Sat outside it was a great night, food was awesome, service & presentation was awesome as well. Restaurant never disappoints!
Takes way too long to be seated with a reservation. Has happened multiple times.
We had a great brunch! Food is always delicious! We eat here often. Loved the bottomless mimosa. They mix it perfect!
Food, drinks and service were all great! Will definitely rotate this in to our usuals.
Food wasn’t all that good especially for the price.
We eat here the first night we get to town always and have never been dissapointed. The food is so good and the service is excellent. Highly recommend!
The food, service and quality are awesome! Especially our server, Nate! He’s very attentive!
Great outdoor patio... Food is great and service was excellent. Will be back (-:
second time we go and the food is not good, not recommended
Our waiter Nathan went out of his way to make sure my grandmother’s birthday brunch was enjoyable.
Nathan was patient with our questions regarding the menu, and answered them with great detail.
Overall a fun experience. Very good food. However, made reservations specifically for an indoor table and received an outdoor table. Would have been fine expect it. Was windy, and the chill affected the temperature of the entrees. Other than that, service was great and food was delicious.
Perfect weather to be on the patio. Lots of space and perfect views. Great service and loved the happy hour food & drink offerings!
Food was very bad. They wanted to charge $40 for a dozen Mexican oysters. We passed. Calamari was greasy and poorly coated. Fish was farmed although salmon was listed as Scottish salmon which is not farmed. Should have been Atlantic salmon. My wife ordered the crudo which she sent back as it was so bad. The lollipop wings were marginal at best. The pork chop was overcooked and dry but so so if you dripped it in the sauce. Other restaurants in the Red Rock much better.
Excellent service as always—we are frequent visitors and the entrees and cocktails never disappoint. Always delicious!
We arrived a little late for dinner hour at 7:45. I reserved a table for two at 8:00 on open table. I was excited to dine here after I heard so many good things about the brunch menu. I was happy they had availability on Open Table for two on a Sunday. I had only been there for drinks, but never had eaten there. When I arrived I let the staff know I had a reservation. My table was not ready. I waited ten minutes than they offered the bar. I was disappointed with the greeting. The food was ok for dinner but I will try the brunch next. The service was ok but not what I expected for this place. I would go early not closer to closing to get better service.
The restaurant was easily accessible from the parking lot, very spacious, clean, and had plenty of fresh air/natural light coming in from the patio. The staff was pleasant, our server was attentive & quick, and management even stopped by our table to inquire how our evening was at the establishment.
Although the menu has been slightly reduced since COVID, there was still such a wide array of food to choose from—great Vegan options as well!
We will definitely be frequenting here from now on.
Staff was helpful and courteous. Open dining area with a great view even inside. Food was excellent, light, fresh and our waiter gave great recommendations. So worth the trip out of the city. The casino had beautiful grounds, accommodations and restaurants. Will be staying at Red Rock next visit. I can see why this resort is a hit with the locals.
Loved the place and the food!
Great food and great experience!
Very friendly staff. Food was excellent.
It was just the best experience at Red Rock. Food was great, all personnel was great, and the view was great. We sat outside. The desert 12 layer cake was humongous and delicious
Always great food. This time ordered lobster roll. Fabulous.
We went to happy hour on Wednesday night. Dollar oysters were great! Wonderful happy hour menu all week.
My wife and I enjoyed the out door dining area at the restaurant and the food were delicious.
Sitting outside with a great venue and a great happy hour menu is tough to beat.
Absolutely AMAZING!! By far one of the best restaurants I've been too in years. Staff were not only friendly and professional but they went out of the way to help in anyways. Our waitress was absolutely fantastic. She went out of her way to help me "specialize" a drink. The bartender created a drink that blew my mind!! The manager stopped by and was so professional and friendly. The entire staff made us feel like we were family/friends and welcome.
The food was top notch and a great value for your money. I would strongly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy good food, great service and an overall wonderful experience.
A++ experience! George and Mario’s attention to detail and service was beyond reproach!
Easter dinner for us. The weather could not have been more perfect as we dined on the patio early evening
Food and service were excellent.
Food and service are excellent. We always order the charcuterie plate, and it is amazing. This most recent visit, it was delivered on a large wooden pedestal plate in the shape of a pig (or a dog?). It was super interesting. The usual games were not available, probably due to covid, but the ambiance was still really great.
The service was unusually slow. Our server was friendly and the food was good. The mocktails were particularly notable. We were just really surprised at the long delays between every step from the initial greeting, to ordering, to getting drinks, etc.
The food was very mediocre and service was awful. I ordered a bloody mary and it was just straight plain totally juice....AWFUL. We ordered shrimp cocktail which had freezer burn and was uneditable. Very disappointed bc the venue itself is beautiful.
Easter Sunday. Fabulous service
First time having dinner at Hearthstone and we were celebrating my birthday!! Honestly the service staff gets a 10/10 from me. They were so attentive and kind the entire night :) highly recommend the truffle penne. Would definitely recommend and will be returning soon!
The ladies at the checkin station are the rudest people. They have no knowledge of customer service.
We were seated 45 min after our reservation time; it appears they overbooked since there was a private party outside. We had originally booked for outdoor seating but weren’t told it wasn’t available until they took us to our table. They should bring more of their staff back. Pre covid the service was amazing; not so much now. The service was very slow and we sat for 30min at a time waiting for beverage refills.
Food was great as usual!
We made a 4:30 reservation for outside. When we arrived we were told that outside was unavailable due to a private party being booked. We should have been told this in advance. Also there is a limited menu until 5:00, so we tried to just order cocktails until 5:00 but were told that was not permitted and we had to order from the limited menu since we were seated at 4:30
Food was good but portions small for the price....
The server was on point and very accommodating. The food was delicio
