Excellent vegan food! This is my new favorite restaurant in Seattle. They change the set menu every 3 weeks, so I'm looking forward to going back soon to see what's served next. Lovely, relaxed meal with truly fresh, locally (mostly) sourced ingredients used in an inventive and tantalizing way.

Whole-Food Plant-Based is definitely ONOLICIOUS!

Our appreciation and gratitude to chef, Colin Patterson and the staff at the Harvest Beat restaurant for making our first visit, a special journey of flavors, aromas, and sensations, it was truly unforgettable! Art presented beautifully and the best part... it is completely plant-based! Not compromising in any way, the flavors, aromas, and vivid colors teased and engaged our senses to want even more! These are the positive experiences that continue to support and promote the life-changing decision I made years ago to give up consuming all animals, including fish, dairy, and eggs. Yes, just plants! God has created the perfect food source for humans, a complete nutritional source, the only medicine that provides all the proper nutritional requirements to feed and heal the body! Thank you, Harvest Beat for enlightening our stomach, as well as, our mind!

WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK! Mahalo :D

Harvest Beat is an amazing spot with some of the best vegan dishes I've ever had. The 5 course menu takes you through local produce prepared with care and creativity. Service is top notch and the chef is extremely approachable.

Harvest Beat was fantastic! Exceeded our expectations in every way. Can’t recommend it highly enough. From the welcoming chef, excellent service, ambience and not to forget the incredible high quality, perfectly presented, delicious food. And absolutely loved that they had a non-alcoholic pairing menu. Just incredible!

This place only has 1 seating per night and be prepared for a 2 hour long, 5 course meal. Highly recommend for the high end vegan experience. I am not vegan and I loved every bite.

Fantastic prix fixe vegan dining experience for my wife's 30th birthday. The optional wine pairings with each course were wonderful. Everything is from locally sourced farmers and foragers. The menu changes approximately every three weeks as they follow the micro seasons. The chef came out to explain each course on the menu, and any modifications made that day due to lack of ingredients for the day. Our salad was changed because the miner's lettuce was no longer available due to the unseasonably warm weather which it does not like. The salad was actually one of our favorite dishes, which really speaks to the skill of the chef as it was improvised just that day. One of the highlights was that after finishing explaining the menu, the chef invited anyone who was interested to join them in the kitchen between courses to observe and ask questions and they truly seemed to enjoy the company. I even got a great tip for one of my favorite soup recipes! Thank you for a wonderful experience, and I can't wait to go back next month for my birthday and try a whole new menu!

The entire experience from sitting down at your table, hearing the menu, enjoying each course, sipping the wine pairings and meeting the chef is really extraordinary. The dishes are so delectable. In fact, I'm pretty sure non-vegetarians wouldn't notice anything missing. I wish I could go every three weeks when the menu changes. Love, love, love this place!

Loved the meal! 5 course dinner of which 3 were outstanding and 2 were really good! Very locally sourced and interesting stories which add to the understanding of what we were eating.
Wonderful 'fine dining' experience especially for vegans who often settle for vegan versions of comfort food mainstays. Not here! Worth the money and time!

This was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. The presentation and flavors were outstanding and meant that the fact that it was all vegan wasn’t even relevant. The price for the whole meal (without alcohol) was reasonable given the amount and quality of the food. We will be back again and again.

Harvest Beat was a great find! The fully vegan, locally-sourced seasonal menu changes every 3-4 weeks. The chef and staff are wonderfully friendly and polite. They do one dinner seating a night and everyone gets their food at around the same time. The night starts with the chef inviting everyone into the main section of the restaurant to talk about the menu and their mentality behind the food. I recommend sitting in the farthest back section where the fireplace is, this way you get invited into the kitchen when the whole talk is going on and get to look around! The food is great and surprisingly large portions, my girlfriend and I were stuffed. I recommend also sharing the non-alcoholic pairing (they can split it into two portions for you, and you get to save a bit of $).

Overall, it's a cozy small-ish restaurant with an upscale vegan dining experience without getting too fancy and over-the-top.

One of the best meals I've ever had! This vegan tasting menu is superb and the best part is that you get to eat alongside many new friends you'll meet during the same seating time. The chefs are very friendly and willing to answer any of your questions. Highly recommended when you want to celebrate something or just go out for a fantastic meal!

We had a fabulous experience. A truly memorable meal. My husband and I each had several moments where the food was so delicious it stopped us in our tracks mid-conversation and we had to take a moment to be quiet and savor it. The non-alcoholic pairings were amazing as well- added another level of enjoyment to the meal for my husband (who does not drink alcohol). Very special, lovely evening.

This is so far the greatest Vegan dining experience I have experienced. And you certainly do not need to be a Vegan to appreciate Harvest Beat. The food was absolutely exquisite, and just happened to be plant-based, local, compassionately sourced and all the rest of it.
We have some omnivore friends who we'll be taking there just because it's such a wonderful vibe and enjoyable dining experience.
If Harvest Beat would offer an annual pass where I pay once per year and go every three weeks (that's how often the menu changes), I would sign up for that in a heartbeat!

Thank you Harvest Beat! Keep it up!

This is as good or better than any of the most several celebrated vegan restaurants in this country (at least the ones that I've been to, which I think include the usual suspects). The menu changes frequently, but the rich and surprising and often contrasting flavors, the variety of textures, the picked-this-day freshness of the ingredients, the vegan creaminess, are constants. The staff is friendly, knowledge and attentive. Visits to the open kitchen are encouraged and fun. A sense of community and shared purpose (is this going a bit overboard) among the diners has been palpable. It is an experience as much as a meal and the meal is as delicious as it gets. And although it is not inexpensive, it is a terrific value. (And a tip: two people can share the wine pairing, which comes to roughly a glass and a half of wine each.)

This was our third visit to Harvest Beat, and it just gets better and better. The food is always spectacular, but this time we got to sit at the bar. Watching the plating process was such fun, and the friendliness of the two chefs working at that spot was a delight and very educational as they answered all our questions across the bar where we sat. We pan on returning every month or so to get the feel for the changing seasons and how their food shifts with the availability
of foraging and small local farms.
