Bel locale, cibo molto buono e personale gentile e disponibile. Unica pecca sala poco insonorizzata e un po’ rumorosa.
Desert was cold, but dealt with straight away. The rest of the meal was very good a usual
We had a fantastic meal at Hawksmoor Knightsbridge, our waiter was outstanding and pushed the boat out for my boyfriend's birthday. Couldn't recommend it highly enough, we will be back
I had heard good thinks about Hawksmoor so was keen to visit and managed to book a table in advance.
The service was very good throughout the entire process from the receptionists and booking team all the way through to the waitress service who was tipped. When comparing to somewhere like Miller and Carter, Hawksmoor in my opinion is very overpriced for the quality of food. £36.00 for a Ribeye steak.. and that is for only the steak. All sides are purchased separately at a premium.. including the steak sauce. £100.00 bill for 2 people, no starters and 2 soft drinks is dear in my opinion. If the food was exceptional I would not bet fussed about the bill but food was substandard for the price. The fact they also try charging 12.5% as a service charge for a table of 2 was also cheeky and left a sour taste.
It was quite quiet on a Saturday lunch, so a bit lacking in atmosphere, but excellent service due it not being busy.
Simply the best steak in London!
Excellent service and brilliant selection of wines & cocktails.
Food was lovely, atmosphere was quiet with not a lot going on, no background music that could really hear.
Sister in laws birthday
Amazing food and beautiful cocktails, ideal lazy Sunday
Service was excellent, we had a gentleman that looked after us completely. Arrived at 4.30, roasts stop at 5 and he reserved us 5 roasts just in case they would run out. Took a bit longer as they had to make fresh Yorkshire puds but worth the wait. Great atmosphere
Food was good at this restaurant. The waitress forgot to order our starters so our mains arrived first, but they apologised and gave us 2 free rounds of drinks, so it was put right satisfactorily and quickly. Only downside to this restaurant is that it is in a basement with no windows, so a bit cave like, but other than that very good
Very lovely evening couldn’t fault anything
The food was staggeringly good and a great wine selection, slightly let down by not decanting an expensive bottle.
Incredible first ever dining experience at a steak house in London and did not disappoint!
Staff were warm and welcoming upon arrival and very knowledgeable and attentive.
I had a birthday dinner with my partner and servers went above and beyond to make his birthday even more special by preparing a dessert!
I travelled all the way from Australia and as it was my last day in London, i'm so glad i spent it at Hawksmoor. The restaurant and team have truly outdone themselves. Highly recommend the Rib-eye steak! A must-go!
Fantastic lunch at the Hawksmoor.
My first visit with my partner and we thoroughly enjoyed the food, the venue and the service was second to none. I will definitely be going back, I would like to try the other venues in London.
Thankyou so much for such an enjoyable experience.
Enjoyable lunch with my parents. Food simple yet delicious. Service attentive. Thanks Hawksmoor Knightsbridge!
Food and whole experience was lovely, exceptional service!
Really enjoyable family meal. Excellent food and service, very relaxed. Would definitely recommend to come here for special occasions.
We will be coming back soon
Superb Steakhouse. Hawksmoor Knightsbridge has become my go to place for that special night out where nothing is left to chance. Top quality service and top quality food. Of all my times of dining I have never been disappointed. So hard to find that all round perfect experience.
We ate here 2 evenings in a row. Steak the first night and fish the second. We have never had fish at the Hawksmoor before. It was delicious. Beautifully fresh, succulent and tasty. Sides were good and we opted for some macaroni cheese as a side as I have recently received the Cookbook for Christmas and wanted to try the dish with its 5 cheese ingredients. We were not disappointed. Very good service and a most useful discussion about the wine we chose before the bottle was opened. Starters were also great with oysters as one of the options which again were superb. A really enjoyable evening.
Very quiet location on an early January weekend. Thoroughly enjoyed our Porterhouse steak (although I'm going for fillet next time!). Very good chips, peppercorn sauce and outstanding spiced roast carrots. Great wine recommendation by our waitress and loved the Palmer rose champagne. Not a cheap lunch but worth it in my opinion. We recommend it!
Set lunch is reasonably good value although there were significant differences in the portion of steak served for the 6 of us which had the steak option. No bread was offered which surprised me . Desert as usual was fabulous. Caesar salad and the potted meat was also great
Really lovely night. Friends with the Exec Chef who made sure the staff on the night treated us to some special surprises. Cannot complain about anything. Fabulous experience.
The food was unreal and the service couldn’t be faulted.
Would and WILL recommend and eat here again!
Wonderful meal at Hawksmoor. Visiting London on from Philadelphia-- Hawksmoor was recommended to us by a friend who lives locally. Did not disappoint! Great steakhouse, cozy ambiance, fabulous cocktails.
Our waiter from Hungary was really gooooooooooooooooood!
Great Food & service as usual at Hawksmoor Knightsbridge. The only downside was there were a couple of things unavailable on the menu which was disappointing but a great reason to visit again.
We had outstanding steak! The wine was great, service friendly and helpful. The crab on toast starter was also delicious!!
A sirloin steak, ordered medium-rare, came well-done. The service wasn’t bad, but we were left waiting longer than we were expecting a number of times.
This is a great place for lovers of steaks. We've eaten at many high end steak establishments around the world including the US and Hawkesmoor definitely makes it one of my top 3 steak restaurants. The staff were knowledgeable about the menu and offered recommendations which we accepted and was glad we did. The cocktails were amazing and overall the evening was a great choice for a birthday celebration.
Steak wasn’t the best. Distinctly average at best but the pastry’s where up there with the best I’ve had in a restaurant. Should have chosen the roast.
Outstanding food, we thoroughly enjoying every bite. We had the scallops and ribs as starters and both had the roast dinner which was exceptional. We will certainly be recommending to friends and family and will be back very soon
The Hawksmoor never disappoints, with well-informed, professional service helping you craft the perfect dinner (and quantity recommendations that don't leave you feeling ill and stuffed afterwards), delicious cocktails, and the ever-beautiful decor. If it were a bit quieter it would be perfect for me.
Service was very good, we had an attentive waiter who assisted with our needs. The fillet steaks were amazing, melted in the mouth. The restaurant is dimly lit for the evening giving a good ambience- I look forward to returning.
Quality of meat was very good and service outstanding. We were a group of 6 and half of our meals were too salty.
We went for a quality steak and were not disappointed. Everything was cooked to perfection.
For two starters, two main courses with two sides and four drinks the bill was £190.00 inclusive of the optional tip.
The only thing I would change is letting customers know that the steaks are cooked with a salty seasoning apart from that we would highly recommend this restaurant. It really was that good.
The food was unfortunately substandard. I ordered the chateaubriand and it was very dry and almost inedible, although I stressed it should be medium. The cut was from the tip of the fillet, and I could not even chew the meat. Very disappointing.
I felt this is more of a tourist destination where patrons only visit once and do not return. So the restaurant does not pay much attention to the quality of the food.
The service was nevertheless good.
I have been going to the Hawksmoor restaurants for a long time, but never been to the Knightsbridge Hawksmoor. Absolutely amazing , 10/10 food 10/10 service 10/10 ambience, will definitely be returning.
We went to Hawksmoor after a skate at the Natural History Museum. Philip was our waiter and from start to finish, he was absolutely wonderful. We asked him for his recommendations and he was very friendly, professional and knwledgeable about the wines and food. A lovely atmosphere and superb steak, we had a lovely pre-Xmas evening at Hawksmoor, the staff were so friendly and welcoming, we will definitely be back.
The Sunday roast was excellent and was the highlight of the evening........
