Not really sure why things have declined at Hiro's; but, they need to review this site and take corrective action to improve or they won't be in business much longer. When we arrived at 6 PM, we were 2 of 5 patrons in the facility. Plenty of staff were present and pleasant to work with during our meal. However, it took sometime to get our food. I had sushi and my wife had a Bento Box. What I didn't know was that when our food did arrive, my wife ate her food without much comment as she was hungry, my wife's Bento Box contents were cold. Apparently, Hiro's staff coordination between my Chef's Choice Sushi and her Bento Box was way off schedule. Yes, my wife could have said something immediately. However, it took quite some time to receive our order in the first place and she knew it would not set well with me because I really enjoy sushi. Upon receiving our bill, my wife did express to our waiter that her food was cold upon arrival and that they should coordinate customer food orders better. The waiter did say he was sorry. But again, no shift leader or manager checked back with us whatsoever.
We will try this establishment one more time. If things haven't improved the next review will be most unflattering and it perhaps will be our last adventure with Hiro's.
