We learned a lot by being at our local farmers market this summer on how to make food thats up to our standards off site.
There is also parking lot available in the evening.
The bus is a great way to come to Harvest Beat for dinner. There are many bus stops on our street.

Harvest Beat Ratings and Reviews
Love the fixed menu and variety of local ingredients. Everything was fresh and flavorful with unique blends of ingredients. The ambiance was ok. I wouldn't say it's super intimate as the tables are quite close together but the food and experience of a fixed fresh vegan menu made it worth it. Seeing the chef put together the food was a fun experience and the presentation was spot on. Will visit again.
Harvest Beat is our favorite special occasion restaurant hands down - so much so that we actually got engaged here! With the menu rotating every 3 weeks, you can't go wrong by coming here a few times a year to experience what local harvest has to offer. The flavor combinations prepared by the chefs are out of this world - and nothing that you've ever had before. We usually get a wine pairing but they also have a non-alcoholic pairing that is equally intriguing. It's obvious that there is passion for vegan cuisine behind every single person that works there - and it shows. We always feel at home here and we can't wait to come back!
This was a great place to go for dinner. It was fun and the food was amazing. Everyone arrives at 7:00 PM. They take you drink orders then tell you about the days menu. Five course vegan meal made from locally sourced fresh ingredients. We choose the non-alcoholic drink pairing and were very glad we did. I will definitely be back for another menu as it changes every 3 weeks.
We had an all-around lovely experience! The staff were exceptionally and sincerely friendly. The atmosphere was relaxed. The chef’s introduction was heartfelt and full of gratitude. And the food was beautiful, unique, flavorful and delicious! We will be back!
My wife and I both wholeheartedly agree, this is the best meal we've ever had. The creativity of how the ingredients are used, as well as their excellent presentation makes it well worth it. The whole dining crew was extremely friendly and helpful.
We will definitely be returning, it was a great way to celebrate a birthday!
I took my girlfriend here for her birthday and we absolutely loved it. Everything was so beautifully done and for a non-vegan person, I found the food to be the best I've ever had. Vegan or not, this food is simply the best and the chef put his heart into each dish.
I have dined at Harvest Beat 7 times. Of those meals, 4 are in my top ten dining experiences EVER, putting this restaurant in a World Class category based on my global dining experience. And that’s without considering its 100% plant-based with strong emphasis on local, seasonal, farmed and foraged approach. Highly recommend.
Creative, interesting dishes and delicious alcoholic and non-alcoholic pairings. The only downside is that the main course was a very spicy lasagna that gave my date and me stomachaches. The spice was overpowering the other flavors in the dish, which would be great without so much pepper. I hesitate to come back because of that.
Some of the best food I've ever eaten. It is a vegan restaurant, I am not a vegan, anyone would love this food. There was so much love and passion in each dish.
The only drawbacks to the restaurant were subpar furniture (my chair was actually uncomfortable and my legs would not fit under the table) which is a pretty big deal for a 2+ hour tasting, and low quality speaker system piping music through the place. That being said I went for the food and it was spectacular. Also a very good value. I was really full by the end.
With some upgrades to their facilities it will be a complete 5 stars.
On a recent return visit to beautiful Seattle, we were excited to finally be able to try this sweet and homey restaurant. An experience similar to that of Alice Waters’ Chez Panesse in Berkeley but vegan 🌱. Delicious and inventive food made from local organ ingredients. One seating, chef’s choice five-course menu served over the course of a relaxing and languid evening. The menu changes every three weeks , so you can return every month for something delicious and special. We chose the optional wine pairing, which raises the final bill quite a bit, but no more than the choice of a single bottle of fine wine in a nice restaurant. A lovely experience and a terrific meal served by people who truly care. Highly recommended
My wife and I are semi-regulars now. Harvest Beat is one of the finest dining experiences one can have. While my wife and I and Harvest Beat are Vegan, we have introduced the restaurant to a number of non-Vegan friends and they were in awe of Chef Joe’s creations. Very highly recommended!!!!
Best vegan food in Seattle and possibly the west coast right now. Local seasonal veggies are turned into amazingly creative and flavorful dishes. The chef and team are warm, welcoming and love to share their experiences. Be sure to sit at the bar if you can so you can watch it all happen and learn more about the food. I used to look forward to The Greens or Millenium in San Francisco but my last two meals here have surpassed them.
I love going to "farm to table" restaurants that serve fresh, in season, local organic vegan food. Harvest Beat had one amazing entree, three good entrees, and one not great. Compared to other restaurants in it's class, I don't think the price equals the quality or the quantity. I'd love to be a farmer one day and be a provider for a restaurant such as this but as a paying customer, I was very hungry afterwards and didn't have a lasting impression of an amazing dish. I'd like to see their summer season or a time when more things are in season to see what they can do with more.
I understand that the chef/owners here have a history with the chef/owners at Mana in Levenworth. This is a 5 course sit down with options for wine or nonalcoholic pairings. The service was excellent, and the flavors and textures of each course were wonderful. Fresh and tasty. Being new to the veggie world, I can’t tell you what we had, but we loved each plate. We will return soon.
Took boyfriend there to celebrate his new job, but maybe I had too high of an expectation for this place - the food was...really just okay, I couldn't finish the 3rd course because of...personal taste but it tasted really bad to me :( Would recommend really digging into the menu before you go or else you'd feel like this place is def not worth the time and money. Service was nice, restaurant was cozy and low-key. But man, I wouldn't go again.
The seats are hard so I had to bring a cushion for my elderly mother. However the vegan dishes are very creative and absolutely delicious . This is a very unique dining experience that is hard to beat any where else. I fully recommend this restaurant to any one, even if you are a meat eater. I wish there were more vegan restaurants like this perhaps the next one could be in Bellevue, Kirkland or Redmond?
