Reservations team was very responsive and accommodating. We celebrated my daughter's 8th birthday and all my questions were answered with a smile.
Service was excellent, server was responsive. We were seated outside and the heat lamps provided the right amount of comfort and warmth.
Food was just fine. Truffle pasta can be shared by 2. Braised beef was not really to our liking. Too bland. Chicken fingers for the kids meal was full of starch/breading that you can hardly see or taste the chicken. Fries that comes with it was too salty. Truffle pizza was very good on the other hand - highly recommended.
Place is great! It was our first time here and maybe next time we will try a different dish.

Birthday celebration

Food was mixed. Lollipop wings were great, but the meatball appetizer was disappointing. The fish entrees were good, but the steak was just ok. Cocktails were very good and creative and dessert was excellent. Nice patio and excellent service.

The cheese board is delish! Loved the truffle honey!

Food was very average for the fact that it was in an accredited hotel and casino. Menu was also very limited for brunch. Service was almost nonexistent and we ran out of water quite often throughout the meal. Overall just had higher expectations for the restaurant itself as it was a recommendation to me. Will not be returning or recommending this restaurant to others.

We recommend this place as the food was excellent and the service was even better. There were 6 of us in our party. The manager gave us a private room as it was too windy for outdoor seating and we were hoping not to sit indoors. We appreciate how attentive the staff were. We really enjoyed the apple & quinoa salad and shaved Brussels sprout Caesar salad. The short rib pizza and truffle mushroom pizzas were so tasty. Husband loved the shrimp and grits. The prime rib French dip was very good.
We can’t wait to go back when we return to Vegas.

Good experience

food is delicious. service is courteous, kind and highly attentive; water and soda refills without having to be flagged down, wine topped off equally amongst diners.

Shouldn’t be called brunch, just a menu of individual items. I paid more at Hearthstone than at Grand Cafe the day before for spinach omelet that was not better.
On reservation indicated celebrating a birthday, no one ever mentioned that.
Service was mediocre. Had to ask twice for condiments we asked for at the time of ordering.
Not likely to return though it seems to have a nice atmosphere
And what was the $2.00 “up charge” on my bill without explanation.

Beautiful setting on the outdoor patio!!!!! I had been previously with daughters and hubby had never been. He is asking every day ......when can we come back ???? Will be back....food ....service ....impeccable ....and add the outdoor ambience .....perfect !!!

Wonderful spot, the waitress was very attentive and friendly, the food was delicious, and they were able to get us in earlier than we originally had a reservation for when our plans changed. Very happy with the experience and will be back soon!

The hostess wasn’t very nice. She seemed irritated at anything anyone asked her. We sat in the patio. The staff outside was courteous and efficient. I tried the breakfast pizza recommend by our waiter Rigo. Not only was the pizza delicious but his service made our visit. Would def recommend.

It’s average. I think it’s a little over priced for what you get.

My family enjoys eating here- the lollipop wings and charcuterie board is a must. My husband almost always orders the braised short rib, so tender and delicious!!

Amazing food and service

Good food with a large happy hour menu.

We love coming to Hearthstone. They have some of the best happy hour in all of Vegas! All of the staff we have interacted with in our many times dining there have been helpful, energetic, and kind to us. I dream about their bacon wrapped dates...

We loved everything about Hearthstone! The food was delicious - we had the truffle pasta, short rib pizza & DOC pizza, and the prime rib. Everything tasted fantastic! Outstanding, attentive service and very nice ambiance! We will be back!

Overall a nice experience and would return. We started with the wrapped dates which were delicious. For entrees we had the Branzino which was also great and the pizza of the day which was fig and prosciutto. That was ok, I’ve had better. Cocktails were good and the ambiance was comfortable

This is one of our favorite local restaurants! Their food and service is always exceptional.

Best Shrimp pasta ever. My wife had the shrimp and Grits and it was amazing and Flavorful. Reasonable wine list.
Service was exceptional by Brian, He made all the difference.

Everytime I go to Red Rock I make it a point to eat at Hearthstone. Everything that I have ordered has been delicious!
