High Velocity - Indianapolis
We didn’t get any food just watch a college game. TV’s were nice and easy to see. But the service was so slow actually painfully slow and not real busy. Not sure if short handed or what but slow as a snail.
Menu was very limited. Food was average - I expected more for the location and price. Caesar salad was very good though.
Chicken wings, fries and beer were great.

We had Devour Indy Menu. Great sandwiches, especially the Salmon BLT! Outstanding service. Appetizer was nonsensical: "loaded fries" when fries are served with the sandwiches? Cake was huge and only so-so.

First time having been here and we got great service and really good food. We also had enough quiet to be able to hear each other talk which was nice.
They had great food for reasonable prices. The parking was right below the restraint. Our server, Angel, was very attentive and nice. Would totally recomend the food appetizer to dessert excellent. We will be going back.

The hotel recommended this place and the food was outstanding.
Need to work on Gluten Friendly menu. If you have a shared fryer, you should not list anything placed in the fryer as Gluten Friendly. Server said fries were GF. Food runner said don't eat the fries after I had already eaten some fries as part of an appetizer. The food runner was correct. Need consistency. Manager did apologize, only after consumed handful of fries.
Very good service from Logan our server ! He was very prompt but none of us felt rushed. Food was very good, all 4 of us got something different and were quite satisfied with our meals. Good craft beer menu. Overall, very enjoyable evening.

Very nice sports bar, food was very good. Great place to hang out and watch sports. Perfect place before and after Indians games at Victory Field. Parking package available with your visit, short walk to stadium.

We were only waited on to receive 1 drink. Some of the orders were incorrect and server did not return for 20 minutes. Never returned again. Food was good though.
Excellent burger and excellent fries. Quick to arrive at table and food was hot when delivered.

Food was simply mediocre. It’s basic. Had a Caesar salad with steak. Was a huge portion of lettuce and minuscule portion of steak. Don’t expect anything very flavorful.

The restaurant was great as always. Lia was an excellent server and took very good care of us. My only negative is the parking. The is the second time I had issues with getting out of the parking lot. Lia validated my ticket but when I tried to leave the lot, it demanded $34. I called for assistance and tried to explain that I had just left the restaurant and had a validated ticket but I couldn't understand what the person was trying to tell me. I ended up paying the $34 for parking because I was holding up the line of cars leaving. My friends were in a vehicle behind me. They had the same issue and called for assistance as well. They were able to exit the parking garage with their validated ticket. This happened to me the last time I was at High Velocity, earlier in the Colts season. Not sure what I am doing wrong

Consistently a great choice when near the Marriott campus in Indianapolis. An observation: the menu changes frequently. Maybe the corporate office is constantly upgrading and keeping favorites and eliminating those items never selected. Bring back the crab cake salad that you had when you opened.

Just wasn’t a place I enjoyed, something was off with the atmosphere.
Very disappointed- only reason we returned was manager gave us a 20 percent off coupon because service was poor on previous visit. Nothing improved this trip- after 20 plus minutes we had to ask a hostess if she could find our waitress so we could order- Taylor finally returned to take our order- food was good.
Prices have really gone up at this restaurant and menu has deteriorated.
Tables next to us that had the same waitress experienced the same problems as we did getting their orders taken.
This restaurant used to be standing room only on a Colts or Indians game but now is maybe 50% full- hotel management needs to make some changes
We eat here before every Home Colt game. Would like a breakfast burrito or pizza as an option. The chicken sandwich needs a bun not bread. Wait staff are wonderful and so is front end staff . Look forward to next season.
We went for lunch before the Colts game. One would think that this restaurant would be prepared to serve the morning of a football game, but they were not prepared at all. The food was great! We got nachos, quesadillas, and chicken tenders to share amongst the table. We had to ask for small plates to serve onto and that took about 20 minutes. The service was awful and there was an excuse for everything. Even the table next to us was obviously receiving poor service. If you are going to pay that much for food and drinks at a bar-type restaurant, then you really expect better care and service. I would probably choose to go to another establishment on game day.
Very slow service
Had a table ready for 8 people at the reserved time. We went there before the lunch crowd and they had the many TVs turned down so we could converse. Very helpful and efficient service staff. Great food.

Food is good and reasonably priced. Came out slow. Our service was good otherwise. We sat at a table with a Television, so we could chose the sports we wanted to watch.
With plenty of servers, they need to add service to the high tables and booths in the bar area. We had young a group who didn't mind walking to the bar. An older group in a booth left because of no service.
The food was ok, nothing special about it. The ambiance is good but the service was very slow. We’ve been here a couple times and that’s what stands out the most...slow service.
Good food after a long day of travel is always good in my book.

Food was ok if not a bit bland, service was a bit slow even on a slow night. Prices high but as you’d expect for a hotel restaurant. Atmosphere cool, tv’s everywhere. Convenient if you’re a hotel guest.

The food was just ok. The service was slow. It was a bad choice to take customers to because of the noise. Had to shout to hear each other
2 for one appetizer and a good selection of wines made our meeting fun.We also were able to keep an eye on the sports on the many TVs
First they acted like they didn't have the reservation. I had the chicken wrap and it was just ok. A friend had to ask three times for a to go box. Wait staff was not too friendly. It might have just been too busy at that time but I won't be making a special trip there.
Its a sports bar full stop good food and prices for its location, the service was lack luster but that is unique to your server so good luck on that front.
The manager should be let go. A place as exceptional as High Velocity should have an exceptional manager.
