   I had a lovely dinner with a friend visiting from Ireland. My first time at Haven and everything was wonderful. The food was good and actually very tasty.

   It was a holiday weekend brunch with my adult children. The service was perfect and the food was excellent. We had salad, eggs, shrimp & grits, etc. and everyone enjoyed their food. I have been to Haven for dinner before and was not that impressed. I had heard that brunch is excellent and that turned out to be true. Highly recommend brunch.

    Haven is conveniently tucked away in Brookhaven with ample free parking. The cozy ambience and courteous staff make you feel welcome. The food was delicious and served hot from the kitchen. Always hits the mark!

    Service was over-the-top, exceptional! Food is always delicious, never had anything that wasn’t. Wine selection is good, too. Having celiacs, I do wish they offered a couple more items with gluten free options. But we will always be back!

    Brunch for Grandmothers lunch, 7 year old & 19 month old. Kate the waitress very cognizant that a biscuit and the baby’s fruit plate was important to everyone (including the rest of the restaurant) stayed happy. Brunch Menu is varied yet simple. Choices are easy but you could come 10 Sundays in a row, have a different entre and be thrilled each visit. A perfect way to spend a special birthday and include the young ones. A friendly, welcoming well oiled operation. Never been disappointed.

    Overall we had a good lunch! I would like to make a suggestion. I ordered a BLT sandwich and it wasn't cut (served two whole pieces of toasted bread.) I tried to cut it with my table knife and it resulted in a mess - I ended up eating a deconstructed BLT. Although it was tasty, I would have preferred that it was cut in the kitchen with a sharper knife so I could have eaten it as a sandwich.

    I use to love Haven for the food and outside dining space. I have been twice in last 10days. Shrimp soft, small and mealy. Lettuce in salad wilted, small pieces of bacon and very small amt of feta!!!! What has happened. Still same prices - not cheap - but now no quality. Does the owner know? I think he would be mortified. Yesterday service very poor. I am shocked!

    Sat in the outside area for the first time. It's a nice area, but VERY loud, had a tough time having a conversation with my guest, simple because of the ambient noise from other tables. The food was quite good, but I'll be trying 'inside' next time. I'd strongly suggest some type of sound-deadening solutions are needed.

    It's been a few years since I have been at Haven, but it never fails. The food was excellent as was the service. I will say the bar service was a bit slow, but our water glasses were consistently filled so the need for a beverage was diminished. I have not been for brunch until now, and it was wonderful. One of the owners greeted us and made us feel so special as throughout our meal as he buzzed around the restaurant. I can't wait to go back.

    The surroundings were pleasant and the service was professional and attentive. The menu lists a number of tempting dishes. However, the quality of our lunch plates was merely okay--everything was acceptable but nothing was delicious. The food is the weak link here.

    Available to accommodate with late reservation. Food was great -fantastic NGa trout, skin peeled right off, laid on a bed of lettuce with peaches, pine nuts and roasted red peppers - Shrimp Po Boy excellent, shrimp very crispy with right amount of remoulade sauce and thin almost shoestring fries.

    Always love it there… scallops are perfect, Mama J salad always a fav and my husband could literally swim in the mussels, he loves them so much. Service always great and adds to the fun of the night. And the carrot cake was a huge surprise…..it was our friend’s birthday and he got carrot cake with cream cheese icing that was among the best ever! We love Haven.
