The rib eye steak was melt in your mouth good !!! The service was great - overall a great experience.
Sushi was terrible. Local grocery stores sushi is better. Burger was burnt and had no flavor. Have been here before and was great. I believe they’re going downhill
Great atmosphere and tasty food will recommend this place to a friend for sure. Me and my husband loved it.
This was a great place for a Valentine date. We got there at 445 and were out by 545 because the food was fast, filling, and amazing. The customer service was through the roof. I highly recommend this place.
Very few gluten free options, but the blackened steelhead was very nice. Unfortunately, the server dropped off the bill without offering dessert or drinks, so we had to ask her back. Once dessert was served, she just dropped off the check again. We gave up at that point and paid. (There were lots of empty tables, so not sure what the rush was about).
We tried Henry's again because we had a nice experience at a prior lunch and we had a great lunch again. My wife had the kale/veggie salad bowl and I had the chicken tacos and both were very good. We topped it off with their wow key lime pie, it is the best!
I had a reservation for 7:00 p.m. however we did not get seated until 7:50 p.m. I love Henry's, but this was a ridiculous wait considering that my party had a reservation and even showed up early to check in.
Always great service and wonderful food. Good for groups as there is a wide variety of food. We had a nephew looking forward to steak as well as a vegan who was happy with hummus and veggies. Burgers are amazing and the bar options top notch.
Chicken Adobo- thumbs down. The portions of fries and coleslaw were both larger the small piece of dry and overlooked chicken. The server was friendly and attentive and conversational.
We got there at 4:30 and were still waiting for our waitress at 5 to order our food.
Our Steak was perfect and the price wasn't great but not awful. Staff were pleasent and worked hard, maybe understaffed. Food prices were high for the remainder of the menu items.
We had a reservation but it took them extra time to seat us because we asked to sit on the main level rather than upstairs (because we had my elderly father with us). We let the server very kindly know we had to be done within an hour. He said he was putting our order in right away and then it was in the hands of the kitchen. We said we understand~thank you! We were seated right by the kitchen watching all the orders be put up and taken out by servers. We ordered a salad (no cooking required), street tacos and a burger. Basically not a major amount of cooking needed. Took about 45 minutes from the time the order went in till it was ready. Long story short we didn't get to eat our meal and barely had time to put it in boxes before we walked out. They also forgot to leave tomatoes off the burger. Seems like we fell through the cracks. It was an unfortunate experience.
Great food and service
This is a favorite of ours m, esp for late night. We might have to rethink this as this is the second time (in a row) that things seem to be falling off. First, some good- great beer list(bonus points if you never ever run out of Mac and Jack as I just can’t take it). Menu has improved - good choices, organized etc
This trip. Service started great. Food deliver by the woman working the line. Food sat there for over 15 min under heat. Why? Because the burger needed waffle fries. And the line server asked twice. Ever eaten a gluten free bun that sat under a light for 15 min? And how about that cold pickle. ettuce and tomato. Ugh
Set ups( napkins and flatware). After we asked twice. The person who ordered ribs asked whether she could have a wet wipe. Nope but offered to wet a bar napkin. Okkkkk
10:30 and mostly empty, why put us next to the kitchen.
My extensive family love Henry's--the waitstaff are almost always great with our 8 grandchildren, and the extensive menu is good for all tastes!
Been a few times and was pleased, but sadly not this last time.
If you have special diet needs the staff is not well informed on what is served on menu items, they place blame on corporate organization
It was so nice being able to make a reservation for a party the day before and still have availability. We had two servers and they always made sure everyone was happy. It was a great time.
Food wasn't as good as other times I've visited and the wait staff had hard time getting simple thing right.
We come to Henrys every new years eve for 5 years . next year were going to try somewhere else...that's sad.
Excellent service and lots of food made Henry's a good spot for our large (8 people) family dinner. Everyone had something different and everyone was happy with their dinner. Oh yeah great beers!
Met some friends for an evening out. Great service, food, drinks, and a somewhat entertaining waiter.
First of all they cancelled my reservation after I told them we were there for a reservation. Our waitress was not super friendly. When I asked her which entree was better between two options she had to go to the kitchen to see if they had the ingredients for either recipe. When she came back she said they didn’t have the items for either recipe due to their food delivery being late. We should have walked out at that time because it just got worse. We placed our order with her and waited. She took forever to refill our drinks and completely forgot about the beer I ordered and I had to remind her. When I placed my food order I asked for no tomatoes. When the food got to our table, there were still tomatoes in it. The manager came over and was very nice. He said the kitchen would remake it and brought me a free cup of chili. When the new item came out, the noodles were improperly cooked. At this point, it was comical. At the end of the meal the manager said he would give us a complimentary dessert which was nice but it didn’t make things better. When we finally got our check after being there for more than an hour and 15 minutes, we gave our card. It took the waitress 10 minutes or more until we asked for our card back for her to bring our check. Overall, the service by the waitress was an absolute disaster. Would not touch this place with a 10 foot poll.
Ribs were cold; desert had some sauce on it that had turned. A disappointing night for the birthday girl
Great food! Excellent service!!
Perfectly edible, nothing terribly exciting. Food was a bit heavy and salty. Portions were big. Service was friendly and quick.
Our first time here and we will be returning for sure!!! Great food, drinks and atmosphere!
I have been going to Henry’s for years. I will not be going back. The food has definitely gone down hill. There was 6 of us and nobody had a meal that was over the top. It was not good at all.
It was a Holiday so I get the staff maybe not wanting to be there, but service was lacking in most categories. Server that helped us was actually unfriendly and inattentive .
The food was delicious. Our server seemed less than happy to be working on Christmas and was a bit rude to us.
Friendly service, good beers, pub atmosphere. The food is good but not great. You would think a place like this would have good french fries, but they were dry and mealy. The pub pretzel is worth sharing as it is baked fresh. The food is pretty much "by the book". A pleasant enough meal but not memorable.
