Our food, service and overall experience were exceptional. Highly recommend checking out the summer menu.
Our waiter was excellent and engaging. He made the meal a great experience. The meal was a little pricey but well worth it.
Enjoyed our lunch at Harvest! Food was delicious and the hotel is beautiful!!
It was the perfect place for Fathers Day. Well done.
Excellent service and food. Priced for special occasions
Had a lovely meal and very nice staff.
This restaurant has a great view. Waitress was really great. Food is great too.
We have enjoyed numerous lunches at Harvest. The lobster cobb was delicious.
We had a wonderful dinner Harvest! Our vegan veggie burgers were delicious and our waitress couldn't have been more helpful. It was a lovely evening.
Always enjoy the atmosphere at Harvest. Staff is always cordial and professional and the food has never let us down.
The food was fresh and delicious!
The menu looked good and at those prices I would have expected real quality. The food was decent, but nowhere near worth the cost, and the plating was poor to the point where it really ruined the meal. My wife's plate was three breaded cutlets sitting on an inconsequential smear of sauce, and nothing else. The property is nice, but dated, and the restaurant was essentially overrun with loud children, making it terrible for a date. The server was pleasant and did her best, but I really don't think she had a lot to work with given the noise and how under-performing the food was. Even the deserts, which you'd think would be a specialty for Hershey, were just okay.
I understand that this is a destination, and you're paying more for the location that the food, but I'd still say the kitchen really isn't performing at a level that justifies those prices.
We lunched here after visiting Hershey Gardens. The food was very good, the ambiance of the bar room isn't great on summer day. Our server was overworked as he was the bartender and was assigned the tables in the bar room as well as outside. The main dining area was not full and the servers there seemed to be floating around with not much to do. We understand the staffing problems due to Covid-19 issues, however the disorganization here could have been handled with better front of house management.
Food took 1 hour from placing order until food delivered. Bill came with incorrect entree pricing. Bread basket was very ordinary for $12. Parker house rolls were regular dinner rolls. Cornbread was dry and plain. Fish and chips were oily but fish inside tasted good. Chicken schnitzel was fried chicken breasts with no sauce and no sides. I was told that it was the first night with a new menu. Very disappointing birthday dinner
Food was FANTASTIC, however the service was some of the worst I have ever had. 0 drink refills, completely inattentive waitress, we had to get help from other servers and had to yell to ours to get her to stop and help us out.
Friendly and efficient service staff, nice but casual atmosphere, nice selection of food and drinks.
Delicious food and a wonderful atmosphere. A terrific place for a special occasion.
The food was all amazing. Get the caramelized onion soup! They were great with my 5 year old son, which is expected in Hershey. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu and answering questions. The only complaint was, like others have mentioned, things moved a bit slower. My kiddo was getting antsy after an hour and a half dinner and waiting on dessert. Overall it was a great dinner and we are glad to be able to go out to eat again!
The food was absolutely delicious and the staff was super friendly and so helpful with helping us to make our dinner choices!
Food was good - I would go again with my family. Service was good but took awhile to seat us.
It was our Anniversary. When I called Hotel Hershey they said the Circular dining room wasn’t open. They suggested the Harvest. I called the Harvest and set everything up. The food was good, but definitely not a place to go for a romantic dinner. There were kids everywhere and we were sat in the bar area. Terrible. Had we known that we would have found a more intimate setting!! Possibly the Devon done the street! The hotel is changing snd gearing more to families now. The waitress even forgot it was our anniversary even thou the manager said Happy Anniversary!! Very disappointing!! Had to say aren’t you suppose to bring something for your Anniversary. The waitress complained she was never told!
The Bavarian pretzel cheese board is HUGE and delicious. I’d recommend that every time. My chicken dish was also great and service was perfect. We will be back hopefully soon.
Excellent food, excellent service, excellent ambiance.
We planned to have a quiet, intimate dinner. We had never eaten at the Harvest before so, we didn’t know why to expect. It was loud and our table wasn’t very private at all. I don’t think they had any tables that seemed to be more private. It was more a “dining room” experience. There were lots of small children (we left ours at home for a quiet dinner). The appetizer was delicious & large. We ordered ribs as an entree and were disappointed with how extremely tough they were. Our server was fantastic & we would
Consider eating here again. But, not to celebrate any sort of special occasion.
Great as always
I feel like this restaurant is not nearly as good as it used to be. I have been here many times pre pandemic and it was much nicer and felt more upscale. I know it just recently opened post-pandemic but the food items were not as good as they used to be and it was loud and there were a lot of children (and we had an 8 pm reservation).
Everyone was so nice. Shout out to Ishmael! Excellent service and a very nice man.
Food was so yummy!
It had been several months since my surgery and I was longing fir a good meal that I did not have to cook. The fish was fresh, flaky and firm and was not flavored with butter or sauces. It was refreshing and complimented the root vegetables nicely. Service was jusr fine and my entire family enjoyed the experience. The food was superior to some so called exceptional establishmennts I have been to. We will definitely return and I woukd urge anyone looking for a redeeshing change if pace and a meal that will not disappoint to make reservation.
Really like the Harvest. Taking local homestyle favorites up a notch in elegance, while using local foods and resources.
Great food and service. Nice siting outside.
very nice environment
food was delicious
service was pretty slow
The tables were oddly set up and the service was poor from the initial greeting at the hostess stand to slow delivery of meal, then the table was NOT bussed, we had dinner sitting among dessert, empty drink glasses, etc. overall, you can tell the industry has been hit and lack of service professionals and training
The food was excellent. the menu is a little limited for kids which is odd for a place that caters to kids.
Service and food were excellent.
Server, Sky, was super.
The servers were outstanding. Food was excellent.
The restaurant was not busy yet we waited 45 minutes for our dinner. The server offered no explanation and felt like the staff could have been more professional. We ate outside and seemed to have been forgotten at times.
This was over cooked and over priced cheap quality food. Restaurant at 1/2 capacity and it took 25 minutes to get our drinks while multiple staff members visibly walked around doing nothing. For $16 we got five baby carrots on a plate with a dollop of lemon flavored yogurt and three pistachio halves. $28 for over cooked dried out ribs that they just dumped a bunch of sauce on. All-in-all a terrible meal, terrible service and WAY too expensive.
I’ve previously had great experiences here. Upon entry at this visit, the manager and host seems to be arguing and finished that before greeting us. Make sure you ask to NOT have a booth. They are dark with no view whatsoever. Our server was great. Food was NOT. Raw chicken sandwich. Not what you should get at nice restaurant. I could have received a cooked chicken sandwich at a fast food drive through. What has happened to this restaurant?
Celebrated my son's graduation with Sunday lunch at Harvest. Were seated promptly for our 12:30 reservation and ordered the Bavarian Pretzel Board appetizer which was amazing and a meal in itself even shared 3 ways! We all had different entrees which we enjoyed and couldn't finish so took boxes with us. But, since this IS Hershey, we had to check the dessert menu and ordered the mile high apple pie which was also amazing and easily enough for 3 people to share! This was a PERFECT, leisurely meal after college commencement. We also enjoyed walking the beautiful hotel grounds in 90 degree weather after our huge meal. Definitely recommend Harvest for ANY special occasion or just a unique and enjoyable dining experience!
