Always a great place to be for Saturday brunch!! Great food, service and vibes! Will always recommend!
Cool spot! Love the ambiance!
Great food, great band! We met friends for dinner, sat outside and had a fabulous time.
Even though the entire city of Dallas turned out to brunch on patios, and Henry's was crazy, the service was, as always, amazing, from being greeted by Jeremy graciously and ensuring our reservation request was met for the patio, thru managers making sure we were taken care of and our on-his-game waiter, Jake. The experience, food, and DIY mimosas were just what we needed on this premature spring afternoon!
Henry’s never disappoints! Fabulous as always.
2nd chance to try this place after disastrous Valentines Day; after waiting 2 hours with a reso; we were told they wouldn’t be able to accommodate us. But yet kept letting people come in and dine that evening after they broke the news to us. 2 weeks later we decided to try this place again w/our vday free food vouchers. Took 3 servers 25 min to come get our drink order and 3 other tables were same boat; hostess never noticed as they kept sitting a “forgotten” section in the middle of the restaurant. Ordered Wedge Salad as appetizer; took 30 min. 2 entrees took over an hour+ and the other surrounding tables were just as long. Food was great when it finally arrived. Service got better; however... same excuse is that the kitchen staff is understaffed. 3 weeks seems like mgmt needs to get back there and cook... or tell tables when they sit; it will be an hour before you eat due to this and offer free round of drinks\ 1/2 off apps to make them happier.
Great Restaurant! The Food and the Service was impeccable!
An amazing brunch! Food comes out great and fast, perfect for the whole team. The staff is always nice! Except for the hostess who doesn’t seem to like her job. Besides that love the place!
Had a great brunch! The sparkle bar did not disappoint either. 🥰
Great happy hour
Sunday brunch: a pit bull pooped on the patio floor. No sanitizing spray used to clean it up. Too many dogs. Hair in my daughter’s food. Way too loud. Unappetizing. Highly disappointing.
They misplaced my reservation, sat us late and never had anyone come by to address the issue.
Henry's had good food and a great feel but the service left something to be desired. We made a reservation but they did not seat us until 25 minutes after our reservation time because they had overbooked. The service was then poor during the meal - wait staff accidentally took all our silverware after appetizers and before food arrived and then we did not get new silverware until several minutes after our main courses came out.
One of my favorite spots in Dallas for brunch, especially when you have a large group!
It was really hot in the patio, but they turned the heaters down and it was great. A guy was playing piano a bit too loud. Love the music, but if it was turned down a bit would have been perfect.
Made a reservation through here then hassles to provide a CC because of the date in case I cancelled. Instead, we drove all the way to Dallas for Valentine’s dinner. We were seated but told the kitchen was at a halt right now because they were so busy. Then we proceeded to be ignored for 30 minutes only to be told the manager has completely shut down the kitchen because “they weren’t expecting to get this slammed”. On Valentine’s Day? You didn’t know you’d be slammed? Yikes. I love the brunch here but with the poor customer service and apparent lack of management skills I doubt I’ll ever be back.
We waited to make reservations for Valentine’s Day so since we had never been here, we decided to try it. We arrived right at 8:30pm which was when our reservation was scheduled. When we went in the host let us know the kitchen was backed up. We said no problem, we were t in any hurry. That was a mistake.
Sat down, ordered our drinks. We waited about 30 min and ordered the appetizers, 1/2 doz oysters and Mac n cheese. After another 30 min the waiter came by and said that he was able to get our appetizers in (which it had been 30 min ago since we ordered them) but they were now no longer serving dinner!!!! WHAT?! We made DINNER reservations. Not to mention they called two days prior wanting a credit card just in case we didn’t make the reservations!! We did get our oysters and Mac and cheese, after being there an hour. Oysters were good but I’m not sure how you would mess them up. Mac n cheese was ice cold. We got our tab and left.
Needless to say, no dinner during our dinner reservations. Will not ever go back! Terrible customer service! It wasn’t the waiters fault so he still got a decent tip. But what restaurant has the balls to charge if you don’t make it to a dinner reservation where they can’t even guarantee you’re gonna eat dinner?!
The restaurant ran out of food on Valentine’s Day. I wish this were a joke but it’s not. Allow me to explain.
I made a reservation about a week ago for 8:15 p.m. on Valentine’s Day. We arrive 5 minutes before our reservation. When we’re seated, the server says the kitchen is quite busy. We say no worries, it’s a crazy night. Half an hour later, he says the kitchen is now allowing him to take orders again. We order both appetizers and entrees so he can just put the entrees in when the time is right. We order more drinks because, well, it looks like it’s going to be a long night.
Half an hour after that, we get our appetizers. They’re good!
