Hideaway Steakhouse opened in March 2011 as a new premier dining destination in the north Denver metropolitan area, combining the classic American steakhouse with modern, contemporary cuisine. Located just 12 miles north of downtown Denver, in Westminster and tucked away among secluded tree groves and tranquil open space, Hideaway Steakhouse offers diners an upscale and sophisticated yet comfortable dining experience for lunch and dinner.

In addition to the selection of Prime and CAB Beef, the hand-cut steaks are served with a thoughtful and wide variety of potatoes, fresh vegetables and innovative sauces, the menu features many specialties that change seasonally, and encourages guests to return frequently to try new things. Each dish is expertly prepared under the direction of our Executive Chef, who places a strong emphasis on bold and intriguing flavors to delight every palate.

I was so pleased to finally discover this great steakhouse right in our backyard. We postponed our Valentine's Day date to a few days later and made reservations at Hideaway. The restaurant atmosphere was quiet, romantic and cozy. The food was amazing and portion size was just right. Our waiter offered great recommendations and seemed knowledgeable about the menu and the wine list which we appreciated. We will keep this spot in mind for future special evenings in the future. So nice to have a wonderful steakhouse in the burbs and not have to go downtown Denver.

Steak was great; little under cooked but very good tasting. Sides are super small. Expect to spend $50 on a Steak, and $20 for two sides, plus drinks. Water tastes really bad even after adding lemon. Drinks and service was very good though. A bit too pricy for me; Ruth Chris is a better values for $150+ plus meal for two.

If this were my first experience at this restaurant, it would be my last. For the price we paid for the meal, I was very disappointed. My beet salad had just enough beets to be called a beet salad. The salmon was mostly not cooked, so only could eat half of it. The cheesecake was ok, but tasted store bought. The server rarely came by and never once asked how the meal was or even if we'd like another round of drinks. What server doesn't do that?! I guess ones who aren't concerned about getting a good tip.

The service is good here but the food is very below par for price (my fiance said she would rather go to texas roadhouse). Go to Ruth Cris, Del Frisco or Ocean Prime.

This was our third visit. And we only went because it was the only table we could get for Valentine's Day. The first visit about 2 years ago the service was horrible, second visit a year & a half ago the service was good, food was awful. To our surprise this visit the food was great, service exceptional, and we had a wonderful evening. We are going back for our anniversary.

Ordered the chicken sandwich without onions. It came on toast with chicken, avacado, lettuce and tomato. No dressing! It was dry and the bread fell into pieces with each bite. Forgettable!

Probably the best steak I have ever had. The staff were as professional as you can get, and the manager took time to make sure we were all "Having fun". Amazing food, Can't wait to go back.

It was alright. I ordered the pan seared ribeye and I was not great - honestly, it looked more like a NY strip - very grisly and not your usual ribeye. Usually there is a tender, fatty around the edge with an eye on meat in the middle. This had barely any fat, mostly grisle and it was tough and chewy. Disappointing considering the price.

We've been to Hideaway several times. The food is always fantastic. The service is usually great too - not rushed, but very attentive. This time we felt like our server completely forgot about us repeatedly. We were planning to have dessert, but didn't because it was getting to be so late.
