Great staff and food. Harvest is a must every time we go to Blue Ridge.
Ambience, service, menu, venue were all top notch. Really have nothing bad to say at all.
Our dinner was excellent as it always is! Will return soon.
We love this place so much it's our annual Valentine's Day gift every year since 2013. We go more than that, but it's our Valentine's gift to each other!
Food is consistently excellent. Staff members are friendly and knowledgeable. A favorite of ours for years.
Amazing food. Amazing service.everything about it was perfect from setting to dining
Excellent, professional, polite, and personable service by our server , Sophie! The meal was delicious ! We were seated by the fireplace in the main dining room and it was absolutely perfect on this cold winter night. Harvest is one of our all time faves! We will be back very soon.
Great atmosphere and service; daily specials are fun (like the Keetle, changes items not name), nice fireplace...just every time the door opens the cold runs in on that side of the dining room. Service is knowledgeable and higher end which is really nice, never have to ask for anything. Food was okay (daily special of mahi) really small piece of fish for a sandwich but enough for me; side of cole slaw (okay) or chips. I liked it better when they had the pasta salad as a choice. My go-to restaurant when meeting in Blue Ridge. They do carry Malbec and that makes me happy. :)
This was our second visit, and it won't be our last. Food is amazing ! It was hard to choose the entree from so many different offerings.
Great all around! Service was perfect! Jeremiah was awesome! We’ve been a couple times when visiting Blue Ridge & will look forward to going again. Great menu, food & cocktails.
My smoked pork chop was huge and great smoke flavor, maybe best I've ever had. Wish they would have given me a steak knife. Sweet mashed pecan potatoes excellent, green beans bland no flavor. Side salad average at best. My wife loves shrimp and grits so she ordered; enjoyed the shrimp, but grits were thick, bulky, almost dry. They offer "white bread" with meal but if you order the corn bread it is an extra charge, don't get that. However, the corn bread was grilled and incredible. We had to wait a while on server for our bill, delayed maybe ten minutes. Great menu options, and specials. We will return. We don't drink or do desserts, but bill for two was $54. Again, we will return.
Beautiful decor, excellent service and impeccable menu.
My husband kicking cancer in the butt! So we came to celebrate!
Didn’t really like the fact there were dogs inside at the table next to us
Love the hunter’s cabin ambience, but in the end the food was average. Nice sauces but quail was undercooked and stripped bass was just so-so.
I was told this was the best restaurant in Blue Ridge, but it was just ok. I don’t think anyone really loved their food and I had to send the salmon spread back Bc it was frozen in the middle. It’s was just ok. Cozy vibe, which we liked.
REALLY disliked being downstairs -- would have cancelled reservation had I known we were downstairs, been here many times and didn't even know there was a downstairs. Food was decent but bland, lacked flavor. Peach cobbler extremely mushy, just picked out the peaches. My last three times here food was mediocre. Won't be rushing back.
However, our server (Addison) was excellent.
Beautiful rustic atmosphere. We had the Mediterranean appetizer which was very good. My husband’s snapper was delicious and my Bolognese pasta was a 7 but maybe that’s just me.
Came with a group of 8 and everyone was impressed. Great food, good service and a beautiful setting. I highly recommend Harvest on Main whenever you find yourself in Blue Ridge.
Food was top notch, from the hamburger to the daily special, all excellent quality. Atmosphere was fit for special occasions, yet comfortable and relaxed. Excellent service.
Wonderful meal all around. Great atmosphere, and excellent food.
While the food was very, very good, I had to knock down my rating because they took close to a half an hour to bring one of our drinks (and then we were told they were out of the cider that they suggested). When the meals arrived, they didn’t have the meal for our birthday girl and apparently either forgot to enter her order or gave it to some other patron. The manager offered a half off our bill because of their screwups, but then gave us only 30% off.
Our waiters were very pleasant but please don’t tell us at the end of the evening that they were short a server, especially since we made the reservation months in advance for our party of 10. That’s just bad management.
Despite their shortcomings, I would definitely try them again.
Service was extremely slow and we needed to ask for everything (water, bread, drinks). We asked for bread and it was thrown down on the table. My meal (Bistro Steak) was Luke warm, but had a lot of favor. Wife had House Bolognese and she loved it. I would not rush back or recommend to friends.
