First time and fabulous! I had the 7oz filet and it was perfect.. The $25.00 per person cover was added to the bill, which made it a bit steep but the entertainment was worth it.. My mistake, however, was calculating my servers tip on the WHOLE bill.. Not just the food .. He had a good night!

I went especially to see Hefti Plays Hefti and it was fantastic. I had 3 other people,we had dinner and drinks.Everything was great. Our seating was the best. I truly would recommend this place for a really nice evening of dining and great music.

The overall impression was great. The entertainment was wonderful and the food was delicious. The one piece that ruined the evening was the service. We waited long periods of time to get more drinks, have our dirty dishes removed (had to ask someone to do this for us) and have the waiter return to ask us for dessert and coffee (which we would have ordered). We were both extremely disappointed in the service - not so sure we will return.

Was seated at a booth to the right of the stage. This a a business meeting and we ordered: a negroni(bartender never heard of and didn't know to prepare one) and a Grey goose vodka tonic and the Tuna tartar appetizer. All was satisfactory. However the bread on the table was NOT fresh, the bread sticks were not crunchy, but stale. There were no signs on the table cautioning of a step down; evidently I fell as a result injuring my ankle. Several restaurant staff witnessed it and did not offer to help or see if I was alright.

We had a great time! The music was excellent, and the interior is beautiful. The food was so so, but maybe we didn't order the right things. It seemed like their specialty is steak. Their vegetarian choices are very limited. Also, the service was friendly.

Vibrato Jazz and Grill is nestled above Los Angeles on Beverly Glen Circle. Excellent food, attentive service and on the evening I visited, there was superb jazz from San Francisco vocalist Sony Holland. As to be expected in a club with Herb Alpert's name on it, the sound of the room was perfect. Recommended for Angelenos and out-of-towners alike.

This is resturant, not a jazz club. The diners talked throughout the set and were remarkable rude to the musicians. The food was good but not great, especially for the price. We were very disappointed.

Being that it was our first time at Vibrato and seeing Katherine McPhee our overall experience is definitely memorable. The staffs were nice, the place was gorgeous and the food was delicious. Of course, Katherine was phenomenal!

Vibrato Bar and Grill Jazz Club is a great place to see GREAT jazz and have Wonderful Food. The food is the best in Los Angeles. The Jazz Artists are a wide variety of Talented Musicians and Singers. The Musical Director Pat Senatore is Great at choosing the Musical Acts as well as being a Great Musician. If you love Jazz and you love great Food then make a trip to the Vibrato Bar and Grill Jazz Club.

Our experience here was unique, I went with a friend to celebrate a birthday, and they were thoughtful! They brought her some flowers, and the announcer recognized her birthday for the other patrons as well as us. I wanted to personally thank the owner, she was extremely helpful in addition to Eric who made a special effort to greet us and ensure everything was to our satisfaction. I consider them the best of the best.

Unassuming setting in a high end strip mall. Walked into a spacious sexy ambiance, bar, seating area surrounding the stage and upstairs area. A bit hectic at the reservation desk due to first show crowd leaving. Hostess visibly uncomfortable with letting everyone know they had to wait in line. The waitress and servers were on point with great service and nearby all evening. The food was fantastic, crab cakes all crab and moist, beet salad , sweet potato fries and the house wine was light and refreshing and paired well with the meal. No prices on the menu. I didn't pay the bill so I don't know the price point. Well worth it. The real treat was the band and featured singer Eloise Laws and her family Herbert, Ronnie and Debra Laws. Thank you Robin and Eloise for the invite. I had a wonderful time. Hugs

Great entertainment, great ambiance. Food needs seasoning, servers --just ok, kinda slow. Hostess seats her personal acquaintances in best seats. If not regular, you will get mediocre treatment. This is my second time there and this happened to me both times. Doubt that I will return.

This was the very first time that my family and I dined at Vibrato's but I must say I have been eyeing this place for a while. Whether it was the ambiance, the musical performance or the food for Mother's Day Dinner, it definitely deserves 5/5 starts. Absolutely enjoyed every second.

I've been to this restaurant 8-9 times and have always had a wonderful experience except this last time. Service was horrible, they were understaffed, didn't get 3 things that our table ordered, they added a corkage fee and forgot to even open the bottle of wine I brought!! For $450 for 4 people I was disappointed, and music this time was WAY TOO loud. I'll give it a try again but for anyone going please call first to confirm the type of music and make sure they have enough staff. If not, mush better deals at other restaurants for $100+/person dinner.

Went to see a band and have dinner here. Great evening. Food was good, service excellent (although seating was tight and everyone passing bumped into my chair). To be fair the house was sold out and the bar area behind me was packed. In all a wonderful evening and would highly recommend it.

After living in Studio City for 3 years and hearing much about this place, we decided to take in dinner and a show. We were surprised at the beautiful and intimate theatre and we saw an amazing show. The food was outstanding, my husband had a filet and said it was probably the best he has ever had (THAT is saying something!) and I had an amazing chicken dinner. However, we found the service quite lacking. It took 15 minutes for anyone to come to our table to take a drink order after we arrived. The waitress was rude and throughout the night never came back to check on us and ask how the food was or if we needed more drinks. We would have ordered another if we had been given the opportunity. After the show it took forever to get our check. The valet was on the spot though -- even though there was a line to pick up cars, it moved quickly and efficiently. We will try it one more time because overall we liked the place, but if the service is the same we will never return.

To me, everything about this place is perfect: the ambiance, our waiter (Adrian), the food, the wine, the mellow live jazz (piano and bass). Everything we ate was outstandingly delicious. We were comfortable and made to feel welcome and treated superbly. But, while we saw the prices on the menu, we were still shocked at how high the final bill was. At least everything was top notch. It would have been maddening if the bill was high and the food and/or service was not so great.

Bel Air gem. Tucked away in a shopping center, this vibrant jazz and dining spot creates many memorable evenings. Robert Davi is creating a second career by returning to his roots in singing. Great voice and delivery. Love his selections and his acknowledgements to artists past at the same time making them his own. Very enjoyable and worth the price.
