   So disappointed. As the CFO of a local company that has had many events at Hendrick’s I decided to take out my team to celebrate there. First the booth was very uncomfortable for my other 4 guests. Second the service was terrible,I felt rushed. And last , the dinner was at best standard fare but when I saw the check it was definitely not a good value for me. I will never be back.

   Love Hendrick’s come here for every special occasion, but this time our waiter was very rude and was not attentive at all. Had to call the bus boy over every time we needed something. As they were at our table they were cracking jokes and laughing with each other while me and my fiance were trying to order our food. Very unprofessional and they should find quality staff not an inexperienced young guy especially since this is supposed to be a fine dining establishment. I hope for next time the service goes back to normal because we were very disappointed but we might have to choose a different restaurant now for our celebrations. The waiter was a younger looking white guy with slick back hair, avoid him if you want to enjoy your dinner.

   We always live Hendrick’s! As a keto friendly eater (for dietary need), I’m always looking for next level, elevated meats and veggies without flours or sugars. Hendrick’s is professional and ultra accommodating. If i could make one wish, it would be to add spectacular crispy chicken wings (unbreaded or coated) as an appetizer special! Thanks Hendrick’s - another spectacular brunch!!!!

   Gorgeous restaurant. Super attentive front desk and waitstaff. Vibrant bar scene. Delicious food and creative cocktails. Love the outdoor patio.

   Table not ready despite arriving on time. Many open tables were available. Seated next to a large table with one of their chairs literally touching our table. We were rushed the entire meal. Multiple attempts to remove plates while still eating. Removed napkins right from underneath our arms without asking. Fifteen minute wait to get the car from valet. So chaotic. Rude people received their cars and then remained there blocking everyone else from leaving. Many times over. No thanks. You can keep it. Never going back.

   A remarkable experience. The octopus, Cajun salmon were remarkable. Ceasar and the staff were charming, attentive and kind. The drinks were flawless. Finally, a Manhattan with more than one cherry. The key lime pie was by far the best one we’ve had. We will be back. Thank you for a WONDERFUL evening.

   We’ve been to Hendricks many times. Our table was under a speaker. We were unable to hear our friends on the other side of our booth. Drinks were undersized and overpriced. (We live in Manhattan, and this was still unreasonable.) Portions are shrinking and prices increasing. Dessert was even disappointing! We meet friends midway as the location is convenient to ‘meet in the middle’. Valet parking is appreciated. Staff is generally pleasant. However, I was so surprised to feel this way. I had selected Hendricks. Not sure we’ll return.

   The greeting was warm and staff was accommodating when we asked for a new table. They were also very helpful with one of the guests in a wheel chair. Drinks are inspired and delicious. Fried zucchini and eggplant chips are a must! Entrees all came out great. Desserts are varied. Place was packed, for good reason.

    My husband and I have been going to Hendrick’s Tavern and other Poll brother restaurants for over 20 years. The food and service never disappoints.
