For us, Hamburg is located between California and Japan. Influences from both kitchens come into their own. They can be tasted and combined again and again. This culinary center of always fresh ingredients of the highest quality is the philosophy of our restaurant. The HENSSLER HENSSLER offers a daily changing lunch menu, a 5-course dinner menu, outstanding sushi, sashimi and tempura as well as the classic steak and always new fish dishes. Homemade desserts complement the menu.

    It’s a worn down and nobody is visiting this place only 4 table were booked , toilets were super dirty and the service not friendly or attentive at all . The sushi smelled like old fish and was not pretty to eat and full of mayonnaise on each roll ! Henssler is past !

    Essen war trotz des internen Veränderung gleichbleibend gut. Karte etwas angepasst. Herr Henssler sen. war da was dem Ganzen mehr Seele verleiht als früher.

    Wir hatten ein Problem mit unserem Essen, auf das man leider in keinster Weise eingegangen ist. Bei einem gehobenen Restaurant in dieser Preisklasse ist dies für mich unvorstellbar gewesen. Sehr schade und enttäuschend.

    Wie immer sehr lecker. Bin selten in HH, aber wenn dann gehe ich meistens zu Henssler. Diesmal hatte ich Tempura Gemüse und gegrillten Heilbutt mit Pak Choi. Bin kein großer Sushi-Fan. Nicht ganz billig, aber iGuG sein Geld wert.

    Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Wir kamen mit einem großen Hund und bekamen einen Tisch an dem auch der Hund bequem liegen konnte. Der Service war professionell, aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Essen war wie immer sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
