A steady Harvard Square presence for almost 50 years, Harvest embodies the ever-evolving spirit of Cambridge and deep respect for culinary tradition. Our seasonal menus marry the innovation of contemporary cooking with a timeless respect for American culinary traditions and an emphasis on local farmers and purveyors. Our spacious bar, fireside dining, and hidden gem of a patio each offer a welcome reprieve from the fast-paced world happening just outside our doors.

Serving Lunch, Dinner, and Saturday/Sunday Brunch with seating on our seasonal outdoor Garden Terrace. We highly recommend making a reservation; outside tables are available weather permitting and may be requested but cannot be reserved or guaranteed. Harvest offers Private Dining from 15 to 60 people. Sit-down lunches, dinners, and receptions are just some of the Private Functions Harvest can provide.

We had an excellent, high quality meal late night at Harvest. The salmon, octopus, and pasta were outstanding. Great service as well.

Staff and service were lovely and accommodating. The food was delicious; interesting twists on things as simple as roasted carrots. This is definitely a splurge dinner, but we really liked this place, in no small part due to the excellent wine list. Uncommonly good!

The food was tasty and the service fine. But portions were ridiculously small. The Watercress soup I ordered came in a large bowl, 2/3 of which was empty. And the dessert my companion ordered -- the apricot cheesecake -- could be consumed in, at most, two bites. Neither dish was worth the price. I've been dining at Harvest for well over a decade. But I have no choice but to eat elsewhere when I am next in Cambridge. The portions have gotten smaller as the prices have risen. You've lost me forever. Jay Bergman, 49 Crown Ridge, Newington CT

Our food was good. Service was not great. Servers were not friendly or interactive. A good meal, but not an overall enjoyable experience.
