    Hart house has always been an iconic restaurant in Burnaby. Unfortunately over the years it has deteriorated, especially the quality of the food and portion size.

    Excellent service. Halibut was very good, the sauce was really good. The BC wines and Port were OK, did not have complex tastes on the palate. More for every day drinking, not for special occasions.

    I am celiac so had the eggs benny with the worst GF bun - more like a sponge. Asked for medium on the poached egg which was well done. Beautiful location just not great food.

    Hart House is our wedding venue. We love this restaurant. We went back there many times. They always provide us nice service, good food and great environment. This time, we sat at the patio. Highly recommend!

    I brought my friends from Hong Kong to have lunch at Hart House. We all liked the food and had a great time. Our server was very nice and kept refilling our water diligently. Thanks for the excellent service! We will keep coming back.

    Great food and service. Halibut was outstanding. Everyone in the party like the desserts; cheesecake, crème brûlée and panacotta. Will be back again.
