Friday & Saturday: 5:00pm - 10:00pm
Had a great time with coworkers. The food and cocktails were truly delicious.
Harvest Kitchen always offers a menu that is packed with surprises. And they never disappoint. The specials are delicious and unexpected. The service is amazing. And the value is tremendous. I always find myself thinking...”am I actually in Solon, Ohio? Or have I been translated to another land”. Even the burgers are special.
Another amazing dinner at Harvest. The new Summer menu is fabulous. There are so many healthy & seasonal choices. The charred romesco with smoky blue cheese was delicious as was the heirloom tomato salad. You have to try the seared Hawaiian tuna with curry broth. Our service was perfect.
First visit and we really enjoyed the food.
Great variety of fresh, unique dishes
We ordered 3 meals on Saturday night: One was fair, one was bad, and one was terrible. Instead of being slow-cooked, the short ribs were charred on a broiler along with the side of carrots. They came out black and dry. That is just laziness by the chef. The hamburger was a slop fest of too many ingredients. My fish special was the only passable meal. Dinner and drinks were over $150, which is just laughable. It is clear that this restaurant is in a downward spiral; the dining room was almost empty. Service was quite good, but couldn't overcome a bad meal overall. We have dined here before, but never again.
Great food and excellent service by the waiter. Shrimp and grits, carb toast, cheese ravioli, salmon, bread pudding were all great.
On the downside, restaurant feels unkept and cluttered, especially the entrance.
Expensive. Feels like you expect much better ambience for the price. The guy who greeted us when we entered looked more like a chef/cook (and looked irritated) than a professional host/hostess.
Very nice local products prepared with skill. Interesting takes on simple foods.
Excellent flavors. Something for everyone! I am a very plain eater and could find something amongst the extraordinary and creative dishes. My son is a foodie and loves this place
Menu changes often so check it out!!
New Summer menu is innovative, snd what we had was fantastic. Try the heirloom tomato salad, lotsa different tomatoes in there. Or the broccoli soup and for a side the avocado snd sun-dried tomato crema is top of the class.
Food is delicious
Luv emphasis on locals food and in vegetables
Loved it. Excellent service and food. Highly recommend.
Chef Longo has added two more Vegan entrees, Bravo ! We enjoyed them both, and we know have quite a bit of alternatives, and it's super close to home. Highly recommended.
The food is excellent, the flavors exact. The best saczerac I've ever had.
Lobster pasta - great special!
Went early evening on a Saturday. The ambience is nice and comfortable. We were the third table to be seated. Later when all the tables were filled, we were able to use a normal volume for our conversations. Never too loud. The menu had many choices and options. Our food was good to very good. This was our first visit and we look forward to our next visit.
Zero complaints here for first visit & plan to return. Made for a very enjoyable anniversary dinner out.
The ONLY real dining in Solon; innovative seasonal dishes. duck (when available), pastas, pirogies. It’s all there. Try HARVEST KITCHEN...good bar too.
Great food! Gotta get rid of the hard chairs and change the music to be more conversation friendly.
Another amazing meal at Harvest. It never disappoints! Best oysters in town. The shrimp & grits is as good as you get in the south. The feature halibut with ramps & morels was out of this world as was the Berkshire pork chop. The cherry - white chocolate bread pudding is fabulous. Service is always spot on. We will return.
Great place with very tasty food. Felt like our order was specially created by the chef. A little pricey but nice décor and very good food.
The Last Word is absolutely perfect and the best cocktail I've had. Superlative wait staff anticipated our needs and shared his knowledge about the menu.
We were so pleased with our celebration of Mother’s Day/birthday events at Harvest Kitchen. Our group of 9 was served our meals all in a timely manner, and they were absolutely delicious. Although there are not kid meals on the menu, they offered us several choices for the 4 year old and 6 year old that were part of our group. Wait staff was attentive and polite. Can’t wait to go again!
Food was excellent. Seating was a half hour behind our reservation time. Tony, bartender, very professional and friendly. Erika very good waitress.
This was the second dinner we’ve had here and the food was, once again, spectacular! Locally sourced and delicious, from appetizers to entrees. Each time we’ve been here, however, there is a lag in service from the time we were seated to the time we were able to place both food and drink orders.
Food was absolutely awesome. Nice atmosphere and good service.
The food is outstanding. The service was excellent with a knowledgeable server. Highly recommended.
Dependably delicious! Appetizers, main dishes (specials and standards) and dessert
Wow, one time snd that great enchilada dish is gone. If somebody didn’t like it, we don’t need ‘em. Everything’s tasty; salmon, chicken, tuna (always awesome).
We love going to this restaurant, food is always excellent. It was a busy night so service was a little slow but really a nice experience.
New spring/summer menu is great. Seafood enchilada is a perfect addition.
Friday evening dinner with my wife. Food was good, with a local flare. Ambiance was comfortable, not to noisy. Server was very good and attentive. Second time here, first time with my wife, definitely will return soon.
At Harvest Kitchen, with the new Spring offerings, you can go from Maine to Morocco before you’ve even ordered an entree. Try the authentic Johnnycakes or lamb meatballs and you’ll see what I mean.
We went to celebrate our anniversary. It was a slow night (week day), but food was delicious and service excellent. Only disappointment was that they asked if we were celebrating anything, wished us a happy anniversary, but gave no "extra special" treatment. For an upscale restaurant, expected a bit more.
Once again Amazing! Harvest never disappoints. It’s so nice to have a local restaurant that goes out of their way to source such wonderful, seasonal ingredients. Where else can you find ramps, morels & fava beans on a menu. The food is always great as is the service. Our server went out of his way to accomondate us. The halibut with ramps & morels was out of this world as was the seared tuna with curry broth. We will be back!
Harvest was really enjoyable for a date night with the hubby. It's a comfortable place with good food. We were there later in the evening (9:00 on a Saturday) and it was still busy.
Enjoyed a nice evening with my spouse. Drinks were great and the food was really good and filling. Our server Ericka was great as well with suggestions from the menu.
I've been in Ohio (from abroad) since 2016 and this was the first really good cooking I have had since arriving. The menu was suitable for my dining companion's dietary restrictions, and it was all made with excellent seasonal ingredients, care and genuine talent in the kitchen. The wine list was well curated, and with attention to even the choice of non-alcoholic beer.
By the standards of NE Ohio this is excellent, and it holds up to dining in the same market bracket further East and West, as well as further afield. Please try this place before being tempted by other flashier local restaurants that have been seduced by overdesigned dining rooms in lieu of the fundamentals of actually feeding people well.
Harvest uses nothing but the best products. Where else are you going to find morel mushrooms or fiddlehead ferns on a menu on the East side? We’ve never had anything close to a bad experience at Harvest. The food and the service are always exceptional. This time we had the crab toast and potato truffle pierogies to start. Both were out of this world. The entrees of halibut cheeks with Anson Mills grits and the short rib with Farro risotto were both outstanding. Our server was very informed and accommodating. As usual the white chocolate bread pudding with caramel was the perfect ending to another great night at Harvest.
Great service, appetizers, meal and dessert. Hidden gem
Everything was terrific—highest quality ingredients prepared well. The cocktails were delicious and POTENT! The sides were very good but could have been a bit more generous.
