Great local spot! Fun bar crowd, great small plates, always a favorite. Alison the bartender keeps this spot happening!
Great food. Never disappointed.
Valentine’s Day with friends..
We enjoyed our appetizers, my NE clam chowder was hot and was one of the best I have ever eaten. Our meals came out timely and at perfect temperature . The scallops were cooked perfectly as was the steak. The service was good and allowed for limited interruptions. Bar being close to our table was a bit distracting. Overall very good and would recommend to others.
Everything was delicious! Service was excellent. Meat & fish cooked perfectly. First time I’ve been here but always wanted to try, can’t wait to come back with friends to share the experience. 👍
Too loud, otherwise great
Great food but wrong appetizer brought to table by a runner and dropped and had to get attention of waiter to see if it was correct. We didn’t think so and it wasn’t otherwise place was nice and food great
I love this place and go all the time even though the noise level is getting to be unbearable.
Been there many times - seems the Lobster Taco changed a bit, but still very good.
Salmon was very disappointing - very fishy, which it also had never been. Roast Beef sandwich was just ok, but the french fries were delicious.
The bartender always seems to know how to make a French Martini.
Food was very good. Enjoyed everything we ordered. My wife had the filet and I had the seafood paella special both excellent. However, the service was poor and ambiance loud and annoying. Took longer to get drinks than the food. Waiter was working far too many tables. Also, tables very very close to each other. Table of 4 right next to us was loud and obnoxious. Unsure if we would go back.
We had a delicious meal served by friendly wait staff who made great recommendations! We will be back soon!
I went for restaurant week with my family. This was my first time eating at this restaurant. The lighting is a bit dim with “theatre stage” lights and there is no true ceiling. The appetizers were delicious. I would have the mushroom ravioli as an entire entree. My chicken dish was great overall... a little salty but that wasn’t a big deal. The bacon bread pudding was amazing! So different. I would go back anytime I’m craving that!
Food was unique and flavorful - especially the cauliflower soup and the bacon bread pudding!
Everything from the atmosphere to the wait staff, service and delicious meal, our dining experience at Heirloom was perfect! The value for restaurant week made the night even better. The roasted cauliflower soup and fish taco appetizer was incredibly tasty. The hanger steak was cooked just right and seasoned well. The meal was complete with the bacon bread pudding. We will be back!
Restaurant Week girl’s night.
Excellent choices for the week.
Been going there for years...our "Go To" place for great food and service. Never been disappointed, always consistent. Everything you could want in a restaurant.
Restaurant Week here on Long Island and HT has the best choices. ( no upcharges- just good food)
Great food and staff is very friendly and accommodating.
my new fav- away from the usual Poll brothers lol- I used to come here yeas ago when this was Elmers.
def worth the drive for me.
Heirloom Tavern is a true gem hidden on the North Shore of LI. Its small plates are delectable and the cocktails are both strong and sweet.
Always a favorite ! First suggestion when friends ask for a new place to eat, consistently good food and very attentive service, definitely in my top 10
Excellent meal. Good selection of food. Cozy. Good to go with friends oy family with older children. Highly recommend
We Love Heirloom Tavern! Never Disappointed or unhappy with the food!
I am a professional chef and when I go out to eat it has to be as good as I can cook or better!
We now live across the street from Heirloom Tavern and can go there anytime we want!
The staff are always attentive ,professional and kind!
Excellent food and service, friendly staff. I will definitely come back again.
Everything was wonderful
We had a wonderful anniversary dinner there and a wonderful waitress! We live in Glen head and will come back again.
As always Heirloom never disappoints! Not a salmon fan, but with their horseradish crust, the Best Ever!
Give it a try..
My first time at this restaurant which was recommended by a friend. My friend and I had several small plates and appetizers with drinks. The waitress recommended the cranberry sangria which was very good. The lobster bisque was smooth and delicious! We also had the shrimp wraps, lobster tacos, and mushroom ravioli. We finished off the dinner with the crème brûlée which was excellent! I will definitely go back to this restaurant again and again!
The duck breast with mushroom risotto and green beans was fantastic. My wife had a pasta dish that was terrific as well. An all-around great experience. Can’t wait to go back.