At 9:40 p.m., the waiter comes back and says the kitchen is done. Fin. Kaput. Closed. No more food. We’re not getting our entrees. The tables around us aren’t getting their entrees. The people arriving for their 10 p.m. reservations aren’t being seated. A guy yells "what do you mean there's no more food?!" Everyone in our section is dumbfounded. We’re laughing, but it’s also 10 p.m. on Valentine’s Day and none of us are getting dinner.
The cherry on top: we ALL got called two days prior for credit card numbers. There would be a $25 fee if we canceled less than 24 hours in advance.
Nothing on our bill was comped — four drinks and two appetizers — so we paid almost $90, including tip, for dinner that didn’t actually include dinner. One the way out, the hostess handed us each got a card for one free entree in the future.
What a disaster.
It took 2 hours to get our food and it was cold, burnt and expensive
Stuck couples in bar for Valentine’s Day, bartender was running service, she was overwhelmed and it was incredibly slow getting anything. The restaurant failed to provide staffing for the occasion and treated couples as if it was a speed dating night with crappy service. This isn’t the bartenders fault, shame on Henry’s management. If only they had a tool that allowed them to know how many reservations they had so they could plan staff accordingly, oh wait... that’s open table.
Delicious food with great service i will definitely be back
I had a reservation for 3 for outdoor seating, and there was no outdoor seating available which was disappointing.
Need better wine selection.
We ordered the mac the jowl bacon was cut very thick and these slices were not cooked enough. The homemade chips it was served with were delicious. Overall, it was a good lunch. Next time we will order salad with the dressing on the side and probably try a different sandwich. Our waiter knew the menu and made sure that we had everything we needed.
Good food, wish I could see it during dinner! It’s super dark in there and loud because of the music seating inside.
This was our first time at Henry's Majestic and it was a disappointment.
1) There was no one in the hostess station and we had to look for someone to acknowledge we were there (yes we had a reservation)
2) Our waiter was prompt for drink order and delivery of such
3) Our starters arrived on time an acceptable temperature....it went down hill from there
4) We enjoyed the crab dip and asked our server for more bread. There was approximately 50% of the dip remaining but we were out of bread. The bread had to be requested 3 times and arrived after we finished our main course.
5) We ordered the short ribs with fries. The ribs were fatty, not succulent. They were almost impossible to eat. The fries were COLD
6) Other couple ordered the ruben sandwich with fries. Fries were cold
7) Cauliflower side dish arrived after we had finished 50% of our entre.
8) We heard an excuse that there was party outside of 30 patrons on the patio that was consuming their resources however, there were only 2 Tables occupied inside the establishment. This was an excuse
For the price, the food was not what I would have expected. The Entre being fatty and cold was not what I would expect.
We love Henry's. I cannot say I would return to Henry's Magestic
This is my 5th time so far and I’ve loved it every time!!! The mimosa bar is nice!!
Food very good. A bit noisy.
I went to Henry's for brunch. The food tasted average and arrived cold. It also took a long time to get. An online review described the chicken and waffles as "Pornographic." I was underwhelmed. The house made sausage had almost no flavor at all. It tasted more like ground hamburger. I would not recommend this establishment.
Relaxed ambiance, yummy brunch food, friendly and attentive service!
Had a lovely lunch today at Henry’s Majestic. The food was yummy, the service was great & I love the sparkle bar! Even my boyfriend liked it and he’s a bit hard to please. The only thing that could be improved is how long we had to wait to get our food.
Henry's Majestic is definitely an upscale Brunch spot. The atmosphere is awesome, and the food is good, but those prices are a big oof. Definitely not somewhere you'd go for a good deal ( old monk has like 11 dollar mimosa carafes) but the food was good. Its a solid middle ground place for me. I probably wouldn't go back unless I was trying to impress.
took my mother in law out for brunch (she was visiting from out of town) and wanted to give her a great experience!
she loved the place and the mimosa bar.
Mandatory valet parking is annoying; front door reception was missing; main menu items are ordinary
Henry Majestic was a great place. Good drinks and brunch choices. The only complaint I have it is to cold at the moment to sit outside.
I dine here often. However on this day the host/hostess stand was in disarray. We were seated, but received calls and texts during the meal (including a snarky voicemail) asking where we were bc our table was ready. There was little attention to detail this visit and the waiter could not keep the orders right. I understand busy, but this is not the first time I’ve been there when busy just the first time it’s been this error riddled.
Great service, excellent ambiance. Food was really good and decently priced. The Sparkle Bar May be a bit overrated, but still enjoyable none the less.
Went with a girlfriend for Sunday brunch. Great food, friendly service. Loved the ambiance. Will definitely be going back!
Carlos was an amazing server and super sweet!
Great patio and Mimosa bar, but food is lacking! My biscuits were dry and room temp. I was hoping for hot and fresh. Chicken and waffles subpar. The chicken was overcooked and waffles also dry. My side of bacon could have spent a few more minutes in the skillet. Service was good, but good drinks and service not enough to draw me back.
