Service was horrible. We waited 45 min just for water. Had to ask 2 times just to get bread because we were so hungry. The gentleman who cleans the tables end up getting our bread. Summer our server was horrible!! Very very disappointed with the service this year. We come here a lot and will be going elsewhere from now on!

So we eat out probably too much but per my wife would put Havana Beach in our top 10. It has a very nice atmosphere, loud to the point of boisterous but cozy enough to have a conversation with the table. Service was attentive and quick but not hovering . The food was well prepared, fresh and timed appropriately. We did 2 starters which came in the appropriate succession followed by the main course. Cocktails and wine were handled accordingly. 2 starters, 4 cocktails, 2 of their higher-end($) entrees and one, shared dessert plus a well deserved gratuity was $225. High by any standard for 2 people but given the vacation spot and access to local, farm fresh ingredients, worth the drive or in our case the Uber. I believe our server was Dennis but with one "n". He was great, thoroughly enjoyed and will likely be back. Thank You!

Dinner was mediocre- service was terrible waiter couldn’t get drinks straight- forgot our bottle of wine - we reminded him he brought it over not what we ordered said they were out but this was equivalent- poured 2 glasses & took bottle away 45 minutes later when he resurfaced we asked where our wine went & he said oh thought you only wanted 2 glasses huh? So $45 bottle of wine ended up being $80 — if you are hungry not place to go meals were appetizer size — hotel is well know but this dinner was not worth the $$ —

Valentine’s Day, the atmosphere is awesome, but the food is average at best and overpriced.
We wanted to give Havana another chance on our most recent trip to Rosemary Beach. We have had breakfast and lunch there in the past—both just okay. So when our friends joined us for a few days, we decided to have dinner since they had heard good things about the Pearl Hotel. Sad to say...it was just okay. The food is just not tasty or memorable. I’m not sure if it is a preparation problem or a freshness issue. Tough lobster, mediocre beet salad, bad pasta. Very disappointing.
Second time here and it was even better. Exceptional meal and service
We had an excellent Christmas dinner here, the beef Wellington was wonderful along with everything else we had. Our waiter Ward was charming and shared some local history.
Christmas Eve family dinner- didn’t realize it was a price fixed - limited menu for The holiday. Our service was wonderful and the dishes we selected were very nice. We would do it again -
We decided to go out this year for Thanksgiving. We chose Havana Beach Grill at the Pearl, hoping for a special holiday experience. We we're enticed by the Pearl website promotion which promised a traditional menu and holiday greetings complete with mulled wine and hot toddies. Upon arriving for our 5:00 pm table, we were told by the hostess that they had "run out" of the hot toddies. Our waiter, oblivious to the promotional message...upon our asking brought us two toddies (not very hot) and charged us full price. Upon checking with other staff, he was informed as to the promotion and kindly removed them from the bill.
The dinner itself started off well with a nice goat's cheese and fig appointed salad and my wife's gourmet grits starter was also tasty.
The main course was quite disappointing as the turkey was obviously processed meat...those of you who have experienced this, know what I mean...meat soft in texture, a bit too uniform and a bit too salty. The mashed potatoes and stuffing were actually not that bad...but processed turkey, from a 4 Diamond establishment on Thanksgiving...inexcusable.
I have had great meals in the Havana before and I greatly enjoy the ambiance of the room...so I will give them another try.
On Thanksgiving Day however, they did not live up to 4 Diamond standards.

Booked resv. at least 1 month ahead, seated next to service bar outside when not even half full. Menu was average, price fixe. Pumpkin soup, below avg., grits app. good. Entrees good, not great. Dessert was dessert bar. 3/4 empty and we were a 5pm seating. We asked if we should wait till replenished (twice).. They did bring the pots de creme which were delicious and a few more plates of chocolate chip and ginger cookies... The whole dinner, Mediocre..... at best
We are sorry to say this as Rosemary Beach is a favorite for us and many restaurants are excellent.
Stick with the rooftop lounge.

