   We had high hopes for our dinner at the inn, especially with a reservation booked in advance. Unfortunately, the experience fell short in several key ways. To start, we waited over 20 minutes before our server even approached our table. In that time, we had thoroughly reviewed the drink, dinner, and dessert menus. While the restaurant clearly aims for a fine dining atmosphere, the execution was lacking, and the service failed to meet even basic expectations. The food itself was pretty good, but overpriced and trying too hard to be upscale without the finesse or consistency to back it up. After finally placing our order, the service remained slow and inattentive. We sat with our empty plates in front of us for 15 minutes before anyone came to clear them, and during our meal, our server made unprofessional complaints to us about other tables. It made an already underwhelming experience even more uncomfortable. We had informed the staff in advance that we were celebrating a birthday, but the acknowledgment left us speechless—in the worst way. They brought out an empty plate with a candle stuck to it. Honestly, no mention at all would have been better. Oddly, the highlight of the evening was the hostess and support staff, who seemed far more attentive and polished than our assigned server. Their efforts stood in stark contrast to the rest of the service and were the only redeeming part of the evening. Overall, this attempt at a fine dining experience missed the mark.

   Spent our honeymoon meal at The Millcroft Inn. Excellent meal, excellent service by Jackie and other staff. Made our occassion memorable.

   Stunning location and ambiance. We visited for Easter brunch. Our family chooses a new place each year and this year we decided on the Millcroft Inn. The food was very good but I was disappointed in the limited choices. For $75 and up for a big brunch there are usually lots of tables offering a huge selection of food. The selection was decidedly limited compared to other places we have been for the same price.

   This is a great spot for Brunch, Lunch or Dinner. Beautiful setting along side the mill pond and waterfalls. Food was fantastic, and we really enjoyed the Easter brunch. Whether you are staying at the Millcroft or want a nice venue to dine this is a spot you must visit. Plan to go back soon for dinner.

   It was perfect. The entire team works so hard to make Headwaters a memorable experience. All aspects of the evening were spot on. We keep coming back and are never disappointed

   Our dinner was incredible. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable and kind. We were seated at a table overlooking the falls, which was made it an extra special evening. My partner and I had a challenging year and it was our first time out and away from our twin babies. The whole experience was memorable - including the chef coming out to present a complimentary house made pasta dish, a total surprise! The meal was delicious and we very much appreciated the effort that went in to making our night wonderful.

   We went for lunch. The pickerel was delicious. You must order the cheesecake for dessert. Absolutely decadent. Service was great. We were seated by the waterfall which was so nice.

   We have a lovely relaxed meal with a very friendly server named Fred. Food was delicious and the bartender made an excellent martini.
