I took my mom for an early Mother’s Day lunch. She needs a cane/walker to walk. Parking was sparse, the walk to the entrance was not close, and the entrance was not marked at all. We tried one door and walked into a construction site. I was directed to another door which was further away. This entrance was not marked either. Our food was good but overpriced, our server was great. Mom had the she crab soup and a sandwich, I had the lobster Cobb salad. There was no crackers or bread served with the soup or salad. Just seemed that the bare minimum was served, no frills, nothing special. At this price point I think you should expect a little something extra. The room was very noisy and dark. I was also surprised to see the place was under major construction. My opinion is Hershey should have waited a bit longer before opening.

Our waiter was nice. Food was very good. Service could have been faster. YOUR MUSIC CHOICE FOR SUCH A NICE ENVIRONMENT IS WRONG WRONG WRONG!! Classic Rock? Even at a whisper volume? You need to do better. Jazz. Lite Jazz. Ambient mellow Chill. Once again HERCO makes choices like a poorly run Fire Station Hall instead of choosing class and sophistication.

It was nice enough, but our preference is with the other restaurants at the hotel. Noise levels were a big factor.

Everything was great as we in for 1st time for a birthday celebration dinner!! Food good! Skye our waitress was outstanding & get a window seat for the view always. Also we will return to try other selections off of the vast menu. If I were going w/girlfriend only might just go to New Tavern Area for appetizers/salads & drinks!! Also worth ordering the Strawberry Crème Cake for Special Occasion-outstanding choice….

We were excited to try the rebranding of Harvest, and loved the idea of something with an historic flair to it. The restaurant is lovely, but didn’t really have that historic vibe we expected. With so many amazing photos of Milton Hershey, and Hershey itself available, it was a bit disappointing not to see more within the main restaurant. The menu is very nice, with a good variety of selections. And while we went (willingly) in knowing prices at Hershey restaurants can be steep, $10 for roughly a dozen stalks of asparagus seems a bit much. Entrees were at price points that did not give sticker shock, but the appetizers and sides were higher than they need to be. The food was good overall, and our server was hustling that night. He seemed overwhelmed though, and it just felt like it was slightly understaffed in general. As a result there were a few minor mistakes with our order (wrong sauces for steaks, a wrong appetizer that was corrected), but nothing unforgivable. The entire place was quite noisy, which may have been one reason why the order wasn’t accurate. We were there to celebrate a nice birthday with family, and it was just difficult to hear at times. Will we return? Perhaps, but maybe just for a light lunch and drinks.

Our food was delicious! My husbands filet was cooked to perfection. I had the gluten free meatloaf and it was outstanding. We were both pleased with our meal and date night.

The Decor was up to Hershey's usual high standards . The Food was great . The noise level in the restaurant made it impossible to enjoy the ambiance . My wife and I had a hard time hearing each other over the noise . Way too many TV s on , most with difference stations , was also a big distraction . My wife had the sun in her eyes most of the time and when we ask if they could pull the blinds , we were told their were none . Server was great . Not what we expected for our 49th wedding celebration