We've visited Harvest numerous times and love the location right off Main Street. It's the perfect spot to grab a bite during a break from shopping. My absolute favorite is the Apple French onion Soup and Harvest Salad. My kids always enjoy the homemade Mac and Cheese. Great wine selection and unique food fare w/beautiful presentation. Their short rib dish is amazing and a must try!
Excellent! Food sand customer service was great! Would definitely recommend.
We went to Harvest on Main for our Christmas Eve dinner. We were staying in Ellijay for the holidays and I wanted to take the family somewhere special for dinner. When we made the reservation, we told them that my daughter had a severe dairy allergy and was vegan. They told me it would not be an issue and they noted it on the reservation. The food was incredible. My husband and I both had the NY strip which cut like butter. One of my children had the beef and veal meatloaf and said it was delicious. My daughter and other son had the pasta puccenetta and they were able to make the adjustments to it so that it would be vegan for my daughter. All of the waitstaff were extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. The service was exemplimary. They even offered to take a family picture of us in front of the fireplace. We will definitely be visiting again the next time we are in the Blue Ridge area.
This was my second time here. I went the first time for a girls getaway. It was so great that I had to go back with my husband. We ate there on Christmas Eve and it was amazing !! Our server was Jolene(Im sure I botched that up) both times and she was great. She actually remembered me from girls weekend:) She takes a lot of time to explain the menu and is very quick to always check on you. The food is so fresh and delicious. I love it here and will be back!!!
We ate at Harvest on Main for Christmas Eve dinner and it was everything we expected - delicious food and nice atmosphere. Sophia was our server and was spectacular.
Food was great as always. So fresh. The service was great even though they were very busy.
I was meeting someone for a business lunch. There was a bit of confusion at the front desk but was resolved. The waitress was welcoming, offering to explain the specials and her own recommendations. The restaurant was quiet which allowed for easily heard conversation. The food was superb, appetizers good, generous salad, mahi mahi well prepared, not dry. A well balanced menu that offered a wide array of options. I was introducing my guest to Harvest for the first time and he was most impressed. One of my favorite restaurants.
Our overall dining experience was one of delight. However, there was one disappointment.
When entering our reservation on your site I had included the fact it was for my husband's
62nd birthday. I had assumed (my mistake!) that on including that fact, some mention by
our server or member of the staff would occur-wishing him a "Happy Birthday" or some such.
Nothing. It didn't diminish his enjoyment. Everything was above standard. It just would have
been icing on the cake. (Forgive the pun.)
I love to go to Harvest on Main. It is very consistent with good service and excellent food every time we go. I took my employees for a celebration dinner and everyone really enjoyed it. Our server was knowledgeable about the wine and food and very attentive. Will definitely be going back.
Harvest on Main is our go to spot to celebrate special occasions. We dined there this weekend and enjoyed our experience from appetizer to dessert and coffee. Service and food excellent! I also appreciated the phone call to remind and confirm reservation.
We ate at Harvest for a girl's night out. Our table was downstairs and seemed very private. The server was laid back and the food was very tasty.
Chef's catch was amazing as was the duck - perfectly cooked!
This has been our favorite restaurant since we moved here 7 years ago! The atmosphere, the service and above all the food have never disappointed us!
Exceptional service. Very knowledgeable and informative waiter (Jeremiah). He was well versed in the food prep and the wine choices.
We had the lunch special that was a spicy pumpkin soup with a shrimp skewer. It was so good we thought it should be on the menu. Great service as well!
I've found my new favorite restaurant at Harvest on Main. Food was fresh and delicious. I am gluten-free and there was plenty of choices on the menu. Our server made my Birthday fun.
Restaurant's food was quite good however our experience was dampened by the poor service received. We ordered two drinks to start the evening and both of them were wrong. It took a few minutes to get the waitress's attention to have the drinks remade and then took at least ten minutes to get the new drinks. This was not due to the place being overcrowded since there weren't more than twenty five people in the restaurant. Later after the meal was served, we asked for lemon for our fish from two different people and never did receive it. The waitress wasn't anywhere to be seen and never did check on us except at the end to give us the bill. For a restaurant that is considered a "fine dining" establishment, the service staff is in desperate need of training.
