Small plate menu with lots of charcuterie, cheeses, salads and small plate entrees. Great Service. Upscale, open ambiance. Very enjoyable. Only area for improvement is on the wine "pour." Wines by the glass are priced on the high side of average, and there's a nice selection, but the pour was quite small compared with similar restaurants. Someone is "measuring" the pour and being frugal. I will return but I will not order wine by the glass again.

Went to Haven for the second time. The first time was for a business dinner, and it was quiet and comfortable, later evening during the week. This time was to meet our good friends who were in from out of town on a Saturday night. It was a much livelier scene, with some groups, and a lot of people in their 30s+ on dates. We had requested a good table, and were given a nice booth in the bar area, cozy with good people watching. It was definitely louder than I expected, but we could still converse. The food here consists of charcuterie and decent sized "small plates" for sharing. We tried the octopus, a filet dish, as well as duck, salad and another appetizer. All were tasty. They were also running a $1 per oyster special all day, which was a nice bargain. The service was a little spotty...our waiter made a good selection of cheeses for us, but it took a long time to get first cocktails and the charcuterie board, and food service was very slow. Cappuccinos were served after desert as opposed to with it. High note in service was the sommelier...he was in high demand and the sweat on his brow showed it! More importantly, he knew his wine and steered us to some unique, tasty and reasonably priced bottles. All in all, a fun meal with good friends. I just wish the wait service was a bit better this evening.

Amazing all around!!! Food is some of the best we have had and the service was impeccable!!!! Our server LaMarl was so attentive and made some great recommendations! Greg was able to suggest a great wine that suited our taste! Would definitely recommend this experience to anyone!!!

We’ve been to the primary restaurant, Bern’s, before and when this place was called Side Bern’s. We arrived early, so we sat at the bar and had a drink. The bartender was friendly and concocted a mixed drink at my husband’s request. My husband loved the drink.

We ordered a charcuterie and cheese plate. We enjoyed the pairings with the mustards, sauces, almonds, pickles, etc. Our main courses were cooked perfectly and well seasoned.

Our waiter was pleasant and answered our questions thoroughly, but was difficult to find when we needed another glass of wine. The service was a little slow, but we also don’t like to be rushed.

We arrived a half an hour ahead of our dinner reservation and had a drink in the bar. Our bartender wasn’t as friendly as we would expected in a fine establishment like Haven.

We started with a small cheese (3) an meat tray (1). Our waiter recommended our choices and was spot on. He didn’t rush us to order but was attentive the whole time. The meal came out hot and a reasonable amount of time.

The atmosphere was great. In all, a nice experience, we’ll be back.

My boyfriend and I went to Haven to celebrate my birthday and had a wonderful meal! Right from when we walked in the staff were helpful and pleasant. We asked our server, Andre (I'm sorry if that's not correct!), lots of questions and he was happy to answer as well as make fabulous recommendations. We enjoyed the raw oysters, chef's selection of cheeses, and foie gras for our meal. All of which I would recommend. The cheese selection was a great value for as many different kinds of cheese as were included and I would absolutely order it again. As the cherry on top they included a glass of champagne for each of us as a birthday treat. I enjoyed Haven so much and would absolutely recommend!

the place decoration and ambiance are top of the line, the selection of wines is incredible good and the food is amazing.
My only complaint was that even though we reserved in advance the only time available was 10 pm. when we arrived the place was mostly empty and while the service was good and courteous they rush the dinner since they close at 11pm. We left before 12am since we were finishing dinner however we felt since arrival we were being kicked out.

Haven was truly a food lovers dream come true. Our server Lamar was very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. He made several suggestions that I just couldn't pass on and provided an experience that will keep us coming back. The wine list was extensive and on par with the menu. We can't wait until our next visit.

We made reservations for the Saturday after Valentine’s Day and only outdoor seating was available. The patio had plenty of fans and it was a perfect setting. Happy Hour was still going so we got some plates and drink from that menu and the dinner menu. I will definitely be back and would recommend to others!

My wife and I went to The Haven for our Valentine dinner date. The Haven went all out to make the night special and totally pulled it off. They kept reservations on schedule with enough staff with a terrific attitude to make this an awesome date night. It’s not always easy to go out on Valentine’s Day, but TheHaven made it totally worth it.

I have been dining at Haven ever since its grand opening. I’ve never had a bad meal or bad service; it’s always been perfection on every level. Made a reservation for two on Valentine’s Day, and was lucky there was an opening. We arrived on time for the reservation only to learn that the table wasn’t ready. No big deal, it happens; we were offered complimentary champagne while waiting. Ordered off the restricted Valentine’s Day five course menu and ordered drinks. Drinks took about 20 minutes; a bit longer than usual, but hey people get busy. Got first salad course which was tasty…then everything got progressively worse. Waited at least 20 minutes between courses, food was bland, noodles were burned (how do you burn angel hair pasta?), and service was lacking at best. I understand restaurants get slammed and sometimes things take longer than expected, but 30 minutes for three globs of cheese on a plate with some nuts on the side? Come on. Best part is, it wasn’t even really that busy in the restaurant AND dining was from a restricted menu. Service should have been nothing other than excellent. After two hours, we paid the bill and left very disappointed. Cherry on top was when we left to get our car from the value. We waited for him to return from parking a car, gave him our ticket, and he grabbed our keys and was kind of looking for our car. Then he saw an older couple exit the restaurant and proceeded to wait for them, asking if they needed their car too. Of course they did. So dude dropped our keys, grabbed their ticket, car keys and was off. Helped the old couple, then helped another guest valet their car that just drove in, and then back to us. I know I don’t drive a fancy car, that I’m not 70 years old yet, but I was first in line and gave you a nice tip as well. I expect marginal food, bad service, and clueless management at TGIFriday’s when I’m spending $45 on a dinner for two, not when I’m spending $280 at a fine dining establishment.
