Had reservations but still were kept waiting over an hour to sit. Turns out they gave away our spot TWICE. When we finally sat down the place was loud and dirty. The food, however, was quite good and the cook was entertaining, as that's a big part of the hibachi experience. The drinks were small and quite weak (I ordered a 7 and 7). We won't be going back.

Historically love this place. Our chef,Nine, did a great job on the food and being engaged. Made reservations to meet family )6 of us) here this week and I asked the filet size on the menu and if there was a difference in the sizes on the front and back or different plate plates. Server confirmed all of them were 8 ounces. I ordered the fillet. I added on scallops and I received less than 4 ounces of filet. I asked for a manager & the person in charge came over and she argued with me about the portion amount included on the plate that I ordered. While she repeatedly explained the differences in the menu, I explained to her that I asked her staff for the information prior to ordering, and was told by her staff that filets are all the same size. Unfortunately, she did not make it right, did not apologize and continued to inform me on all the filet items on the menu. All while my food had grown cold. I was charged full price and approached her when leaving about it. I let her know I was disappointed with the outcome of this situation and my cold food that I did not eat. She went and got another menu. I continue to explain to me the problem, and I shared with her that I understand what the menu says however, your employee informed me of the details because they are not on the menu. Reluctantly, she did take off a few dollars from my plate. Disappointed with the overall experience.

My family and I have visited this restaurant multiple times, and we typically have a pleasant experience. The food was, as usual, delightful. Unfortunately, on this occasion, our server was not attentive, which diminished our enjoyment compared to previous visits.

The food was amazing, the chef wasn’t as entertaining as the ones around us but I guess the important thing was the food and it was outstanding. We got married yesterday and traveled 2 hours to come here and wasn’t disappointed. The portion matched the price. Thank you for making our day special.

We had a reservation at 6 and were told many times they were “cleaning a table” or waiting for someone to get up. We finally sat down around 6:30 and the waitress was awful. She never filled up our drinks nor cared to check on us. The only saving grace was the fun and energetic hibachi chef!

We went there for a family birthday dinner. The service was attentive and quick. The food was tasty and plentiful. There were six in our party plus a two year-old in a highchair. We were seated very quickly and didn’t have to wait too long for our order to be taken. The “show“ was entertaining and the chef did a great job of interacting with everyone around the table, including the two year-old. We would definitely go back again.
