   The food was great. However the cost of the meal was quite more expensive than it needed to be. The salad was bland, the drink I ordered was totally watered down. I don’t drink to get messed up; that said, the coconut rum in my drink was very absent and this is even after they brought me a secondary extra shot. And this is coming from a person who doesn't drink that often and it's cut out mostly sugar and salt from his diet. We ended up paying over $300 for a family of 5. I think I'm overeating in downtown Little Rock at this point. I have no problem paying for good food and good meals, but once you get over the $200 mark that food better be slamming and those drinks better be great. I'll probably return for some appetizers or if I'm staying overnight in the hotel get something light, but I don't have to return.

   Had Mother's Day Brunch, exceeded our expectations for hotel restaurant. Very very organized and a ton of options. Not overly crowded. Would definitely dine again!

   The service wasn’t so great. First off I made reservations for 9:15 for a party of 4. When we get to the door there’s a sign that reads, Please wait to be seated. So we awkwardly stand at the door for 3or 4 minutes and no one comes to seat us. Finally about 5 minutes later one of the waitresses comes and tells us to seat ourselves. So the main dining area is pretty crowded and I see table off to the side that say “reserved” I have a reservation so I seat myself at one of these table. A second waitress then comes to the table and asked me if I reserved this table, so I tell her that I have a reservation and the lady at the door told me to seat myself. So she gets our menus and began serving the table and she was really nice. But it took our food at 30 minutes to come out. It was really good but kind of pricey. All in all it wasn’t a horrible experience but for what they are charging for the food, which is tasty but not worth the price, they need to step the service up about 30 notches. I’m not mad that I went but I doubt I’d ever go back.

   I know everyone is short staffed right now, but our waitress just seemed indifferent and unengaged. It took 20 minutes to get our first drinks. She wouldn’t let our dinner companions choose their side with their salmon, said they had to have the risotto. The food was wonderful, large portions and cooked to perfection. We all wished for a bread option. It would complete the meal. We will probably try eating there again maybe the service will improve.

   I really enjoy the ambiance at this restaurant. It’s lively because of its open setting and being in a large hotel. I’ve been to restaurant previously but only for drinks. This was my first time going for a sit down dinner. I had the lamb it was a little over cooked but it still had a good taste. I’ll be back again.

    My husband, 2 boys, and myself made a reservation for a Friday night. We still had to wait 15 minutes standing around by the front door. The Brussels sprouts were great! They were out of scallops so I was bummed. I got the crab cakes and was disappointed (had alot of mixture, not much crab). Our poor waitress seemed tired so I didn’t mention it.. just ate some of my son’s Mac and cheese.

    There are several very nice restuarants close by but we found Heritage Grille to be as good or even better! We actually ate there twice during our stay at the Marriott. Good food, great service (Duwayne) and reasonable prices. We had dinner at Sonny Williams the first night and it was good but not any better than Heritage. Of course Sonny's has a great menu and awesome steaks but as far as value and good food, Heritage Grille takes the prize.

    Lovely meal. Service was a little slow but my dishes came out hot and cooked to perfection. They did preface seating us that they were a little short staffed so I went in to dinner knowing that it was probably going to be a little slower but we weren't in a rush. I had the Prix Fixe menu option of NYStrip, risotto, and a ceaser salad.

    Showed up for 4:45 for reservation at 5:00 3 people looked at us and walked right past us with out speaking or saying anything I finally went to bar and was told they don’t open till 5 Rude customer service how do you see guest standing and not say anything to them Restaurant very small so no way to miss us When I get as walking towards one of the young ladies she turned and went to back

    The food was amazing. Lets start there. The waitress that we had was not so great. I booked the reservation for a party of 12 a week before the event. Someone even called me to verify the accuracy of the reservation. I communicated with the restaurant several times before the arrival time as we had a number change. We actually added 2 people which wasnt a problem. When we got there the waitress said she had no idea we were coming and that she was supposed to be off already like it was our fault that she was still at work. They obviously knew we were coming because the table was setup and the kitchen knew but this waitress didn't. Not my fault and whatever miscommunication that happened internally shouldn't have been projected to our party.

    Overall a great place to have dinner! Danny did a good. Linguine Pescatori was delicious, my ribeye was over cook but had good flavor and decent crust. The burger and fries were solid. Certainly would recommend and will be back

    The two managers this week were amazing. We had an issue & they went above & beyond giving us great customer service. Our server was attentive, friendly & always smiling. Get the pork chop - you won’t be disappointed.

    I wen on the app and it has an appointment for 1:45pm. I was waiting on someone to pick up they daughter. I called 10 or more times let that phone ring non stop to advise I would be late and to see if I can still come. They never answered the phone and when I arrived they told me they can’t take walk ins. I advised I called and they never answered their phone. I never got to taste the food but I did notice everything else.

    The restaurant does not utilize Open Table although they still appear here, so they did not have our reservation. They were able to accommodate our party of 9 nonetheless. We had a great experience.

    We went for Valentines Day so they had a limited menu. This was fine as there were items on the menu that sounded good to us. It was a 3-course meal including soup or salad, main course, dessert and a Champagne toast for $65 each. I had the Lobster Bisque, which was okay, and my wife had the house salad, which was good. For the main course, I had the Filet and my wife had the Black Cod Filet. My Filet was okay. It was a bit undercooked for Medium, but I know it’s hard to get a thick cut just right. The quality of the cut, though, was not very good. I expected much better for $65. As for the Cod, my wife did not care for it. She said it was very “fishy” tasting and not very good. The desserts were pretty good. I had the Creme Brûlée and my wife had the Chocolate Tart. The Brûlée was good as was the tart. The tart is dark chocolate so keep that in mind. All in all, the Champagne toast was the best part.

    Casual dining atmosphere with a bit much noise for me but not too loud. The food was good but not to the level I expected. The one exception was the bread, it was very good. The steak was good but not outstanding. It did not have much taste. The dessert, strawberry shortcake, was average. Our server was pleasant but not engaging and it seemed if she would have rather been somewhere else. It may not sound like it but it was a nice experience, just not as exciting as I expected. The price would suggest a memorable experience.

    I went to Heritage on a Friday night for my anniversary. We had 6 pm reservations for 2. We got to the restaurant around 5:45, and there was no hostess at the front. We stood around for 5 minutes until someone came and seated us. Reservations clearly were not needed because the restaurant was empty. They never even asked if we had reservations. The wait staff didn’t try to explain the menu and didn’t ask if we had questions about the menu. For a place that I am paying $50 for a steak I would think the wait staff would be more attentive or trying to sell drinks or appetizers and recommend items on the menu. This place was just expensive because it’s convenient and located across from a fancy hotel (Capitol Hotel). Don’t go here for a special meal, and I am sure with an Uber ride you can get somewhere a little more special pretty inexpensive if you want a special environment.
