Everything was perfect. The service was excellent and the food was tasty. I had the sashimi and sushi and both were fantastic. The host and server were friendly and welcoming and made the experience enjoyable. I will definitely come back when I visit NYC again.
The food was delicious, service was great. Peaceful ambience.
The staff was kind and seated us right away with our reservation. They only downside is they don’t have drinks for under the age of 21
GREAT food, GREAT service. We opted to sit outside. BEWARE!!!! A lot of homeless interactions and gnats which spoiled the meal. We were warned by the staff. They were RIGHT. Choose to sit inside. Nice ambiance, comfortable space and you can enjoy the excellent service and food without harassment.
Great sushi 🍣 ambiance was nice, and the staff was very attentive
Good value, clean, good service and tasty food
The sushi was extremely dry & didn't taste fresh. I had a roll with jalapenos on top and they were black and shriveled. They obviously had been cut days before. It's almost like the sushi had been kept in the refrigerator for days. The drinks & the atmosphere was great. The appetizers were great. But the main course really was bad.

Great place for a pre-show dinner and drink. Very attentive service without being pushy.

Great sushi, excellent service, space is very comfortable with good ambiance.
Sushi is fresh and delicious, drinks are good!
I've been coming to this restaurant for over 13 years, love it! Lunch is quiet, happy hour is more lively :-)
The food was fine, but it was an unpleasant evening. The weather was good, so my friend and I asked to be seated outside -- we met at 6:00, after work. It would have been extremely helpful if the waitress warned us that we would be approached numerous times by individuals begging for money. The beggars stood at our table and didn't want to leave. They were intrusive, persistent and not invited to this get together for two friends who hadn't seen each other in a while. To make it worse, the waitress neglected to bring soy sauce with my meal, so I got up and went into the restaurant to ask for it. I had to get up a second time, when my dining companion was practically done with her meal and the soy sauce still hadn't arrived. DO NOT EAT OUTSIDE AT HARU TIMES SQUARE, unless you want to make a contribution to a steady parade of people at your table, and don't mind your server forgetting about you.

Amazing food, great service at Times Square! We went here with our 3 kids and we all enjoyed it very much! Will definitely come again next time in NYC
I ordered the shrimp tempura appetizer knowing that it costs $13. I was disappointed that it only had 3 small pieces in it.
This was our first dine-in experience. We have ordered pickup many times.
We have never been disappointed with the excellent food and service.
Food always great. My only complaint is the noise level...very loud when almost every table is filled.
I am glad to see great business but hard to hear.
Reservation is a most, they are quick and nice. The food tastes good. Very nice place inside. The personal is very friendly.
It was very convenient to reserve a table and the food and service were spectacular.
Good food and service.
Ellen is the best server! We started with the RA Ckin Shrimp and Filet Mignon Skewer small plates. Both were fantastic. Perfect Fantasy roll, Spice Tuna Roll, and the new Gojira Roll with spicy mayo were excellent. A couple of Tito's and a Kirins made for a perfect evening. Thank you
Everything was good. Food, service, nice place. they gave us the table in less than a minute. We really had a great time and recomendable for kids also. All we requested, like souce on the side, no seaweed, or well cooked was given for us.
Junita is a wonderful server! We started with the 2 new items on the menu Tunacado and Ra cKin Shrimp. Both were amazing. We had the Sumo roll and the new Gojira Roll which was superb. Some Tito's and big Kirin 22 oz beers made for a great night. Thank you
Pleasant place given it’s sleek, modern, spacious room. Food was nothing special. Salmon teriyaki was a bit over cooked. Several pieces of tuna in the tuna roll had gristle in it and needed to be returned as it was basically unchewable. This as far as I’m concerned is an unforgivable transgression on the part of the sushi chef. Kudos for them to remove it from the bill without even being asked.
Food was amazing fresh fish and great sushi. We only had seafood, price was very reasonable
Good service. Good sushi quality and service. A bit over priced.
A good sushi restaurant and non-touristy. Which is saying something, given it’s location right off of Times Square. Service was friendly if not stellar. Food was good in general, but great compared to nearby options. Green tea ice cream and tempura cheesecake were very good. Small wine list was better than expected.
A classic business lunch sushi in Times Square. Always very good.
My boyfriend and I went there for a date. We made a reservation online, and we specified that it was a date. Our server was cold and rude. She didn't come over for ten minutes. Then when she finally did, she was rushed and aggressive. She would glare at our table every single time she passed, and every time she spoke to us she was aggressive. We also noticed that our table was the only one without a candle. We are a younger couple, but our money is just the same. As someone who has worked in the industry and lived off of tips, I wasn't going to leave her a bad tip and make her suffer. However, I did feel as though the restaurant should know the behavior of their staff. I was really disappointed. As a New Yorker, I understand the fast moving pace. If this weren't a sit down meal, I would totally understand the behavior. When I go into a restaurant like this where I am paying good money for good service, I expect to be treated with respect. This was unacceptable. I understand that everyone has bad days, and therefore, I wasn't going to make a huge problem of it, but I did feel the need to let the restaurant know.
This has been a favorite of mine for quite a while. Unfortunately now the prices are a bit out of sight. The food is GREAT but expensive. I went because I had a gift certificate which helped. I would go again but only if someone else was treating. Its a lot to pay.
Amazing service had the avocado sushi, not the specific name, and it was amazing. Little disappointed they didn’t have the lobster sushi I love. But it was a great evening.
Delicious. Lycheetini was yummy. Quite good, as always. Happy to see more people in attendance!
Very clean environment noise level was perfect food was amazing so with the service
