Eat ALL Vegan I’ve ever had. A definite DO NOT MISS for Seattle.
The only place to go for a high end restaurant experience in an all vegan setting!
Best meal in months. One definitely does not need to be a vegan to 200 percent fully appreciate an evening here. We loved every minute including each course, the perfect service, etc. we shall return.
We had a lovely dinner for our anniversary and the chef was beyond accommodating of our surprise dietary restrictions. I cant wait to go back.
Excellent food and service. Went for a 10th anniversary dinner and it exceeded expectations. Highly recommend.
Hands down one of the best experiences a food lover can have. As a customer you feel immediately welcomed by the staff and the Chef. And it's clear that the Chef takes tremendous pride in preparing their five course meal. And the wine pairings are perfect. This 100% plant based meal is a symphony of sophisticated flavors that is rare to find so well prepared anywhere. As an individual who's slowing pivoting into a plant based diet, I am extremely grateful to the Chef and to have found this place. Their menu changes monthly, so I cannot wait to return soon. By far worth the experience to dine here.
We went here for our anniversary and asked to be seated outside. The service was excellent, professional, and friendly. The outside atmosphere was so pretty and intimate. The food was delicious, and each of the five meals paired really well with each wine. We already know we're coming here again anytime we have another special occasion to celebrate.
Harvest Beat's 5 course meal is absolutely outstanding. Chef Joe uses quality ingredients, prepares the food fresh, and creates a beautiful experience for all diners. The 5 course meal is great for any celebration, special occasion, or a fancy date night. They also provide non-alcoholic pairings for those who wish to abstain.
What a great experience!
Nothing like this in Seattle. Perfect wine pairing
All in all, this was a lovely dinner! I was not fully blown away on the food, but it was delicious nonetheless. My favorite courses were the Walla Walla french onion bisque and the molten lava beet cake. The gnocchi was a little dry and lackluster. Ambience and service were both top notch. I am not a drinker, so I loved that they provided a non-alcoholic pairing with each course - each course/drink was unique, complex, and quite tasty. Finally, the price is a bit high, which is to be expected with the breadth of the meal and fresh/seasonal ingredients.
Always a fantastic dinner! Chef creates unbelievably unique courses, hot is hot and cold is cold. Great service!
Best food ever, best experience ever. Favorite spot for birthday dinners
Our second time at Harvest Beat. So amazing! Multi course prix fixe dinner with wine, beer, or non-alcoholic pairings. Just blown away at the creativity of the dishes they serve.
I've never done a 5 course meal before but the bar is now high! I've also never spent this much money on food and drinks in one sitting but it was totally worth it!
Excellent vegan meal with great flavors, textures, and presentation!
as someone that doesn’t primarily eat plant based, the menu was well rounded and delicious and the wine pairings were spot on. the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming from the second you walk in the door.
I had the service there practically call me a liar about past pricing I received, very rude and I feel now it's been made only for rich people.
The food was very good, wine pairings were so-so at best and they barely gave you enough to taste with the courses.
Servers seemed rushed, dropped your plates off and didn’t say a word. I’ll chalk up the impersonal service to the pandemic/staffing.
Incredible food and service by some kind-hearted people. Don't miss out!
This was a fantastic culinary experience. Every dish was delicious, creative, and immaculately plated. My personal favorite was the zucchini/corn cake. Will definitely be returning next time I’m in Seattle.
Very delicious Vegan Food, service very friendly and nice!
I have too many great things to say about this restaurant.
A friend and I had been excitedly waiting to dine here during our trip to Seattle. Once we entered, the ambiance enveloped us and we knew it was going to exceed our expectations.
I don't want to give too much away about the experience, however, I will tell you that YOU MUST NOT OVERLOOK THIS RESTAURANT.
The staff took great care of us and it was clear that they were a team and cared about our guest experience. It is obvious that the chef holds a passion for local food and farmers.
Like I stated earlier, I don't want to give too much away but you should know that the food is nothing short of divine.
Harvest Beat is fabulous. The dining experience was classy with a quiet environment. The food was delicious and they really do a great job of catering to dietary requirements. My daughter is allergic to mushrooms, which are a staple of vegetarian and vegan cuisine, yet they were able to make accommodation for her with every course. You do have to give them a few days notice with such food requests.
Can’t miss. I’m vegetarian, dined with 3 who have no dietary restrictions, everyone left full and excited to come back again soon.
Incredible experience. Thought the entire staff and chef made it a very special and memorable evening.
Amongst the best dining experiences I’ve ever had, truly. I brought my girlfriend for our anniversary, and she couldn’t have been happier, which means neither could I.
Always excellent and innovative. One of the best restaurants in Seattle. Service is also terrific. Easy parking in the back.
Dinner here was phenomenal everything was done beautifully. My carnivorous boyfriend was blown away
Wonderful culinary and social experience. We were able to chat with the chef one on one
Tasty, vegan and gluten-free. If there were more food like this, I'd eat a lot less meat in my daily life.
Every detail is thoughtful, every element delicious and the community is great. One of my favorite places and a phenomenal value for the experience.
Not as amazing as before COVID. I was disappointed, might try again for another birthday ... but might nix it ... bummer . We’ve spent many birthdays there , but just so-so this visit .
This was amazing. Jordan was astonishing. The atmosphere was sublime. Now the FOOD!!! I haven’t tasted anything as delicious as this since my time in Japan over 10 years ago. That’s saying something. The cauliflower bisque brought tears to my eyes. My partner and I celebrated our 1 year together and she’s not vegan but raved about the food. The drink pairings enhanced the palate for such outstanding food. I will be attending again. And a huge thank you to the farmers & staff. It was all I expected and more. Simply amazing!!
The whole experience was amazing, the food was delicious, the chef seemed to genuinely love what they do, and it was a great place for date night. It's understandably pricey, definitely worth it
What a wonderful way to spend my 50th birthday! A beautiful meal!
Go for the full course :) It is fantastic with 5 courses. Vegan, Gluten Free, Organic.
Food and service was incredible. I’m not vegetarian, but it was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!
We have been to Harvest Beat many times and their food has always been superb. This time however, they knocked it way out of the park. Their lasagna was just out of this world good! Thank you Chef Aaron and crew!
Wonderful food and wine pairings. The service was outstanding, and we can’t wait to return.
