The comfortable, eclectic environment evokes memories of a time when going out meant a great meal & fun cocktails without pretentiousness, cell phones and deadlines!
Hey 19 Public House (Named for Zane's Hockey Jersey Number) is a down to earth dining experience, offering a New American Menu, sourced Locally, using Non-GMO & Organic product whenever possible in an attainable price range. Known for the Meat your Maker's (Double Cut Pork Chop, Maker's Mark Peach Chutney, Sage & Bacon Mash, Collards & Kale), The Big Ben (Stacked Mac & Cheese Croquette, Sterling Silver Burger Patty, Bacon, House Made Brown Gravy, Egg, Garlic Sambal & Green Onion) & a Cocktail List created by the same chick responsible for the Margaritas at Ortega 120 featuring the "#19", "The Classic Cup", "SouthBay Storm", and Amazing Seasonal Infusions.

Our server was quite preoccupied on many occasions. Others there helped us when she forgot to follow up. The entertainment was quite nice but much too loud for such a small area. You could see everyone had to try and talk above the saxophone player to be heard or have a conversation with people at their own table. The food was extremely mediocre although it was all described on the menu much better than it tasted.

Had a reservation for 4th. Birthday celebration. Drove over 25 miles one way to find the restaurant closed for the day.

Disappointed in the quality of the food for the price. The food wasn’t bad, just not memorable for the price charged. Service was okay - not particularly friendly but addressed our requests promptly This was our second time there, and probably won’t be back for at least a long while. There are too many other good places to patronize where the value of the dining experience is better than here.

Thank you, Demi and staff for an amazing meal! Demi took the time to come and sit with us to explain all of the dishes. As someone with a gluten allergy, I could not be more grateful. I actually got to eat macaroni and cheese and fried chicken!!! Thank you, Hey 19, for a wonderful dining experience. We have already made reservations for the Sunday boil!

We went on Father's Day. They had a special menu just for Dads, kinda special. I also had a person who was vegan with us and he had no problem finding something delicious. I really enjoyed the lunch we had. We will be going back to try the other stuff on the menu as it all sounded delicious and was hard to decide what to get.

My to-go place when I need some neighborhood comfort. I could do less with the loudish music so i can enjoy conversation. Maybe just me.

Love the vibe here. The music is great esp on Wednesday nights. The staff is the sweetest. Great service 🙂. Food was YUMMY. Chicken pot pie was amazing. Chicken wings nice and crispy and 🌶 SPICY. To top it off the Owner always puts a Smile on my face The Best!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
