   Ate here on Mother's Day- antique space with old world charm, multiple dining spaces on multiple floors, plus a great outdoor patio! Bewarned though- multiple staircases, not senior or mobility challenged friendly. Food was outstanding! Great menu, great specials everything was delicious. All the servers were polite and professional- but service was a bit slow- understandably since they also had to climb the staircases but also laden with trays! My son tried scallops for the first time and loved them, my husband and I had the Osso Bucco special. We all had dessert, the apple crisp, banana bread pudding and the peach cobbler special were all terrific- but were served (Ala mode) long before our cappucinos were. But given the little hiccups, I would definitely go back!

   We were delighted with our dining experience at the Ho Ho Kus Inn. It is a step back in time in ambiance in a historical mansion. We loved the small rooms which created a coziness and quiet atmosphere so uncommon in most restaurants today. The service was superb and the food generally excellent. If you're looking for a unique, romantic dining experience, Ho Ho Kus Inn is the place to go. Of all the many restaurants we have dined at in Bergen County, this is our favorite.    It was OK for Mothers Day. We had a 3pm reservation and they were still serving breakfast/brunch. Dinner kicked in at 4pm. Not told this when reserving. If I wanted brunch, I would have made an earlier reservation. Service was spotty. Forgot my tea. But it was OK. The place is very pretty. Would love to have seen dinner menu. Maybe we'll try at a later date?

   They had plenty of high chairs available, even on an extremely busy day as Mother”s Day. They are very accommodating to families.

   Good could only reserve the tavern, which of course was noisy. Would have been better in the library. Just the nature of the space. No fault of the restaurant

   We enjoyed our Sunday Brunch at the Ho-Ho-Kus Inn. Price on some items is a little high for the portions and menu option.

   Been here many times and hosted private events here. Great ambience, usually very good food. The food yesterday was just okay.

    It was so nice to see Felice! Love this Sunday buffet brunch! It’s just “easy like Sunday morning”! The ambience of the Book room coupled with the live music is just “parfait” Nicolas and Halima were so accommodating and welcoming:) We’ll see you in a few weeks!
