two years ago for my bday during brunch. Best choice ever! And will continue to come back. I believe the noise level was only bit high because they have love music on Sundays. Which was great!
Hob nob is a cute little neighborhood joint. They have great bottomless brunch deals on Saturday and Sunday. You must make a reservation or you will most likely not get seated on the weekend.
Great location, and good food.
Service was extremely slow and it took almost 10 min before anybody greeted us at our table. Food was just ok. Doubt I will go back, especially on a Saturday evening.
24th birthday!!!
the food was not good. we ended up leaving and going to tgi Fridays. will not go back.
We ordered burgers I got beef and my friend got turkey. Both burgers were excellent once we finally received them. With a reservation we only waited a few min to be seated and our waiter bring us water but once he left the water it took over 25min for our waiter to come back to take our order. Once our order was finally placed the food came out fast but both orders were wrong my burger was sent back 3 times before it was done right.
Loved it! I went for brunch and everything was delicious. Good service and the place has a very neighborhood vibe. Will def be back.
Little cold in outer area. Great food, fun menus. Server wasn’t helpful especially when passing out separate checks.
music was playing very loudly..hard for conversation....manager lowered volume thank you
Always good--a varied menu, good cocktails, food is tasty. If you have not been, go!
Absolutely wonderful staff and even better food! We were visiting from out of town and I was glad I did my research and booked a reservation here. Totally worth it and highly recommend!
Our server, Paige, was very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. Delicious menu!!
The food was good but the inside of the restaurant stunk like a dirty bar. The service was a bit slow because I think he was the only server in the place! Won't return because there are so many other places to try and it wasn't THAT good.
It's Christmas Day, decided to make a reservation for dinner. Valet parking free which was a plus. Very limited menu because of Christmas which should have been stated when reservation was made. Waited 5 minutes to be seated and the tavern wasn't full. Finally my group of 5 was seated on the partially enclosed patio. With it being 40 degrees in Atlanta I wasn't trying to sit in the cold. Asked to be seated inside and I was told that there was a heater out on the patio and that all the reservation were seated on the inside. I let him know had a reservation and he said do you see anyplace I can seat you. Ummmm, needless to say that my group left and will not return due to extremely poor service.
The hostess was not interested in customer service.
My friends and I met to catch up over brunch and the place was on the smaller side, the dining area was much smaller than expected - considering we eventually found out from the manager that patio seating was moved inside to ensure thy don’t turn away any guests that made reservations because of weather. The food was OK. I ordered the Breakfast Tacos which arrived at the table cold. The server, while polite, wasn’t as attentive since he was manning a large party next to us. Meanwhile, the dining area was tight on space to the point where people had to stand to the side and inch along behind seated guests. One of my friends facing me was bumped by a member of staff who ran our food to the table and was told (& quoted) “she was in the way!” We asked for a manager, who, then proceeded to tell us about accommodating guests as best they could because the rain closed the patio seating, and how the young lady who ran our food just had her wisdom teeth pulled, but is usually nice otherwise. SERIOUSLY!? It’s hard to believe telling a guest (who is already seated in an obviously crowded dining room) they’re “in the way” is justifiable, let alone a polite thing to say. While he apologized on her behalf by justifying her comment by blaming dental work, the situation wasn’t rectified. I’ve served in the restaurant industry for over 3 years and also carry a predominately service-based background for over 13 years, so I can understand the variables that can contribute to a stressful and fast paced environment, but to dismiss a disappointed guest with an excuse is insulting and in poor taste. I booked this place for brunch because of all the great things I’ve heard about HOBNOB, sadly this will be my first and last time visiting.
Food was great and the mimosas were amazing. I will definitely be back for brunch when I visit Atlanta again! Tip: Try to get a reservation earlier like around 12. This place fills up quickly. Mimosas start at 12:30 on Sunday, but you can always order an appetizer while you wait :-)
Their brunch was delicious. I had the Hangover Helper and loved it. There were 5 of us. Only one guest wasn't completely satisfied and that's only because she didn't know how a poached egg is prepared.
Salmon and Pot Roast was great. Live music on Thursday night outstanding
Our waiter was not attentive, which made this a poor
Dining experience.
Awesome sauce..good vibes, great people, live music, tasty food
We love this neighborhood gem. Great local flavor. Staff is amiable and attentive.
They brought me the wrong order and my friends meal was not prepared the way she requested it. The waitress wasn’t rude, but she didn’t really come check on us and didn’t offer any type of apology for getting our orders wrong.
Service could’ve been better. The server was barely engaged.
We ordered the wings that were friend for too long and very hard.
I think I’ll stick to this place for Sunday Brunch
Our server was wonderful. We were the only people in the place so it was pretty cool the manager asked us what music we wanted to listen to...the food was on point. I don’t think I’ve ever had anything bad on the menu on multiple visits. I took a friend here who flew in from out of town before I dropped him off at the airport. He’s a total foodie so I knew Hobnob would come through. Thanks!
Shrimp and Grits are great!!! We have been going here the past few years off and on. Staff is very friendly and they always have a nice drink selection.
This was such a fun experience! The waitstaff was so nice and welcoming. They held great conversations and knew the menu so well.
The best part was the live music — the musician/singer was terrific!
Great service, good food and drinks . Don’t get the bottomless mimosas unless you want OJ with a splash of champagne. You are better off getting a bottle of the prosecco. Noise level is loud so it’s hard to hear but it’s a very lively scene
Great place to eat without spending an arm and leg. Food and drinks were delicious. The service was great and I am happy they offered valet parking. Parking in that area can be a nightmare but complimentary valet helps a lot! I love the fact that I don't have to get dressed up to eat!
Went here for brunch with a few friends, two of us were from out of town and heard this was a good spot. We were sat quickly, and was told this was a good table as opposed to others because the service would be faster, this was not the case. Two of us ordered bottomless mimosas, and it took a WHOLE HOUR to get our first refill (btw, bottomless mimosas cost us $17, which is a little more pricey than what we are used to in D.C.). A table who was seated about 30 minutes after us got their food before we did. When our food did come out, two of us had cold eggs, and another was made incorrectly. We asked to speak to the manager about the problem, who quickly dismissed out complaints and concerns. Overall, the service was slow and poor, and we will most definitely not be returning upon our next visit.
This place is really fun at night! Live music and great cheap drinks!
Service and food could have been wayyyyyy better
Waitress sweet and Johnny On It!!
Good food easy atmosphere!! B Bak Sooon
Nice place .food was delicious . I would definitely go back . Would recommend it to my visitors who like the old fashion tavern scene.
Let me say I LOVE this place for brunch. It is my go to for bottomless and bourbon. That said, this was our first time for lunch. We arrived during the turn over time, so the menu was limited.
We both got a flight (3 opts were unavailable), wings, and the crab dip until we could order lunch. Both were "okay."
For lunch he got the salmon and I got the pork and grits. I enjoyed my food (and bourdon drink), but his salmon was over cooked and the Brussels sprouts were burnt. The glaze was good, though.
He's not one to make a fuss, so we just shared my meal. The waiter noted that "he didn't eat much," but not much else. In the server's defense, we didn't want to seem difficult.
We'll definitely have brunch again, but I'm not sure about anything else.
