We have always enjoyed this place. It was with sadness I learned that it will be closing soon. It was alwasy good and a lovely place for a really nice lunch.
Food mediocre; service lousy. Will not return; has gone downhill.
We have visited this restaurant quite a few times, including last New Years Eve. This New Years Eve we returned and the visit was nothing like the past. At $65 a head, including children and no alcohol, we at least expected a decent meal. The waiter brought us all the wrong appetizers; they were replaced, but my turtle soup was not edible (first time in hundreds that I ever left turtle soup). The other appetizers were nothing special. For the entries my wife’s Osso buco was bland, an almost impossible feat. The dessert course was alright, but nothing special as you would expect from a Brennan restaurant. We won’t be returning.
Service was poor. Brought soup, had to ask for soup spoon. They grabbed my plate before I finished with food still on it.
Although I had a reservation, the hostess was confused and was trying to set up the table even though half of our party was already seated (I didn't know they were there as they were in the back room). Luckily one of our party was coming from the restroom and told us they were already seated. Not a good first impression!
Service was friendly, but spotty. Members of our party had to ask for tea and bread twice. More staff was needed.
We thought that the price was high for the quality of the food. The food was okay but not excellent and there was not a huge selection. We also found that the food was not hot enough. The serving staff was very pleasant when they came to the table; however, we had to ask someone to have them come to the table and explain the procedure for the buffet.
Thanksgiving with three small children and it went well.

Our family enjoys special occasions at Heritage...0verall again it was great... lil disappointed in seating this time. We were seated in back corner at long narrow table and hubby who walked with cane had to sit at head of table with limited space in corner...not as comfortable or enjoyable as other times. The back door leading to hall elevators was drafty with door left open entire meal...table stuck out in doorway...we had to block small toddler between us to prevent him running out into hall...dining room was half full when we were seated would have preferred sitting at round facing each other than in long single row...otherwise tolerable we tried make best of our family together a lil uncomfortable seating this time around...next time hopefully can request more suitable seating for the handicap elderly in making future reservations.
Thanksgiving buffet was great. This year we had to wait almost 30 minutes for our table. The food was great but $45 a person was a bit much. I didn't feel like it was a value. I don't think we'll be back next year.
Good food efficient and well laid out buffet small but varied selection have been there 4 times for Thanksgiving this was the worst service we ever had otherwise a good meal
Was great food and service. My boy friend has a walker which I had indicated in the reservation and they seated us on the low level. Being Thanksgiving there was a buffet and our table was not far from the buffet food tables. Staff served and carried what my boy friend wanted from the buffet which helped us both. I was able to relax too!
When there is a business meeting, it should be pointed out to the meeting that others are eating in the restaurant. In order to accommodate everyone, the microphone volume 🎤 doesn’t need to be on high. Think of others, it’s good business!
Food was excellent. It took 30 minutes to get the check.
While the food was quite good , as usual I did have one problem which I have tried to take up with management by email. But there does not seem to be a customer service sight that I can find. I will keep trying . This problem will not stop my return thought.
