Henrietta's is one of our favorites and never disappoints. The food is always interesting, fresh and expertly prepared. The service is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The menu is designed to appeal to many different tastes and the prices are very reasonable for Cambridge.
Great place to introduce visitors to Harvard and for parents to entertain their students!
Sunday brunch consists of an enormous buffet, with so many choices that it was hard to select and impossible to try everything. There were hot and cold dishes, including a carving station and omelet stand, and a beautiful array of desserts. We especially enjoyed the breakfast fishes, tiny squares of various patés, grilled veggies, salads, and enticing desserts. The noise level was somewhat high, as people were continuously returning to the buffet line to refill their plates. Since the cost is high for brunch and the amount of food greater than some might expect, it would be nice to have an à la carte menu available -- but I'll definitely be back.
Whenever I have friends in from out-of-town, I take them to Henrietta's Table. Food and service are very good. It's a nice, comfortable place to enjoy a meal and talk. Location right near Harvard Square is great.
We went for brunch, and the place was not full, even with that the service was extremely inattentive. We had to ask for coffee couple of times, and then had to ask several times before getting a refill. Our waiter disappeared, and when we waived, he ignored and went started chatting with his coworkers. The food was not something I would recommend to anyone either, as it was extremely salty and overcooked. Since we had no attention, we could not even provide feedback to the employees. Extremely disappointed.
Great place and really good atmosphere! Food is good but nothing spectacular, especially for the price.
Awesome place in which to have a great meal with family and friends!
I had such high hopes for this restaurant as I had heard so many good things. All three people at my table felt that the meal was fair at best.
Arrived for Christmas Day dinner a 7:30 reservation. Bar was out of ingredients for cocktails offered, after waiting for a half hour, finally tracked down a second server who was helpful and took our table under his wing. Buffet was tattered, and the main courses were in shambles- no refresh after the mass exodus of families we witnessed at 6:45. A hugely expensive disappointment.
I’ve been to Henrietta’s Table for brunch twice before and enjoyed the experience. The value is good because they have a great selection of fresh seafood options. I was not very impressed with the thanksgiving menu’s turn out. The variety was fair but everything I ate was average (except the potatoes, of which I enjoyed a second serving). Service is always great and the atmosphere is warm. I would go back but I would not recommend to foodies.
