   I was quite disappointed with today’s Mother’s Day. I was pretty disappointed with the quality of the food and was expecting a higher standard. The dishes were lukewarm and underwhelming. I was expecting a lot more based on my past experiences at the Hart house. The dessert portions were tiny. They were a few varieties and was not the quality that I would have expected for a restaurant like this. I was really disappointed with the presentation of the buffet and even the room upstairs where we sat there was no ambience, it was a bunch of tables clustered together in one room. I had been to the Hartt house many years ago quite a few times and I was expecting a higher standard. Given that this was a special occasion for my mom I wanted to share this feedback as the sentiment was shared by the whole table.

   The food was mediocre. Nothing special. It’s very expensive. I paid more than $200 for 2. We were seated in the 2nd floor which is no ambience at all. I’m used to sit in the first floor or outside the garden. I would have like to order the ala Carte which has a better selections. I love Hart House the atmosphere and ambience is always good. I had to flagged waiters several times to get what we want. But today I’m disappointed.

   Great friendly service. This is our 4th times the hart house. The selection and quality of the foods are significantly declined. The deserts are still great.

   Great place, food was excellent, service great. Weekend brunch menu is a favorite. Chicken and waffles are the best.

   We love the Hart House because the food is consistently exceptional and the ambiance is second to none. Servers are appropriately helpful and attentive.

   Great experience, weather was amazing we were seated in the garden room and view to lawn area was great. Food portion were excellent and a great value. All very tasty, mussels, Lamb shank, risotto, and halibut. All super good, as usual never disappoints
