First off, the food was AMAZING, except that my order was missing some items. We had reservations for 730, it was not a bad wait to be seated, but took over 30 minutes for anyone to even ask for our drink order. Several tables that got seated after us were served before us. Again the food a 10!! The experience 0.

Bar was out of 4 beers. Out of macaroni and cheese. We were sitting for 15 minutes before drink order taken. Food came out before drinks.
The food was good and the patio was great.

Service was great, but the food was a far cry from what it used to be

Food wasn't what was pictured online but still decent. Atmosphere was great, service wasn't the greatest, server was nice and polite but didn't come around often and after handing us our checks he disappeared for another 15-20 minutes so be prepared to wait.

It was a great atmosphere and the food was good. The art work in the restaurant was very nice.

The service was friendly and the food was delicious especially the sausage and baked beans. The greens were good but a bit salty. But overall the restaurant was appealing and nice. I would definitely return again.

We were able to get a fast reservation, but then everything went down hill. Our server was polite, read our order back to us correctly, but only 3 of our 8 orders were delivered correctly. We had to keep telling her what was missing, they brought out 2 orders twice, that we already had, it was crazy! Our food was ok, but most of the dinners had only luke-warm meat. The manager was nice and gave us a discount for all the trouble.

The meat was moist and juicy with good flavor. I also really enjoyed the mac and cheese. I do with they had a mustard based bbq sauce along with the other choices. They do not serve bread with the meal; instead they charge you $6 for a basket of three small pieces of cornbread or biscuits. It was a nice meal, but I wouldn't say it was the best I ever had.

The music was way too loud for table conversations, but once I asked if the music could be turned down, it was, but just a very little bit. There was no quiet conversation because you couldn't here the people at your table. The music was way too energic for the atmosphere of this particular restaurant.

we had a group of six and I believe our overall consensus was that we enjoyed the food but have had better BBQ at some other places. Would recommend the Sampler platter, good way to try several items and it is a pretty good value , even for two people. Likely too much for two people for dinner but having leftovers isn't a bad thing.

Waitress was friendly, service was very slow and when we got the food the meat was cold. We have been coming for years, but they have removed some favorites of ours from the menu. Prices are too high, probably won’t be returning.

Our server was very slow to bring refills on our drinks and condiments when requested. She also did not have her mask on the entire time.

Food was amazing and so was the customer service! Next time we are in town, we will definitely be back.

I was disappointed with everything we had. Food was cold, brisket was basically all fat, sweet potato casserole was burnt on the top and had no flavor, my sons chicken fingers were over done green beans were bland.

The service was good, bit the food was pretty mediocre. Not much flavor and the corn bread was rock hard. We didn't care for the bbq sauces either.

After successfully and correctly making reservations. Upon arriving from S County, we were told the restaurant was closing. It was very inconvenient.

My son and I go on an annual trip each year. We chose St. Louis because we do like to hike and dine at night. The food was fair but most of the beer taps we’re out and the service was slow

This was our fifth and last time here. Service was terrible. Wiated 10 minutes before going inside to look for a wait staff. The wait staff that was serviing the other 6 tables refused to make eye contact. Found a bus boy who was vacumming. He served us. Pulled pork was very dry. Drinks and food took way too long. The rest of our meals were very bland. Would not recommend,

Will never be back. Waited at front to be seated at 7:10pm(Our reservation was 7:15) was never greeted at door,we felt very uncomfortable. We had a party of 4(2 out of town guests) while we were waiting I went to the bar to get a few beers while we were waiting. The bartender didn't even look at me to take my order. Wow...for these prices you would think your customers come first...not here. This place has gone downhill in the last few years. Don't waste your hard earned money at this place. There are other restaurants that are open and would love to have you dine with them. We walked out after being seated 30 minutes later...was just too insulted to stay.

Poor service. Server totally messed up our bill and we had to chase her down to have it corrected. Table of 8 had 20% auto gratuity added, with a open line for additional tip. Must be their policy for groups; I guess that’s ok.
Food tasted ok but most of it was cold. Couldn’t locate server to discuss so we just ate. We’ve had good experiences at Hendricks in the past—but my family isn’t keen on a return visit. Maybe down the road. It’s a shame because it’s such a nice building and location.

This restaurant was not for me. I do not eat pork and everything had pork in it.

The manager on duty was awful! We had reservations on a not busy afternoon. For 20 minutes we watched her walk back and forth not accomplishing a single task. She continued to look at us and then eventually dropped off some silverware and stated someone will be with us in a few minutes. I was unsatisfied with that response and advised we had been waiting for 20 minutes and she was the first to welcome us or address us. She immediately barked an order to the hostess to seat us next ignoring all 20 other guests in the waiting area(The restaurant and patio had multiple open tables). While dining with our family I heard her talking down to the servers stating if they can't handle tables she would just do it herself! Staffing is NOT her employee's problem.

Food was excellent had to ask my waiter two or three times for certain items some items were a little pricey like $18 for a pint of macaroni I could’ve bought a whole meal and got macaroni on the side, if you base it on food alone I gave it five stars plus everything else I would say an average of 3 1/2 to 4 but overall very satisfied

They were very short staffed the night I was there . The staff seemed stressed. My waitress tried her best .

We had a reservation which was not honored in a timely manner. Upon arrival we were informed that there would be a 20 to 30 minute wait. Then once we were seated and ordered we waited almost an hour before our food was brought out in two grouping separated by 15 minutes. We had to request silverware and the cornbread arrived after repeated requests at the end of the meal. Very disappointing.

We arrived a bit early for our dinner reservation and the place was empty. We enjoyed a couple of drinks at the bar waiting for our friends to arrive. The drinks were good - Moonshine margaritas - and the service was great.
We were seated as soon as our friends arrived. We enjoyed the pulled pork nachos as an appetizer- very generous, could easily be an appetizer for 8 people.
Between us we had ribs, smoked sausage, turkey and a BLT wrap. Everyone was happy with their food. The baked beans are a must try side!

Food was very good. Only problem is they were out of the BBQ Turkey when we arrived. I was looking forward to that. The service was excellent. We eat here every time we are in St. Charles area. I have often wondered why the don't play Blues music here. With all the great posters of great blues artists the have displayed why not the blues music?

We took our 6 kids out for dinner for my daughters birthday. We had the very best sauce EVER! Our waitress was a joy, and was so professional.