Food for thanksgiving not up to par. Of 4 menu items chose turkey and filet. Turkey was worst I have ever had. Did not even taste like turkey. Serving portions very small for mashed potatoes green beans dressing. Whole plate was cold. Salad just ok. Pumpkin soup was awful. Dessert buffet was not much Filet portion was very small. Side was not great
Very disappointed in s place we have enjoyed in past and paid $120 for 2 entrees.
I’ve eaten at the Havana numerous times over the past 3-4 years, and always departed extremely satisfied. Not the case this time. A new menu and chef have not kept the high standard. Poached egg on my egg Benedict was undercooked, and the potatoes were extremely weak, and must have been leftover from the previous day?? Really disappointed with new menu and food prep.
Ridiculously overpriced! Meal for four was nearly 400.00!
While we were disappointed that a cuban themed restaurant doesn't see the need to have cuban coffee even at weekend brunch time, our server and the food made up for that disappointment. Our server was friendly and efficient. The Short Rib Hash is exceptional - and so rich that we were not able to finish it.
It was a lovely visit made possible when the Open Table app reminded us of your lovely restaurant. Being locals, we'll likely return soon.
We have eaten here on many occasions and it always exceeds our expectations.

Honestly, every other time we have eaten at Havana it has been an experience, tonight was not. Although it is typically quite noisy because of the bar we have always overlooked the noise because of excellent wait staff and food, tonight both of those were marginal at best. Now, I do understand it was a holiday weekend and I'm sure the restaurant was exceedingly busy but we expect more based on previous experience. The waiter was slow to take our orders, although he was courteous there was nothing that made our meal an experience. He seemed very busy, too busy to be bothered with us. The menu was acceptable but nothing gave us the wow factor. We will return but we hope to that our impression will be different next time.
The food was delicious with great attention to flavors that activate the pallet. Our server Ward was outstanding!
It was my wife's birthday and we wanted to try some place new, and we made an excellent choice. Please go and enjoy!
Wonderful experience again and requested veranda table in 70s weather. Only challenge is valet parking is for hotel guests only, if you don't walk (back troubles that evening). Server (Summer, really) was calm and attentive even with several high maintenance table with chidren and a high octane Girls Noght Out group.
Romantic atmosphere with fantastic cocktails.
This is a great place to take a date or just have dinner. Be sure to arrive early and have a cocktail at the rooftop bar in The Pearl Hotel which Havana is located. Ambiance in both in very cool and menu variety is good.
Food quality and flavor missing on all entrees. The food did not have flavor. Great atmosphere and very good service. Too many other choices on 30A to waste on their food.
This is the 3rd time we've been to Havana Beach. This time was a letdown. WAY TOO NOISY!!! Terrible acoustics. Could not enjoy the guests, and the volume decreased the food and service quality as well. Doubt we'll be back for a long while.
We were looking forward to share a a birthday celebration meal at the lovely restaurant; however, due to poor service and lack of available seafood at 6:30pm the dining experience was a misfortune. Would not recommend.
We sat outside on the porch overlooking Rosemary with our three children and really enjoyed it. Excellent food and atmosphere.
Appetizers and desserts are very good. Their main meal was disappointing again. They put an pouched egg with the seafood pasta, and the seafood consisted of few broil shrimp and a few scallops.
Mojitos are very good. Service feels hurried.
Unfortunately, the new Chef de cuisine is not up to the quality and originality as his predecessor. Our Sunday brunch lacked the attention to detail and culinary finesse as past meals. Service was friendly and attentive but there was an extended delay in getting our meal.
The food was very underwhelming. My tomato salad maybe had 3 tomatoes in it. The rib was extremely fatty. My cocktail was not very good, but our waiter did attempt to make it better. I will not be back.
Great location, cocktails and service. Terrible food. When we made the reservation, we were unaware that the kitchen had been closed for failing its health inspection a few weeks earlier. We were unable to cancel and decided it was probably safe after the inspection. Our cocktails and service were great but the food was inedible...the fish was overcooked (dry and tough), the quinoa was undercooked and under-seasoned and our ceviche came with stale chips and fishy fish. So disappointing.
Food was a total disappointment, took over 90 minutes between salad and entree. Entree was cool and undercooked pasta with a gob of some thing in the middle, Will not be back. The waitress was awesome and very engaging.
Just a mediocre experience. Nice ambiance, interesting to observe. The food was good, not great. Over priced for what we got. Paella was ok, but it was not Paella. The tuna dish was a good piece of tuna, but needed more to go with it.
Food and beverage was average at best. Beautiful restraunt. Nice staff, but quality and price are not in line in relation to food/beverages we ordered. I wanted to love this place, but we won't be back. $450+ tip later, we left hungry and not impressed.
