We came for a playoff game and I'm guessing since Seattle wasn't in them, no one else came here, which was fine by us because we got to sit where we wanted and the service was awesome! Love the beer selection and the wide variety of foods.

Location was great. Food was very good for a tavern menu. Waitress never gave eye contact and seemed grumpy in general.

I've been to Henry's beer garden countless times before Mariners games, but this was the first time I'd grabbed a bite to eat inside. We were headed to a show at Showbox SoDo, and there wasn't a baseball game that night, so it was SUPER quiet and empty inside, which was fine but it made the service a bit slower -- we were the only people in our section so the waitress didn't come over as often as she would have if it was packed. However, I was super pleasantly surprised by our food -- my sister and I both got burgers (mine the regular burger and hers the mac & cheese burger) and they were very good. Better than I usually expect sport bar food to be! And, pro tip, ALWAYS add the gorgonzola fries :)

I heard so many things about the awesome burgers. I got the Mac n cheese burger and the Mac n cheese was dry and although I asked for my burger to be well done, it was actually charred and burnt which made the burger acrid tasting which was unfortunate. It was my birthday and I was really excited to try it and I was unfortunately disappointed. The Gorgonzola fries were good, however.

Food was good though the menu was notably far less varied and extensive than other Henry's locations. Manager was kind on the phone about accommodating our table of 14 at 7:30 on a Saturday night. Waiter was gracious about splitting bills when we asked him upfront to do so. But that's where the good parts end. It turns out that there was another table of equal size and a larger group of people having cocktails only on the other side of the restaurant; there was NO ONE else there- at all. Our waiter had our table and the same size group next to us. Service on drinks was very, very slow. We mostly sat without drinks the entire time. Food came out all at once, which was awesome, but by then no one had drinks and the waiter brought our tabs while half the table had full plates of food and everyone was without drinks. We had intended to have a few more rounds and people were still eating! We asked to keep our bills open but he was dismissive and never came back after that (some other server came to collect payment shortly after). It was only 9:00 by this time and we wanted more drinks so we went to the back bar area, hoping for better service. There we were immediately greeted with the notation that we could order last call only. At 9:00 on a Saturday! We asked about why we couldn't sit in the completely empty bar and have a few drinks (again, party of 14 drinking adults), which required intervention with some manager from back in the kitchen, and ended with them telling us that they didn't close until 10:30 but would only serve us "last round drinks." No drunks in our party, dead restaurant, and early on Saturday night; so, another couple hundred dollar tab rejected for no apparent reason. Mind you, we were all in business casual, quiet, ordering full meals and drinks... We weren't loud, drunk sports fans ordering PBR. No idea where the attitude came from but we will not be back. We walked to Pyramid, where they happily served us until 11- as noted on the "open" sign.

Server forgot two of our food orders but corrected it immediately and took both off our bill. Food was fantastic. Service was exceptional. Drinks were superb!

I like Henry's, good pub food and good service. However, there is always a smell of dirty mop water everytime I go. If you're in the back by the open bar where you can get fresh air, it's not too bad.

First time at Henry's Tavern. The place is MUCH bigger that it may seem from the street. We had a late lunch/brunch on Saturday and sat in the back at one of the bar tables, next to the open windows (which are glass garage doors that open the entire back wall). Service was VERY good and the ribs were falling off the bone. My husband had the wings which he also enjoyed. Beers, wines, cocktails - all are plentiful and delicious. We will be back....

I reserved for 10, but in the notes indicated 10-15. They set for 10, waiter got a little cranky when we started pulling tables together. Aside from that, food was good, service good, overall a thumb and a half up!
