A steady Harvard Square presence for almost 50 years, Harvest embodies the ever-evolving spirit of Cambridge and deep respect for culinary tradition. Our seasonal menus marry the innovation of contemporary cooking with a timeless respect for American culinary traditions and an emphasis on local farmers and purveyors. Our spacious bar, fireside dining, and hidden gem of a patio each offer a welcome reprieve from the fast-paced world happening just outside our doors.

Serving Lunch, Dinner, and Saturday/Sunday Brunch with seating on our seasonal outdoor Garden Terrace. We highly recommend making a reservation; outside tables are available weather permitting and may be requested but cannot be reserved or guaranteed. Harvest offers Private Dining from 15 to 60 people. Sit-down lunches, dinners, and receptions are just some of the Private Functions Harvest can provide.

Lovely first dinner in Boston, MA. Service was attentive. First, we enjoyed the Morning Dew - a refreshing, light and delicious cocktail. With a simple but elegant menu, it was difficult to narrow down a choice. Ordered the Venison Loin au Poivre and Wild Atlantic Halibut. Both superb. Nothing left on the plate. The table next to us raved about the Tiramisu. Bravo to the chefs - Looking forward to enjoying Harvest again.

Always a gracious experience in an iconic Harvard Square location with inventive menu and lovely service. I brought a very special guest and the meal exceeded my expectations. Thank you Harvest staff!

Wow -- the Julia burger is incredible. The standard burger is good too, but it's worth the extra $2 to get the Julia burger.

The food was very good and the service was attentive but not overbearing. The ambiance is nice, particularly the fireplace on the patio. The one surprise that we had was the lack of a vegan option and the inability of the kitchen to omit or change some ingredients to make a vegan friendly dish.

Pass. Our waiter was confused about how waitering works . we ordered our drinks , he asked ‘anything else ? ‘ and it was all downhill from there . He was flummoxed by our meal order , zero energy . The starters came in a timely fashion and the duck confit was a hit , the French Onion and mushroom was eh. And then we waited , and waited at least 40 minutes for our mains . No one checked in. When the food was dumped on our table by a runner , we had to ask the runner and waiter several times for silverware , and he asked , ‘what type of knife do you want ?’ The halibut was inedible , overcooked , probably under the heat lamp for a while and the broth for the sea scallops so salty . We had ordered a side of Brussels sprouts , nope , several requests and the waiter just looking confused . As we finished our mains the Brussels were tossed on our table . And they were oddly spicy and we did not enjoy . It was a birthday dinner , but hard pass on dessert as we just wanted to get out of there Endless wait for the check and zero politeness Bad service and mediocre food for the price point
